The buttery soft bun filled with well seasoned salmon fillet, butter lettuce, tomato, some kind of aioli and turkey bacon. You can choose pork bacon if that's your preference. Teeshia was friendly and gave prompt service. She said she's a vegan and her two fave items are the salmon club and mushroom prime rib. I'll def be back to try some of the other vegan items. The patties were thin crispy and more than ample. Great flavor and sear on the meat. Friendly gal at the front register who allowed me to take my time as I was unfamiliar with the menu.
