How cruel and heartless. They cored my original cores before the sale was even completed disabling my mobility chair. Manger could care less hung up on me and refused to pick up the phone when i tried calling back. To me that sounds like thievery.

He was with another guest. I went over to the blades to help myself. As soon as he was done he came over and asked If he could help with anything. Told him just needed some new blades and a gas camo. Instead of asking again if he could help, he just started helping. How refreshing! He gave me options and even saved me a few bucks. He then asked if I needed help installing. Never had anyone ask me that. I politely declined but super impressed he asked. Extremely impressed with his customer service.

I will never buy a single item from Aiutozone again!!!! Nor will I recommend anyone buying anything…read morefrom them. I bought a battery in 2024, they sold me a H7 but handed me a H6. My battery recently went bad so I removed it from my truck, went in to get it test to verify that it was the battery and not anything else. Test showed it was a bad battery. But because the warranty is under an H7 and the one I bought back was a H6 they could not warranty it out. The manager admitted this has happened before and there is nothing they could do about it! So now I have to pay for there mistake or was it if this has happened before? Is it their way of getting way with not warranting parts and getting more money? I think it's highly plausible! Take your business elsewhere? I would rate zero stars but I have to given them something in order to post!

Normally I don't write reviews unless I see that the business is not honest with the customers…read more I brought my vehicle to this business to replace the windshield but these guys were not honest from the first phone call in the appointment tell the installation of the glass. They said at first we well install a quality windshield but they put a defective one with a magnifier at the bottom of the windshield, they knew that they were wrong but still continued and argued that we did the right job and nothing existed wrong with the windshield. They showed me another glass and said would put this since the problem of glass can't be seen in the air unless you install it in the car I said okay do it but after installation the same problem the manager told me that if I wanted a quality glass go to the dealer this is the behavior of them with the customer. Finally, I went to another store with the same amount I found another quality glass that didn't have that problem. I recommend you not to go to this business if you go then take their written agreement before you start work because they don't do what they say. Some customers might be happy with them because with the insurance they charge your insurance and pay you cashback from that but, with your pocket money don't waste your time with them.
