There were about a dozen charging stalls and everyone of them were occupied when I got there at about a quarter after 1 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I parked nearby and didn't wait too long before a spot was vacated. Thankfully, there weren't anyone else waiting for a charge as I was warned by my friends that live in the area that Tesla owners in these parts are pretty aggressive particularly at this location. Since all of the stalls were occupied, I didn't expect to get very high charging speeds. As they say, "beggars can't be choosers." While waiting for the car to finish charging, I ended up walking a bunch of laps at the mall. Just as the car was about done charging, I used the mall restroom before heading back to my car.

While waiting on the part, I parked in a clean, out-of-the-way area of the lot where no cars typically park, and began preparing the vehicle for the installation. What followed was surprising and disheartening. Instead of a simple conversation or a show of understanding, the manager made the decision to call the police on me. Thankfully, the responding officer showed empathy and chose not to escalate the situation. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of it -- the store's contracted tow truck was sent out twice, though even the driver expressed discomfort with towing us, recognizing the situation for what it was: people going through a tough time, trying to fix their car and move on respectfully. And yet, early Sunday morning -- 8:45 AM -- I was berated by the manager in front of her staff. I apologized, explained I was nearly finished, and asked for just a few more hours to complete the repair. Her tone remained harsh and dismissive, calling our vehicle an "eyesore" more than once. For context: our Mercedes, while temporarily immobile, Blue Books for over $20,000 in its current condition. So to call it an "eyesore" was not only inaccurate -- it was unkind. As someone who has worked in hospitality and management for over 15 years, I've faced far more difficult situations with far more grace. Leadership is not about flexing authority -- it's about setting the tone, finding solutions, and recognizing when compassion is more powerful than control. Had she approached me respectfully, I would've gone the extra mile to finish immediately. Instead, the energy she gave was adversarial from the start. This review is not about revenge or anger. It's about the hope that this manager reflects on how her actions reflect on her team and on AutoZone as a whole. Management is a privilege, not a platform for power trips. And when you're in that role, you're not just solving problems -- you're teaching your staff how to treat people. I truly hope she sees this not as criticism, but as an opportunity. With the right mindset, she can grow. She can choose to lead with empathy and teach her team to do the same. Because in the end, it's not about a car part or a parking space -- it's about how we treat one another when it matters most.

They're never ready and when you pick it up it's always five days late. Not was my RV only ready on time and detailed after the repair. It was a day early. The RV was parked out. Front turned the correct way for the easiest way out of the shop and I was walked around and shown all my repairs made sure the repairs were satisfactory. I even had two front blinker marker lights that needed replaced and he replaced them without even asking. Top-notch service excellent repair work. We were pretty specific with what we wanted/needed to meet our requirements. We lucked out when the perfect for us RV appeared at Integrity RV. We went out the same day it listed to look at it and after talking with the brothers, learning about the Winnebago and test driving it, we knew it was the one for us. There was no pressure about buying now and they answered all our questions. Fast forward a week to when we arranged to buy/sign paperwork and pickup the RV. We live on the other side of Phoenix so the drive was a haul. We get there ready to sign and leave with the RV only to sadly find out that the generator was having an issue that happened just after we did the walk through with the tech. Part of the beauty and "integrity" part of this business is that they guarantee everything will work on the RV. (This was a used 2005 model we were buying.) They could have not said anything and just let us leave, but instead they let us know what was going on and they ordered the part needed that day. Since we lived across town they even arranged to deliver the RV to us instead of making us come all the way back out. Needless to say this over and above service just reaffirmed that we made the right choice in going with Integrity RV for our first RV purchase. I saw from their website that they specialize in repairing them. So I called got an estimate which was a fair price. I also had them repair the dash AC which wasn't cooling. The work was all completed and everything works great. I will say that they are a busy shop and I'm sure they could use some help. So I left the RV at a time when I was not in a rush to get it back. I rather they take their time and do it right than pressure them to get it back to me. Another time they came out to my storage unit and replaced the rear axle seal on site while I was out of town. Good people great work and I found them to be honest. I will have them do all the work on my rig that I can't do myself. I recommend them.
