He patiently listened to me ramble and eased my mind that we could get it fixed. He had me send over a quick picture of our electric panel and he got me on the calendar!! He was out here the very next morning and fixed the problem with ease. Robert was very professional and transparent through the whole process. He explained to us what happened, and how he fixed it and he didn't just try and to do a sloppy repair and leave, he made sure to check through all the bathrooms to make sure there was not any additional issues. He told us about the price over the phone so we were aware of the price before he came and honored that price. The property looks great from the leasing office to the pool, but beyond that, you start to see the evidence that it's all for show -- poor maintenance, ignored complaints, and a lack of real care for residents. This place markets itself as "luxury," but it's far from it. If you're considering renting here, I strongly recommend looking into nearby home rental communities. Rather than replacing it or fixing it properly, they kept patching it up, leaving me with an unreliable appliance the entire time I lived there. To make matters worse, they first sent me a statement claiming everything was finalized, then later said the unit was still being worked on. How can it be final if the story keeps changing? I turned in my keys on August 11th, and they were already past the legal timeframe to return or account for my deposit. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and fairness is unacceptable. If you value your deposit and want honest communication, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

They offer wheelchair help to those that need it. The airport has a hassle free and friendly atmosphere. Kind of a distance from where we live but I would really consider using this airport if I lived closer. It kind of reminds me of what Terminal One used to be at Sky Harbor Airport.
