After coming to my location, ray sold me on this story of how they are home builders but decided to go into smaller projects...first red flag (hottest housing market ever and as a home builder, why is he not building homes?) Anyway, after being told 500, it ended up being 850 and I had to paint the wall myself after they left. They say they charge 15% on whatever supplies they buy, but they won't show you receipts and after you do they tell you they rounded up to the nearest 10 dollar mark. But this isn't even what my complaint is about! So Jay told me they can do windows, they have an amazing supplier will get it to me in 4-6 weeks and it will be less then 8500$. I pay the deposit (NEVER PAY THE DEPOSIT BEFORE THEY DO WORK, big mistake on my part) This is where there unreliability and unprofessionalism come in: 2 weeks later they come by to do measurements, 2 weeks after that they claim that they sent the measurements to the supplier and that they were waiting on the supplier to get a quote (I was emailing jay every 2 days at this point, it had been a month and no windows had been ordered. 2 weeks after being told over and over that we are waiting for the supplier. Guess what I find out, they had made a mistake and actually hadn't sent over any measurements...in almost 2 months of having my money, all while telling me that they had sent it over. Attached are imagines. So I confront jay and say you have made a mistake....THEY DONT TAKE ANY OWNERSHIP. They put all the blame on everyone else and start saying they are going to the higher ups on the manufacturer side.... End of story, 2 months after a deposit, no windows were ordered, they told me it would be twice as expensive take another 8-10 weeks and tried to sell me in bullshit solutions after they had royally messed up...all while taking 0 responsibility. FIND SOMEONE ELSE

The price they quoted was fair and competitive compared to the other quotes I received. The installation was not an easy job -- my electrical panel is on the opposite side of the house, which required running conduit and wiring a long distance. Despite the challenges, they did an excellent job with the panel work and routing the wire exactly where it needed to go. They stayed persistent and didn't stop until everything was completed properly. They even went above and beyond when they accidentally damaged my irrigation line during the install. They repaired it for me, even though it wasn't part of the original scope of work. That kind of integrity really stood out. The only minor issue was some leftover caulk on the bricks around an LB conduit body that needed a little extra cleaning, but it was a very small thing and not a big deal at all. Once the job was finished, they cleaned up the entire area thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Miller and Sons for electrical work, especially for Tesla Wall Connector or EV charger installations.

Owning a Tesla. It doesn't have a spare or a jack included with the car. Most modern cars don't…read morehave spares. So a patch service is critical that it's available in a timely manner. I luckily, told by my car, that I was loosing pressure and was able to turn around and make it home and schedule service. But they showed up early and fixed it fast with a tire plug. For years when i had tire problems when I had spares. Tire shops would also tell me that they couldn't patch it and I had to buy a new set. Some how this changed in the last few year that patch are acceptable...? I think all the tire shops just wanted more money. It's not like I changed on what I'm running over causing the leaks. So it must have just been Discount tire and Costco always pushing for more money from me and not wanting to do the correct job. These guys are great. They even told me that they provide roadside EV charging service, just incase you ran out of charge. So no towing to the next super charger just plug in and wait 15 min and you get another 100 miles to drive on to get home to charge.

You drive over there and there's tons of cars parked on adjacent spots waiting to get in. You can't tell if half of them are waiting for chargers or just hanging out. Electrify America needs to at least designate a waiting list in the app or create a line on the asphalt with paint where people can queue up. Otherwise, people are going to get in fist fights. Luckily I found another fast charger that I'm going to go to instead. I don't mind driving further or paying more so not have to deal with this red velvet rope situation where so many people are parked in their cars for hours before even charging!

I felt very comfortable with him and his team. They did an incredible job on the wiring/lighting for my office cabinets and shelving. And when the job ended up being a little more complicated than expected, Robert did not sweat it. As with all projects, sometimes things go wrong. So when his trainee put his foot through my ceiling while wiring in the attic, I originally gasped, but within minutes I knew I had chosen the right guy. Because he immediately got on the phone with his drywall guy making sure it was taken care off immediately. I absolutely recommend Robert. He is as good as they come, and doesn't take advantage.
