If you are doing something major like a bed or larger pieces, you'll get a printout if it's not available in the self-service aisle for you to go over to the far corner of the building where they have the pickup point. They won't pull your item until you've paid for it, so make sure you give yourself about 10-15 minutes. Mine took over 30 mins and the downside was that I couldn't preload anything in my car, as that was the bulky stuff that had to go in first and on the bottom. All the customer service members were helpful that ended up interacting with this last trip (6 people).

They have a Swedish restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Småland which a supervised play area, and a Click & Collect area available for pre-placed online orders. There are plenty of staged areas for each type of room from a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and more along with a Market Hall where you see sections on cookware and tableware, textiles and rugs, bed and bath textiles, bathroom accessories, home organization, lighting and home electronics, and home decoration. There is also a self-serve furniture area, the as-is area, check-outs, and customer service. This particular store is open Sunday through Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 9 PM. The cafe is open during the same hours. They are closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving and have special store hours on July 4th, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve. Other than offers, sales, and deals, they do host events and activities, which can be found on their website (https://www.ikea.com/us/en/stores/tempe). I luckily, told by my car, that I was loosing pressure and was able to turn around and make it home and schedule service. But they showed up early and fixed it fast with a tire plug. For years when i had tire problems when I had spares. Tire shops would also tell me that they couldn't patch it and I had to buy a new set. Some how this changed in the last few year that patch are acceptable...? I think all the tire shops just wanted more money. It's not like I changed on what I'm running over causing the leaks. So it must have just been Discount tire and Costco always pushing for more money from me and not wanting to do the correct job. These guys are great. They even told me that they provide roadside EV charging service, just incase you ran out of charge. So no towing to the next super charger just plug in and wait 15 min and you get another 100 miles to drive on to get home to charge.

The hotel itself is nice, but my experience with security completely ruined our stay…read more We came down for the Hilary Duff concert over the Fourth of July weekend and mistakenly thought she was performing at the resort. Before heading out to get food, my sisters (who are 17) and I stopped to take a few pictures by the Fourth of July sign at the front of the casino. A tall, skinny white security guard with a ponytail approached us even though we weren't causing any problems. We were simply taking photos and walking toward the exit. He asked for my ID, examined it closely, and even bent it as if he didn't know what a legitimate ID looked like. He then asked if we were staying at the hotel. I told him yes and asked what the issue was. The only explanation he gave was that I "looked underage." My ID is real, and I was treated like I had done something wrong when I hadn't. The situation became even more uncomfortable when he and about six other security guards followed us all the way to the elevator. We were doing nothing more than taking pictures and leaving to get food, which we ended up not doing because of how uncomfortable the encounter made us feel. I've stayed at many casinos, and I've never been treated this way. Meanwhile, there were actual children running around the casino floor, yet security chose to single us out instead. I would recommend better training for your security staff, especially on how to verify IDs professionally and how to approach guests with respect. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won't be returning.
