I received Dan's name/# and called him this a.m. I hadn't (thank goodness,) had a vehicle leave me stuck for over 10 years. This was a new (used) vehicle to our home. I had zero history with any companies in the area, as I had never needed one! I should not be surprised as to the amazing/quick/excellent service that was provided. I've now been able to read the reviews here on Yelp and they are 100% consistent with what others have shared. He was at my home on-time, courteous, kind, and even offered to make sure that my vehicle re-started after I turned it off/started it up again. His jump-equipment and his truck/flat-bed are all very clean/well-kept. Even though I had to pay out of pocket, the charge was VERY reasonable under the circumstances. I found out since that Tow AZ is contracted with my insurance company as well (you can bet I'm going to add roadside assistance/towing to my auto policy now!) I hope I don't need to see Dan again anytime real soon - but I'll be passing his info around to my friends/family for the future. His company will be the only one I'll use.

However, ***********DO NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! *********** consult this business for any work other than your basic automotive jobs. We relied on him to work as a referral agent for us on an engine job; he said he knew the perfect guy. Years of experience. Super reliable, knows what he's doing- blah blah blah. TURNS OUT this guy SCAMMED us for $2500 (right under the small claims threshold, conveniently). Sergio did the diagnostic test for us (receipt shows RSQ Now) and said yup, he'll send it to this guy, we're in GREAT HANDS. Sure enough, we were out of a vehicle for THREE WEEKS GOING ON FOUR and NO engine work! The car was FILTHY and he seemed to have just taken it for a test drive. Luckily, the guy did not do any work to the vehicle- in hindsight, after speaking to other victims, the mechanic had a guilty conscience and would become irate and threaten "cease and desist" letters when we expressed our dissatisfaction, calling him out on his blatant lies. Then when we would threaten court, he would simply say to take him to court and good luck collecting at that point. This is a man with nothing to lose. Not someone you want to trust. In this whole ordeal, not only was Sergio the referral agent, but once shit hit the fan he became super strange with us and gave us the cold shoulder. Yes- I understand from a liability standpoint he didn't take on a contractual obligation of the job, BUT, HE WAS THE REFERRAL AGENT. SO PLEASE- get your battery replaced and go on with your day!!!! For anything legit, find a real mechanic NOT associated with this guy/business. TLDR: An outside mechanic Sergio is working with as a referral agent has scammed myself and many other people, following a trend of miscommunication and blatant fraud. When things are good- Sergio is an awesome communicator. When things go tragically bad- good luck getting a response from this guy.

Instead of getting the right person for the job he got an attitude and started talking about how he's strong and big and has towed forklifts before he simply didn't have the tools for the job so we told him that. He then stated he's gonna have to charge us for coming out even though THEY sent the wrong truck. When he was about to get in his truck he said a few disrespectful things under his breath so I told him he wasn't gonna talk to my grandpa like that, he told me he'd beat my a** and got in his truck real quick, I stood up and started walking towards his truck when he floored it out of my driveway and yelled out the window that he has a gun and will "happily" use it. After this happened, we called Power towing and they blocked all of our numbers while we tried to get a hold of them. Horrible company, CRACKHEAD TOW DRIVERS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
