This place is located on the NE corner of 32nd St and Thomas Rd…read more My son was looking for hiking gear for snow in Colorado. We went to REI and they did not have the gear so they sent us here. They do have equipment for rentals but a limited supply so call ahead to ask. They also recommended he try in Colorado where he was going for rentals which worked out. People were very helpful.

When I arrived to pick up my reservation, none of the gear had been prepared. I spent over an hour in the store while employees searched for equipment, including the cookset I had reserved. I was eventually given a Jetboil stove and separate cookset, but no one explained any compatibility limitations and the only instruction was provided after I specifically asked. On the trip, while boiling water for dinner, the stove caught fire and we extinguished it immediately. When I returned the gear and explained what happened, I was told I would be charged for the damaged equipment. The most disappointing part of the experience was the interaction with the owner. Rather than discussing what happened professionally, he told me he couldn't believe someone could be "so stupid" and that the employees were all laughing at me in back for not knowing that I could only use one of the two pots they rented me with the stove and said I should have Googled it before renting it (not that the brand or model was listed on their website). Mistakes happen. Had this been limited to a reservation mix-up or equipment issue, I probably would not be writing this review. What turned me away permanently was the way the situation was handled afterward. As a final note, the store called me three days after I returned the equipment because it had not been checked back into their inventory system and they wanted to confirm I had actually returned it, so their inventory management issues didn't seem like a one off.

From the moment we walked in, the staff at Columbia made us feel so welcomed and cared for. We asked for help with a jacket, and Bryce was more than happy to jump in. He went out of his way to find the perfect sizes and the best deals for us, all with such a positive and genuine attitude. It was clear he truly cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. We were so impressed that while waiting in line, we waved him over to ask if we could share our appreciation with a manager... only to find out he was the manager--which honestly made perfect sense The kindness didn't stop there--the cashier, Ashton, was just as warm, helpful, and attentive. It really felt like the whole team was working together to create such a welcoming and enjoyable experience. In a world where exceptional customer service can feel rare, this was such a refreshing and appreciated experience. We left feeling genuinely taken care of and will absolutely be back again soon. Thank you, Bryce and Ashton! If we could give 6 stars, we would in a heartbeat!

This is a clearance store for Dick's Sporting Goods. I've shopped here about five times since…read morediscovering this store 8 months ago. At first they were very well stocked and had great prices. Gradually, that has diminished and this last time, it was a struggle to find some nice shirts. After much perusing, did manage to find a couple but they weren't as good deals as I've found in the past. I will continue to shop here. It's just really getting difficult to score decent deals. I guess I will just have to wait until the season changes again and hope there will be better deals.

Saw this store after dinner and wasn't sure if I wanted to check it out but boy am I glad I did!…read more Didn't know what to expect as I assumed it was some type of a clearance store by the name. As soon as I walked in, I realized it's Dick's Sporting Goods clearance center. The store was huge and had a ton of merchandise. I immediately went to the women's clothing section and I was in heaven! I found a bunch of high end beautiful golf apparel that they also sell at retail prices at their competitor's sporting goods store. The prices were pretty good but if you found a 5 on the ticket, you got an additional 50% off. If you found a 6, it was an additional 30% off! I ended up getting 6 beautiful items for only $131! I did my calculation and it would've cost me $454 if I had paid retail. Deals on top of deals! Major score, made me very happy:) So glad I found this store and extremely happy with my purchase. I definitely will be back very soon!
