I am a current resident and feel unsafe. I've had two packages stolen from the mail room which is…read moreunlocked from the outside (it has key lock but it's generally open) and from inside the garage for anyone to walk in. I voiced my concerns to the management team both times my packages were stolen and they did not take it seriously, in fact they made it like it was my fault or immediately told me it was likely the delivery driver who stole it. When I initially alerted them with the first theft, the manager stated she would get back with me once she reviewed the footage, she did not. I followed up and she quickly made it seem like it wasn't something she was concerned with. The second package theft they stated they looked through 48 hours worth of surveillance, which is unlikely to do in the 45 minutes from when my complaint was received by their office to when they emailed stating they had reviewed all the footage. They suggested that I should have my packages sent to the UPS store across the street. When asked if they could at minimum put up signage stating there was video surveillance to potential deter theft, he told me "they just take them down" Overall, this is an environment where residents concerns are not taken seriously and instead made to feel inferior for even asking for assistance. Theft is occurring here and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I've read other google review with the same complaint from a year ago.

Well, then look no further. This is a trash apartment complex. They façade as being luxury, when in reality, the amount of service that you experience is beyond unsatisfactory. To make it clear, they expect you to leave your apartment, after moving out, with no furniture marks on the carpet. Any typical wear and tear that may be experienced after living in this apartment complex for any amount of time, is decidedly up to you to pay for. Repainting the walls after hanging standard paintings and other furnishings will be prosecuted by the management. They will call collections on you in order to repay what is typically considered to be normal wear and tear by any other apartment rental complex. Avoid this apartment complex at all costs.

Our host was able to make reservations for seating areas for large numbers of people, so once we had two areas of a dozen or more, and a couple other times we had one area of that size. This flexibility was a big plus because we could only guess at how many would make it each time. We had ice-cold beers of every description, including IPAs, hazys, and other local crafts. I can't name them all, and some drafts aren on the printed menu, bu5 8 kniw we had Psychopathy, a flavorful IPA, and Seeing Colors Tropical IPA, with a sweeter / hazy profile. Dont miss their cocktails! We loved the S'More Espresso Martini: vodka, chocolate liqueur, coffee tiqueur, and espresso :-) So much yum! And we ordered various pizzas. Our favorite was the Scenic Supreme (pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, red onions, green peppers, black olives) and the Vista Veggie (about the same without the meats). I also saw friends devouring Caprese Canyon (olive oil, minced garlic, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, roma tomatoes, balsamic drizzle). And of course regular pepperoni. For local flavor, the Goetta sandwich: that flavorful Cincinnati oat-pork hash, with candied bacon, american cheese, pickled jalapeños, lettuce, and ranch. Here and there we shared Buffalo fried-Cauliflower with celery and ranch on the side. This was. Not as spicy as it could be. But if you're going to eat cauliflower, this is tasty approach. We like the tangy Fried Pickle Spears better, served with lightly-spicy chipotle ranch. And we added some fresh crunchy Caesar salads, too, and and amazing pecan, apple, blue cheese, cranberry salad! So many candied pecans! Somehow, the servers kept up with an erratic flow of orders from different groups, keeping track on portable devices, so it was easy for each group to settle their own bill as-needed. It may not sound like much, but it was impressively smooth and error-free. And the staff remained helpful,and cheerful throughout. They built a large playgroup area with slides and climbers and more. The service is really good. Seated promptly, waters come out promptly, minor order modifications handled easily. We have really enjoyed the variety of food. We find the drinks particularly reasonably priced and the cocktails are good. We really like the blueberry one. The space is sunny and open. We got there about half an hour before the band started, which was nice to settle in before it got hard to hear. The server was very friendly and asked us if we had been there before and upon hearing it was our first time, gave us a little info on the place. We both ordered wine flights and split the veggie flatbread and enjoyed all of it. Very fun night!
