I am a current resident and feel unsafe. I've had two packages stolen from the mail room which is unlocked from the outside (it has key lock but it's generally open) and from inside the garage for anyone to walk in. I voiced my concerns to the management team both times my packages were stolen and they did not take it seriously, in fact they made it like it was my fault or immediately told me it was likely the delivery driver who stole it. When I initially alerted them with the first theft, the manager stated she would get back with me once she reviewed the footage, she did not. I followed up and she quickly made it seem like it wasn't something she was concerned with. The second package theft they stated they looked through 48 hours worth of surveillance, which is unlikely to do in the 45 minutes from when my complaint was received by their office to when they emailed stating they had reviewed all the footage. They suggested that I should have my packages sent to the UPS store across the street. When asked if they could at minimum put up signage stating there was video surveillance to potential deter theft, he told me "they just take them down" Overall, this is an environment where residents concerns are not taken seriously and instead made to feel inferior for even asking for assistance. Theft is occurring here and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I've read other google review with the same complaint from a year ago. read more

Do you like the smell of garbage in your hallway for a month? Do you like not being able to throw out cardboard boxes in which your deliveries are packaged in? Do you like being told that your apartment should be left in the exact same condition in which it was first rented in when you are moving out, despite no good cleaners being in the area? Do you like staff telling your girlfriend that she cannot be in the pool in which your apartment is overlooking? Do you enjoy having to pay over $1000 in order to leave your apartment? Well, then look no further. This is a trash apartment complex. They façade as being luxury, when in reality, the amount of service that you experience is beyond unsatisfactory. To make it clear, they expect you to leave your apartment, after moving out, with no furniture marks on the carpet. Any typical wear and tear that may be experienced after living in this apartment complex for any amount of time, is decidedly up to you to pay for. Repainting the walls after hanging standard paintings and other furnishings will be prosecuted by the management. They will call collections on you in order to repay what is typically considered to be normal wear and tear by any other apartment rental complex. Avoid this apartment complex at all costs. read more

This is one of my favorite places when it comes to renting. It's lovely, well taken care of and very friendly folks I meet whenever I tour. They have a wait list, which is good if you're still looking, and they don't pressure. Lovely facility, beautiful pool and plenty of other floors that have outside access with grilling and lounge area. You're within walking of groceries, restaurant and entertainment in the summer as soon as the park is done with the renovations. Large apartments and smaller, whatever you need. Lovely read more

The gym has state of the art equipment, but not much of it and not much space. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6-7am are impossible for cardio workouts- I have to arrive at 4:30am to get a machine. The residents, for the most part, clean up after themselves, but there's always one who doesn't wipe down the equipment they used and leaves the TV on full blast when they leave. I also wish they'd clean the mats and carpet once in awhile; both are beginning to smell like dog poo. read more

49 Hundred - Weights - Apartments Near Me - Blue Ash, Ohio

I am currently living at 49Hundred, and so far we love it! The apartment is located minutes away from the Kenwood mall, and directly next to multiple restaurants. The location is very central so you can get to almost anywhere in the Cincinnati area in 15-20 minutes. The amenities are top notch, which is what drew is to this apartment. You have a 24/7 gym onsite and you don't need to leave the apartment building. You have a heated salt water pool. Attached is a secure/clean parking garage so you don't have to park in the cold! There is a rooftop lounge so you can watch the summer concerts with a VIP lounge. Also, they pick your garbage up directly from your door every Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday... and it's included!! Don't forget since this is located in Blue Ash, you have access to the Rec Center as well for $50 dollars a person per year or $100 for the family! The interior of our two bedroom apartment (Lake Floor plan) is top notch as well. You have modern gray walls that you can change to your preference. Mixture of hardwood floors and upscale carpet. You have a spacious laundry room, make sure to bring your own as they cost per month. You have a very modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and upgraded countertops. Our floor plan comes with a spacious master bedroom, walk in closet and a nice size bathroom. It also has a second bedroom with a nice size secondary bathroom. Also, there is a balcony that can either overlook the pool, green area or additional parking. Saving the best for last is the staff. The staff has been amazing! Maria showed this apartment to us and she took her time to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting ourselves into. She showed us and told us everything about the apartment that we may need to know. Jonah and Aubrey both are very friendly and are able to assist in any way possible. All three of them know the residents by name and always have a friendly remark when they see us out and about. In regards to the maintenance staff, you won't find a better team! They will do pretty much anything you need. They assisted with hanging a ceiling fan, hanging curtains and rearranging shelves to the desired height. They keep the property looking flawless and they make it a great place to call home. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment to anyone in area. You won't find anything better in the Cincinnati area! read more

I honest think that this has been the worst experience I have ever had living in an apartment. I lived in this apartment since 2021 and moved from out of state for a job, and in the beginning it was wonderful, largely because of the wonderful and friendly neighbors, wonderful and well-cleaned amenities, beautiful and walkable area, and the helpful leasing staff. However, since July 2023, that last part changed. The new leasing staff has been horrid, conniving, and just all around unfriendly. From random threatening notes on my car, to harassing emails, to the final straw in which the leasing staff literally put the blame on the tenants for the break-in during the recent Christmas Holiday, when in fact, the thief just strolled in through the garage due the main gate and the door to the gym being broken for months. This final straw prompted me to break my lease and move out immediately. However, this leasing office continues to find ways to nickel-and-dime me, out of my deposit and "owe them more money" a full two months after I have paid off my full balance and have moved out. I would recommend to just look elsewhere, but something tells me that it could just be ME that they have been treating so horribly, especially since I was one of the few Black women that lived in the apartment. read more

We just toured 49hundred yesterday, and knew our decision before the tour was over. Everything looked awesome and super clean. The staff, was not only incredibly friendly, but was on a first name basis with some of the residents. The gym looks really nice, as well as the tv room downstairs in the lobby. Maria was the one helping me at first. She was super helpful and was able to answer alllll of my questions. Unfortunately, she was not able to give us the tour but Jonah was equally as great. The model we are renting was not even finished being built yet, but he still took us to the location so we could see the view out of it. We haven't moved in yet, but so far we love it! read more

Just visiting a friend here and loving the place! Great location with lots of walkable places closeby. Tall ceilings, nice fixtures and great design in general. Ample parking around the perimeter for guests. read more

I am currently living at 49 Hundred Apartments and have lived here for more than two years, and I have been real happy. Recently, I bought three 5-tier plastic shelves. For three days, I tried to assemble them myself. It was hard to twist and press down the posts. The shelves I assembled were slanted and unstable. So, I asked for help from the maintenance department. Within a few hours, Mike Natali and Jono Laureno came to my rescue and finished a superb job in less than 20 minutes. The maintenance department in 49 Hundred Apartments is the best. As always, they are prompt, efficient and nice. Anita C read more

We moved into 49Hundred in May '16. From start to finish everything has been first class. The staff is terrific. Whatever your needs are, they want to take care if it. The maintenance staff has been great too. They have installed lighting and even ceiling fans for us. What a pleasure. We absolutely love the location. We walk to restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. Kenwood Town Center is just a couple minutes away. The music in the summertime at the park is a great bonus. We can walk over to listen or just go up to the activity room on the fourth floor and enjoy dinner AND the music. I have also begun working out regularly in the fitness room. It is so easy to just go up and exercise at my convenience. The summer provided us the opportunity to spent time at the salt water pool. It is a great luxury and the amenities provided at the pool include grills, tables and even a fire-pit. The staff also sponsor numerous opportunities to meet and mingle with other residents. We have been to pool parties, grab and go breakfasts, dinners, and even an upcoming wine tasting. If you are looking for luxury apartments in central Cincinnati, this is the place for you. read more

49 Hundred. I can't be happier. I love living here as it's safe, clean, modern amenities but best of all the management here is A #1 SUBPERB, FIRST CLASS all the way. The maintenance department is quick to answer my needs, gets back with me immediately and follows up with things that need to be fixed. But there's barely anything that ever needs to be fixed. If you are looking for a residence where you look forward to coming home at the end of the day you want to be here. And if you are looking for a fun community look no further. The management arranges for community events, game night, book clubs and more. This comes completely from my heart. It's a rare find in the heart of Blue Ash. It's my pleasure to write this review. I don't know if I'll ever leave! read more

I'm current resident and would to comment on the quick response of the maintenance department, Mike and Jaeson and Jono. They get the job done quickly and our dog Mia loves them, so you know they're good guys. read more

49 Hundred has it all. They did not cut corners when constructing the apartments and thinking of the consumer. The amenities are far superior and luxurious than any place we have lived before. The incredible, overly kind and informative staff knows folks on a first name basis, and are always available if you have any questions or need any assistance. We are thankful to have found this property and recommend it to anyone. The community is very friendly and you have a sense of security while living here. read more

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. READ THIS BEFORE RENTING WITH THEM. The only thing that they have done well here, is the lobby's decor and in training their sales persons to be excellent in providing lip service, fabricating facts, and in scamming former tenants. I lived here from June of 2018 till March of 2019: Prior to moving out, given that I had lived here less than 12 months, I paid them a full buyout fee, 60 day notice's worth of rent, and full reletting fee. I followed every step of the contract per their exact instructions. They text messaged me a few weeks after I had moved out requesting that I confirm my forwarding address so that they could return my $300 deposit, which I provided. I then had ZERO communication from them (despite them having all my contact information), and all of sudden, my brother receives calls from a dept collector that these 49hundred scammers have send me to collections. At first, I was shocked. I decided to give them benefit of the doubt that there has been some sort of a mistake and contacted the 49hundred management Magen Lamb but, she conveniently chose to stop responding to my emails when I pointed out the inappropriateness of their behavior and charges. Here is what these scammers have done in my case: 1- double charged me a couple hundred dollars for the rent that I have check proof of having paid 2- billed me $400 saying that my sink was stained and needed full replacement, 3-said that I owe $250 for having left 5 bags of trash behind (I emptied my apartment and cleaned it before I left, including even washing inside the fridge) 4- stole my deposit without informing me as to why they were stealing it, 5- they are not just scammers but also bullies who will not communicate matters with you but rather try to abuse the power of collection agencies to steal your money. As per the apartment: floors are extremely thin. Downstairs neighbors hear every single foot step even when taken lightly. Some apartments are close to half a mile away from the parking space and there is no shortcut around it. Parking garage frequently breaks. Quality of the material used is extremely poor in that they have maintained a good first glance appearance but once you live there for a day, you will know what I am talking about. Some of the office managers are excellent salesmen but terrible when it comes to customer service and their behavior abruptly changes after you have signed your contract. I would NEVER RENT HERE again and will take any necessary actions to have them undue their scam and also return the safety deposit that they have stolen from me without any form of communication with me. read more

Beautiful apartment with incredibly rude staff. We called twice to schedule an appointment and no one answered. We finally reached Jonah via email and requested a 5pm appointment when he stated he was available from 10-6. We arrived and Jonah had no record of the appointment request. After handing us a few floor plans, he walked us to the model, gesturing through a glass door that "there is a coffee bar in there". In the model, he did not walk around and tell us any of the features. Instead he quickly ushered us out. We asked to see the pool and fitness center. He said he had no time because of another appointment and asked us to come back if we wanted to see it. He said "I don't mean to be rude but I have no record of the appointment request email you say you sent". That's pretty dang rude. I pulled up my email and showed it to him. Questioning my integrity further, he had the nerve to review the exchange that we had, perhaps believing that I sent the final email in the chain incorrectly. I had not. Jonah, we might have rented the beautiful apartment but not when staff like you works there. read more

This apartment complex has it all. The location is near everything you need to get to, the staff is friendly, the apartment is well insulated so the power bills are lower than other places, the garage protects your car and the units are beautiful and well maintained. Great location with a very friendly staff that will help you with anything they can. We were told the apartment would be freshly painted, carpet inspected and replaced if necessary and they would have a professional cleaning company clean the apartment. When we moved in there was a wear pattern in the carpet that we were told would be noted in the file. The professional cleaning company failed to clean everything in the apartment and needed to come back for spots they missed. The amenities, staff and location are great. Just feel that they over promised and under delivered on preparing the apartment. read more
