I didn't panic, but after retracing my steps didn't work, I stopped looking and decided I would indeed find them when I stopped looking for them. After "not looking" for 24 hours, I called the office. Lee was empathetic and offered to have my house key, mail key, and gate fob replaced and delivered to my door as soon as possible. Immediately upon hanging up the phone, a thunderbolt hit as I remembered changing my "Valentine" door wreath to a "Let It Snow" door wreath. There were my keys, dangling by the car key fob from the snowman's hat. I immediately called Lee to stop the key remake when Serena told me Lee was already getting things started. Now I'm sure some lady losing her keys wasn't the most important task to be done, but the ladies laughed (WITH me of course) but making my little problem was indeed important to them. Thank you both and please know you are definitely part of the reason I love where I live. Tori Escott

They continually harass you with phone calls and emails and drive around looking for things to complain about. They have mold, bugs, and trees that are falling everywhere including geese poop every where. I highly wouldn't recommend paying them any rent at all. They are way overpriced and way undeveloped. Not too mention they are not professional in the slightest. Most of the workers live here and think it makes them special when this place is truly a dump.

Living room looks out over the golf course so you don't face any other buildings. Dining room side window looks out over the retention pond so you can see all the ducks and geese and birds. Beautiful trees are right outside the windows. Spacious with lots of light. Very large deck. And it is the quietest apartment I have ever lived in. You could hear a pin drop at all times. The neighbors in this building are so nice and respectful. Yes rents are high but you won't find a better value anywhere in this area than this. I lived there for years and enjoyed every day I was there.

This gated community comes with endless amenities: - Three swimming pools (lap, children, and adult) complete with a tiki bar - 4 tennis courts - playground - basketball court - car maintenance center - Private 18-hole golf course - Fitness center and aerobics studio - Clubhouse with private dining rooms, buffet, and a strict "no jeans" rule. The apartments themselves are gorgeous: vaulted ceilings, open kitchen with breakfast bar, plenty of windows, ceiling fans, balcony, fire place with mantle, washer & dryer, gigantic walk-in closets, and plush carpeting. Many units overlook the serene lake or rolling countryside. Four Bridges is super quiet, clean, and an all-around luxury to live in. They even have buffets at the clubhouse on select days for residents. The adult pool is a treat, with liquor welcomed and not a child to be heard. Managed by Towne Properties, these folks make sure their residents are happy and well-cared for. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and keep the facilities looking sharp. I only wish Four Bridges was closer to Downtown. While we have other Towne Properties buildings in the area, nothing comes close to the joy that is Four Bridges. We enjoyed several friendships with several of our neighbors and I absolutely loved being only a block away from Regal Movie Theaters, Whole Foods, along with a number of terrific restaurants. The complex is very clean in terms of its landscaping. It has come to my attention that there is a claim from an outside party that I wrote a separate Yelp review under the name of "Lou M." for this apartment complex in December, 2022 - this is absolutely false and totally absurd, and I have duly advised Yelp of the same; however, they have decided to maintain such posting because they confirmed that I didn't publish it and that I don't have any right to remove it. Nevertheless, I wanted to share that I thought my overall experience there with Brittani in the front office was very welcoming after I transferred in from Colorado, and she should be highly commended for her professionalism and concern for us, especially her getting us a ground floor unit because of my orthopedic impediment. Certainly, Brittani is missed as well as memories of all the fun places around the complex.

I lived at the Grandstone Apartments in Mason, OH for three years, always paying my rent on time…read more I was offered another 12-month lease and tried twice to sign a new Lease Agreement; however, the property manager (Alex) then decided to request that my wife and I vacate the unit because "the owner wanted to take possession" of my unit. The real reason I was kicked out of my apartment is because I complained about the excessive noise eminating from the two apartment directly above me for over 5 months and the Warren County Sheriff came out three times to tell the residents to reduce their noise. And Alex didn't care that I have combat PTSD, and I am a senior citizen and disabled (walking with a cane) - she told my wife and I to move out in 30 days or face eviction. Another one of my nearby neighbors even moved out from his apartment last summer because of the same loud noise. Then, when I suffered a stroke in the parking lot after receiving Alex's letter and rushed to the VA Hospital ER, Alex told my wife that she would still forcibly remove my belongings once evicted at the end of the month. Alex is a completely uncaring, self-centered, elitist person and she displays apathy about any activities at the complex - in fact she stated that she doesn't care about noise or keeping the peace at the complex, as there is nothing in the Lease obligating her to do anything. Consequently, if you don't care about having a "dictator" apartment manager who will treat you like garbage as soon as you move in, who will kick you out on the street if you ever approach the police about anything wrong, then perhaps Grandstone Apts is the place for you. However, I would run away from this complex if you live there or drive by it, because Alex will make your life completely miserable until you leave. Finally, if you are a disabled Military Veteran or a senior citizen, you will be despised the day Alex meets you. Be warned - while the apartment complex is in a nice and affluent neighborhood, you will live under a dictator who truly wants you to suffer.

Upon Move in we were told we could paint our apartment and If it could be painted over easily there…read morewould be no charge to repaint because they are required to pain every apartment in between tenants anyway. We picked a very light grey paint color that the office manager Meegan approved and Maintenance was to paint it before we moved in, for a fee of $250. They initially told us it would take 5 gallons of paint. We bought the paint and then one week before we moved in we were told it would take another 4 gallons of pain. I have painted a lot of homes and it does not take 9 gallons of paint to paint 1000 sq feet. We went ahead and purchased the 5 gallons as requested because we needed to move in ASAP because our home had sold at this point and everywhere else had long wait list. We lived there 6 months while we were looking for our new home. We paid all the fees associated with Moving out early and we cleaned the apartment and even filled in the nail holes and painted over them with the paint that was left over. One Month later we received a bill from them for $900.00. $500.00 of it was for painting the walls. I called them and attempted to fight it but I was told that they would not wave the fee because we had signed the move out agreement that said we would be required to pain the apartment back the color it was at move in. Since their own maintenance department painted the walls, they were all ready the color they were at move in. They continued to send me daily emails requesting the money and was going to report it on my credit. In the end we did go ahead and pay the money because we did not want it to ruin our credit. However I will be contacting an attorney to see if anything can be done.

This is their way of getting 5 star reviews before you have had a chance to interact with them for an extended period of time. Wait to provide a review until you move-out. This will give you more time to determine how Savoy West Chester (Hills Properties) truly operates. The management team is exceptionally good at being very friendly before and immediately upon move-in. Just read the other reviews...they are from people who recently took a tour of the property or recently moved-in. Then compare those reviews to the reviews provided by tenants that have moved out. You will see a vast difference in opinion.. Move-out becomes a problem if you have to break your lease and move out early. They tell you they have a "waiting list" and ask you for "accelerated" rent payments. They tell you they will refund any amount if they are able to place a new tenant before your lease expires and since they have a waiting list, that time period is typically 2 weeks. My 3 neighbors moved out at least 3 weeks before any work was even started on 2 of the units. If you need an honest opinion of Savoy don't rely on this review or anything you hear from the management team, with the exception of Taylor. Taylor is great to work with and has a great personality. Come by the place and talk to the 3rd party cleaning crew and ask their opinion of the management team. You will be amazed at what they have to say about the management team. There are plenty of other decent apartments in the area. I would encourage everyone to consider those first. You will regret staying at Savoy in the end. Again, please, please, please don't give them a 5 star review until you stay here at least a year or more and have had a chance to see how they handle move-out! What have you got to lose? Also, before signing the lease, ask them what the "Lease Break Fee" is and get it in writing. As mentioned before, working with Taylor was great. I can't say that about the leasing staff. Forget about calling the corporate office. The regional manager can't seem to return emails or phone calls. She gets the manager to do her dirty work. Shame on Savoy West Chester and Hills Properties.
