Kept asking me if I knew anything about CP or something anytime I saw him, not sure exactly what he was on. Anyways, there's a bunch of cockroaches that I've seen around the area and in the bathrooms/walls, and the bug sprayer guy never came by after requesting them a few times. I wouldn't recommend living here or going back again, but if you do just beware of all these problems. Please report the guy in the orange shorts he's not well and made me feel unsafe..

Living room looks out over the golf course so you don't face any other buildings. Dining room side window looks out over the retention pond so you can see all the ducks and geese and birds. Beautiful trees are right outside the windows. Spacious with lots of light. Very large deck. And it is the quietest apartment I have ever lived in. You could hear a pin drop at all times. The neighbors in this building are so nice and respectful. Yes rents are high but you won't find a better value anywhere in this area than this. I lived there for years and enjoyed every day I was there.

This gated community comes with endless amenities: - Three swimming pools (lap, children, and adult) complete with a tiki bar - 4 tennis courts - playground - basketball court - car maintenance center - Private 18-hole golf course - Fitness center and aerobics studio - Clubhouse with private dining rooms, buffet, and a strict "no jeans" rule. The apartments themselves are gorgeous: vaulted ceilings, open kitchen with breakfast bar, plenty of windows, ceiling fans, balcony, fire place with mantle, washer & dryer, gigantic walk-in closets, and plush carpeting. Many units overlook the serene lake or rolling countryside. Four Bridges is super quiet, clean, and an all-around luxury to live in. They even have buffets at the clubhouse on select days for residents. The adult pool is a treat, with liquor welcomed and not a child to be heard. Managed by Towne Properties, these folks make sure their residents are happy and well-cared for. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and keep the facilities looking sharp. I only wish Four Bridges was closer to Downtown. While we have other Towne Properties buildings in the area, nothing comes close to the joy that is Four Bridges. These apartments are clean and spacious with adequate parking. I've been here for about 5 years and…read morehave had very few issues. Many improvements have been made over my time here. The dumpster is now routinely turned on so gargabe doesn't run over onto the pavement. The yard maintenence has improved so that the yard looks neat and presentable. The maintenance crew is very helpful and fixes things that need service quickly if parts are in. Snow hasn't been much of a problem because it doesn't snow often. The driveways are kept open with plow and salt. Most of the snows have occurred on weekends so all the cars are usually parked so no way for maintenance to to clean up in between cars. Dogs are a bigger issue since people do not take dogs to the fenced in dog park that is avaialble. Even on nice days, it is usually deserted. I mention this as a non-dog owner but I do enjoy dogs. I do not enjoy the barking and shrill noises that continue after 10 minutes or so and the fact that owners bring dogs to the front of the building for their morning bladder relief (and not the rear where there is a wooded area. Consequently, the bushes are usually half dead and don't walk through the grass unless you want to track residue into your apartment. Regarding cost, the amount is in keeping with surrounding apartments. This is one of the newer complexes in Middletown and the rent is similar to some of the older complexes which are far less desirable. The office staff are helpful if you need something. I haven't moved out so cannot speak to the deposit return. The community areas are neat, can be rented, and have lately offered holiday events for the kids. I am very satisfied that the staff enforces what is in the lease since so many complexes do not bother.

Luxury Apartments with Terrible Customer Service…read more While this review may result in retaliation from the office staff, I feel I need to warn potential renters. When I first moved in during the summer of 2024, the office staff was friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working, and responsive. If I had written a review two months ago, it would have been five stars for customer service. That is no longer the case. The wonderful office manager left to have her baby, and wow! do I miss her!! Avoid this place if you don't like inaccurate information, incompetence, and falsehoods. All I wanted to do was rent the clubhouse for my family Christmas gathering. Our father died a few months ago, we have sold our childhood home, and we needed a place to gather. These are the issues I've run into in the last week: A quote of $100 rent and $100 deposit was given verbally (the person who gave this quote later lied and said she told me she needed to confirm those prices). She and the other office worker were busy taking selfies by the Christmas tree, and neither bothered to walk to their computers to offer anything in writing (How I wish I had asked for that now!) I called the next day to confirm the date and pay via credit card, and the person running the office said she didn't know how to run the credit card machine. Two days later, the same person who gave the quote calls to get me to pay over the phone. She now says the rental fee is $350, with a $50 deposit. No apology!!! When I protested, she admitted she quoted the numbers for a different property she works for. No apology!! I asked for her supervisor's contact information... she sent just the email. I called to ask for the phone number, and she claimed she didn't have the office number for her own supervisor. After emailing the supervisor to request a conversation, I received a response that repeated the lie about the original quote needing to be verified. Why would I arrange a gathering with up to 30 family members AND offer to pay without a solid price???? Her lie doesn't even make sense. I emailed the details to the supervisor, explaining my disappointment with faulty information, inability, a lack of apology, and a lie to avoid culpability. No response. I still need a place for my family gathering. It took three phone calls and an email to get anyone to respond. Now, suddenly, they will only take payment in the form of a cashier's check. This is four phone calls and four emails into the process, and this is the first time they say they won't accept a credit card payment. I suspect they are concerned I might stop payment due to their incompetence in the process, but they pretend that is just the policy. I stop by the office to get a written copy of the clubhouse rental policy, since it keeps changing. I am told first, she doesn't have the time to locate it, so I say I will wait. It takes all of three minutes to find...but now THEIR PRINTER ISN'T WORKING! . At this point, I actually laughed in her face. The office worker who has consistently failed to give adequate customer service and has lied now asks if I still want to rent the space. She is quite possibly wishing I would just give up and go away. If she (or her supervisor) had told the truth from the beginning and apologized, and owned her mistake and asked if there was something that could be offered to compensate for the situation she created, I would not be writing this review. This is the worst example of customer service I have experienced at any complex I've ever lived in-- and I am an ex-military wife who has lived in nine different complexes over the years. When they read this review, I suspect there will be a new requirement to use the space, that they will keep my deposit unjustly, or both. I will take photos, and I'm sure my family of healthcare workers and teachers won't do any damage. Wish me luck!

Right now somebody's mowing and it's been going on since almost 630 this morning. The apartments are cheaply made and quickly thrown up in order to get bodies in them rather than quality -the walls are thin and you can hear everything. I've counted multiple nails on the ground. I had a flat tire in my last car and the new car. I got already had a tire flat as well and somebody hit my bumper. If I could get out of this lease, I would - i do not recommend this place. Far from luxary.

I actually had to call the police for the owner breaking and entering. Luckily I know tenant/landlord laws. They will move you in having done absolutely nothing to the unit before. Disgustingly dirty and they control the heat so good luck staying warm. They also won't give you a mailbox key because they're too cheap to pay the $20 to get it changed themselves. Oh and good luck even getting your mail if you work office hours cuz they lock up the office which is where the mailboxes are. They won't fix anything either. I moved in and there was drywall covering the entire bathroom floor....no surprise that same ceiling started leaking about 2 days after we moved in. Honestly they need shut down its so bad. Don't put yourself through the b.s. of this place and go somewhere else. Only reason there us 1 star is because I cant give 0.
