Don't get me wrong, it does get packed but I have a higher chance of getting it charged in comparison to the Tesla dealer in BP. Now that I got my X, we will for sure be coming more frequent. Baskin Robbin's is right next door for a quick ice cream stop. The north gate market is a few minutes walking for groceries, deli foods, and baked goods. There's a donut shop, Piara pizza, KFC, Carls Jr, Tacobell, Indian restaurant (was closed when we went), TC bakery, and Chinese deli. For nonfood stores there's a smoke shop and "dollar" store as well. Warning for late nighttime charging: At around 11:45pm, last year before Yelp made this searchable, me and another car were charging and suddenly a car pulled up blocking our way from moving forward. Someone came out to walk around and seemed to just take a look at the charging stations. But he went back into the car and they didn't move. The car stayed and it was just strange they're right in front of our cars. Good thing I still had time in my charging before idle fees would occur, they didn't leave until a police car came by the plaza but the police were actually on their way to a store in the plaza where more police cars arrived. Just a warning, probably only charge here in the daytime when everyone is around and places are open just to be safe.

You always get greeted as soon as you enter and the staff is usually friendly but always helpful with looking up a part or finding it in store or checking other locations. In my experience they've always been helpful when stopping by for assist with testing my battery and transmission and other small car checks or non invasive part changes. The tool i purchased on this specific trip ended up not being what we needed and since we have an account (w/phone#) I came back the next day and returned it without a receipt and no issue as they were able to find the purchase history with the number.

My lil family drove up from San Diego for the day and suddenly found ourselves dealing with car trouble. The team at this AutoZone turned what could've been a horrible weekend into something I'll always be grateful for. They helped us troubleshoot the issue, Macario changed my spark plugs and ignition coils, everyone answered each question I had without ever making me feel dumb for not knowing much about cars, and even gave us advice and mechanic recommendations. They were patient, kind, and genuinely willing to help complete strangers who were stuck and overwhelmed. It's rare to come across people who care that much. I can honestly say this team felt like a blessing at the end of a really rough day. If I could vote for "Best AutoZone in California," this would absolutely be it. I called the service department on Saturday and they told me to walk in on monday so I didn't schedule an appointment. Fast forward to Monday, walked in in the morning and they said they weren't taking any walk ins not sure who told us we could walk in. they were only taking walk-ins for safety issues. I guess a car that's advertised for having all these cameras for safety and the camera is not working - isn't a safety issue. A smart car who's computer screen is the whole navigation system that isn't working - isn't a safety issue. As someone who bought this car for all the safety features, it was pretty disappointing to hear that the navigation system not working and the camera is not working is not a safety issue. sure old cars didn't have cameras or a giant tablet screen for navigation, but those weren't advertised as safety features I had to make an appointment for the following Monday due to their availability and my availability and after a few days I got an estimated quote . It also said that I would not be getting a loaner vehicle and I would be welcome to wait or basically fuck off. my vehicle's estimated completion time was on Wednesday. I tried to contact the service center regarding getting a loaner and they told me it was based off of availability, so why can't we reserve in advance?

However, everyone of the staff seems like they are neglecting me and nobody decided to ask how they can help me despite the fact that I was clearly in need of help and looking like I was confused. They just continue to stare at me and then do whether they're doing. I felt so uncomfortable after standing there for 15 minutes, and after changing eye contact with all the staff there and saying that nobody was able to help me . It was so awkward, to a point where I ended up leaving after nobody greeted me or telling me that it's gonna be a minute. And the thing was I came in. I waved and all the people looked at me and then they turned away. All the staff in there were speaking Mandarin to each other and thinking that I didn't speak any for some reason meanwhile, I am actually very fluent in Mandarin. Overall experience was very disappointing. It made me feel very unwelcome, and it seemed like they were under staff for the amount of people that were in there. There shouldn't be available appointments if they can't even greet the people who had an appointment. Everything was very disorganized. They only have a Keurig cup no water dispenser for their waiting room. And there were nobody welcoming or greeting me or telling me the instruction as I have never been to a Tesla center. I was expecting some kind of greeting or some sort of welcome like Toyota Honda and other service centers. I will try to go to Tesla in Pasadena and report back but honestly, this was a very disappointing experience. And looking from the review on everyone leaving here for the Alhambra location I now regret not looking at the review before coming here.
