Service is pretty good just a little slow but that was okay because there were two groups ahead of us. Car pick-up was smooth, easy, and fun! Haha thank you Tesla for welcoming to the fam ^.^ P.S- Staff answered all my questions with ease and trading in a car the process was a lot more simple than I thought!

Victoria provided a great pick up experience. She was efficient & polite. She made the process quick and easy. It took about 30 minutes in total. They will actually tell you 10 minutes but by the time you sign all the papers, they bring the car around and show you a few things on the car, it's 30 minutes. The location is walking distance from the Douglas Road metrorail station. If you drive, there is parking in the back. I returned the next day to buy a charging adapter. This took about 25 minutes because I had to wait for someone to help me, then he had to enter all my information in the computer, and finally he had to run up to Parts to get the adapter. I wish the process was more efficient.

I left my car with the service team for an appointment on August 9th because I noticed I had an air bubble in my driver side dual pane glass. Thankfully the team was able to replace the glass but upon closer inspection I noticed an issue with my driver side door. The body line was no longer aligned with the rest of the car, and it would appear they attempted to raise my door's widow trim to match the other doors. I brought my car in again on August 17th to have the issue corrected and received the car back the following day in the same condition. It looks as if literally nothing changed and none of my issues were addressed. If you want to receive your car back in worse shape, make sure you visit the Coral Gables Service Team. They will be sure to find a way to f**k something up and leave you with more problems than you arrived with. Not to mention their incompetent interns at the service desk. Steer clear of this place at all costs if you care at all about your sixty thousand dollar plus car.

Tesla coral gables has a very bad customer service. This is the 3rd time I have to bring my car in for the same issue. They aren't able to fix it nor offer a solution nor a loaner car. I was offered a loaner car the 2nd time I have to bring my car for in service now they are refusing to one. Also very shady of Tesla to disable google and facebook reviews. Phone number at coral gables doesn't work it goes ti a machine making it impossible reach out to a live person. I regret 100 times getting a Tesla, if you reading this dont make the same mistake as I did.

Nicole is extremely rude and the reason I decided not to get a Tesla, she is very judgmental.

Checkout was a breeze, I didn't catch the checkout representatives name yet he was also great showing me around the car and explaining everything.

Formal Complaint: Disastrous Experience at The Collection Porsche, Miami…read moreIf you own a Porsche in Miami, it is time to consider taking your business elsewhere. The Collection, the only Porsche dealership in Miami, has truly devolved from exemplary to disastrous over the last few years. There have been numerous staff changes, resulting in the hiring of personnel with consistently lower quality and no discernible preparation for their roles. In my case, I waited for one full year for them to replace a part that they themselves damaged during a previous repair. This has become frequent in all my visits to the service department: you bring the car in for routine maintenance and leave with a new, unrelated problem. It is a never-ending cycle. When I demanded they honor their written word, the response was that my car is "old" and the issue is simply "natural wear and tear," claiming they replaced the damaged part "as a courtesy." They then insisted that the adjacent, necessary component was not their responsibility. While only they can believe this argument, the fact remains that this replacement procedure resulted in yet another additional damage. Their response to this was that if I did not notice the damage upon pickup, they are not obliged to take responsibility. In other words, according to the dealership, the customer is expected to inspect their vehicle for workshop errors before leaving the premises. It seems we must all take a course to become certified Porsche mechanics. Furthermore, the service representative and the Porsche Service Manager himself, Michael Muñoz, never offer any solutions--only excuses, lies, and gross misrepresentations. The demeanor is consistently aggressive and rude, solely to avoid paying a few cents, which, I must emphasize, I was not even requesting. My core grievance is clear: a year-long wait, the frustration of an unrepaired vehicle, an additional damage caused by them, and the mistreatment of my wife. I believe this is more than sufficient cause for complaint. I was not seeking monetary compensation; I was seeking a simple apology, which was never given. The ultimate disappointment lies in the lack of support from the Porsche corporate brand. After a call lasting over two hours, their final statement was that they would not take responsibility. I must ask: Responsible for what? For the poor practices of their sole Miami service center? For the rudeness of their personnel toward a loyal customer who has purchased three vehicles from the brand? It is in these moments one realizes that Porsche is no longer a respected automotive brand. Today, it lacks quality, readily available parts, and qualified personnel. Is this truly a luxury brand? All I expected was a resolution for my vehicle and an apology for the excessive time wasted and the unacceptable treatment, neither of which I received. This is not a matter of money; it is a matter of a company being unable to resolve a basic problem. It is the inevitable result of a brand that is descending from bad to worse and a dealership that has completely lost its way. I will never purchase a Porsche again, and certainly no other brand sold by The Collection. If you are reading this, consider this a serious warning before buying here, especially a Porsche. One does not pay a premium merely to drive a nice car; one pays for quality, service, and pleasant experiences. This was true for many years, but that chapter is now closed, and those in a position to fix it are doing nothing. Heed this warning before squandering your money here.

Saw mixed reviews and wanted to give them a shot as my son saw a car he was interested in. Started…read moreoff good as online rep called to confirm the vehicle we were interested in and confirmed appointments to come see it. Arrived at the time of appointment and greeted with a sales reps that didn't know the meaning of a smile. Then only to find out the car we came to see wasn't available at the dealer and it was at the west palm beach location going through an inspection! Why??? Why confirm appointments and why post the vehicle being available at Doral when it wasn't. False advertisement and bait and switch tactic likely. However, luckily my son was also interested in other vehicles at the location so it kinda worked out. Another issue as well was their key management system as they seem to have a hard time finding keys for the car we where interested in and when found and ready for a test drive, they had trouble finding keys for cars that were blocking us in. Advice to call the dealer directly to confirm availability compared to dealing with the online customer service. And be prepared to wait! Everything else is also true about other reviews with the high dealer fees of $1299 and a mandatory protection plan that's $1699 which along with sales tax and title and tag fees will likely add $4000-$5000 extra for your out the door price. Although it's all extra fluff, it's common with many dealers so continuing your search for a car anywhere else you may encounter similar outrageous fees.
