I received a notification from Tesla asking me to bring my car in for service, so I made an appointment for 9:30 AM at the Coral Gables Service Center. I was a little late that morning because of traffic, but everything went very smoothly once I arrived. The gentleman at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was quick, and communication through the Tesla app was excellent. We decided to walk to the café next door while the service was being completed. When we came back, the car was already serviced and parked, ready for us to pick up. The whole process was much faster and smoother than I expected. The location is also a Tesla showroom, so while waiting, customers can look at the latest Tesla vehicles and check out the different models. There is also a comfortable waiting area with coffee, tea, and water available. read more

When your car is so filthy with greasy handprints isn't a concern of your service department, that's a problem. When you're told you might have to wait an hour or more to get a ride to where your car is stored or you can just walk in the blistering heat and find it somewhere on the fifth or sixth floor, that's a problem. I expected more service on my model S. The Collection, just across the street from your location, gives phenomenal service. When I drive up to pick up my (probably filthy) car in a week or so, I'll make two stops. First, in Cutler Bay Mercedes to check out their EV sedan, and then at The Collection to see what EV sedans are available. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! read more

Quick service and entire staff were very pleasant. They make getting car serviced a joy

Service team is amazing. Everyone is friendly and professional. Great leadership under Gio.

Made an appointment over a week ago to take the car in for service. The day before the appointment I get notified the car will be available the day after the drop off date. I asked if there was any way I could pick up the car the same day as I live over an hour away and I needed to get home in the afternoon, if not I would need to reschedule. On the chat, I was told a loaner would be provided so I kept the service appointment. Now today, on the day of the appointment I get notified 15 mins before I'm supposed to drop off the car no loaner would be provided. Loaners are given at a first come first serve basis, which is understandable but don't say I'm going to get a loaner If that is possibly not the case the next day. If I would've known this, I would've tried to be there earlier. Honestly, infuriating. Sure I can Uber to work, but I'm not paying for an uber to Broward from Coral Gables and again tomorrow to come pick up the car. They're Playing with people's time. No sense of urgency. Maybe don't overbook services, as a tire rotation and filter replacement should not have a 24 hr turn around. read more

Service is pretty good just a little slow but that was okay because there were two groups ahead of us. Car pick-up was smooth, easy, and fun! Haha thank you Tesla for welcoming to the fam ^.^ P.S- Staff answered all my questions with ease and trading in a car the process was a lot more simple than I thought! read more

i had an appointment for a demo and took over 15 minutes and all I got was cocky Napoleon style salesman to tell me basically wait while he walks around drinking coffee telling other salesman by shouting the warranty coverage. when you have a cocky salesman, it's not really healthy for that location. It's OK to out the cars in the showroom and to be in the backside dealing with warranty issues but their sales team is very pathetic. I was highly recommend day land Tesla, or another location because this location is not very good when it comes to sales demo drives, etc.. read more

The team here is very helpful and nice. I've been to the service center two times. Once to do a tire replacement and then a minor repair. The service team has gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my car was fixed. read more

The service was very poor. The advisor forgot to return our keys and quite frankly, was rude. We had the car in for service and picked up our car on a Sunday from a remote garage location. Once we arrived to pick up the car we realized that we had no keys. We had to use the app to access our car to then find a brand new symbol on the dashboard. We did not drive out of the garage and immediately called tesla customer service. We were on the phone for nearly 40 minutes before we were told that it was safe to drive the car. We called our local tesla service center that following Monday to report the new symbol and the lies began. They fail to tell you that there system has a lag. They said that the symbol appeared after we drove off at 7:12pm and I have pictures on the app chat while we were parked in the garage and speaking to the customer service agent from 6:36pm. We asked to speak with management, Ms. Ana Gaston, 3 days in a row and received no callback. We have asked for a diagnostic and nothing. It's unfortunate that this local center is so terribly unprofessional. read more

Victoria provided a great pick up experience. She was efficient & polite. She made the process quick and easy. It took about 30 minutes in total. They will actually tell you 10 minutes but by the time you sign all the papers, they bring the car around and show you a few things on the car, it's 30 minutes. The location is walking distance from the Douglas Road metrorail station. If you drive, there is parking in the back. I returned the next day to buy a charging adapter. This took about 25 minutes because I had to wait for someone to help me, then he had to enter all my information in the computer, and finally he had to run up to Parts to get the adapter. I wish the process was more efficient. read more

Do yourself a favor and stay away from their service department, unless you want to receive your car in worse condition than what you brought it in for. Management is non existent. Funny how they send you a email after the "service" and include management for transparency. Again management does not even acknowledge the receipt of an email. Extremely unprofessional... read more

Telsa Service at Coral Gables is overwhelmed with many recalls and service demand. Making an appointment can take 2-3 months, and service technicians are under pressure to fix and deliver in a rush. Took my Tesla for suspension and computer fixes. Suspension was fixed for 2,300 , computer glitch was not fixed. They did not run the right full diagnostics and now I have to bring the car again to the shop. Thanks do not offer loaners or Uber vouchers anymore. M done with Tesla for such a poor service. read more

Tesla coral gables has a very bad customer service. This is the 3rd time I have to bring my car in for the same issue. They aren't able to fix it nor offer a solution nor a loaner car. I was offered a loaner car the 2nd time I have to bring my car for in service now they are refusing to one. Also very shady of Tesla to disable google and facebook reviews. Phone number at coral gables doesn't work it goes ti a machine making it impossible reach out to a live person. I left my car with the service team for an appointment on August 9th because I noticed I had an air bubble in my driver side dual pane glass. Thankfully the team was able to replace the glass but upon closer inspection I noticed an issue with my driver side door. The body line was no longer aligned with the rest of the car, and it would appear they attempted to raise my door's widow trim to match the other doors. I brought my car in again on August 17th to have the issue corrected and received the car back the following day in the same condition. It looks as if literally nothing changed and none of my issues were addressed. If you want to receive your car back in worse shape, make sure you visit the Coral Gables Service Team. They will be sure to find a way to f**k something up and leave you with more problems than you arrived with. Not to mention their incompetent interns at the service desk. Steer clear of this place at all costs if you care at all about your sixty thousand dollar plus car. read more

We've had but excellent service from this location. Everyone is kind and efficient without any friction. They're clearly busy, but they make time for people, which we appreciate. The new car pickup was smooth a few years back and the process for dropping off a car for service and getting a loaner was insanely fast. I must say it's much better than some ICE car dealerships that are addicted to nickel and dime'ing the customers. read more

My front passenger wheel deflated again. It was changed for a "new one" in April 27, 2021, Tesla rode side assistant (they come to your home // South Miami, FL). Today they came back again and replaced with a new tire. To our surprise the tire that was placed last year had a major patch, it was not new as I was charged !!! I have photos to show but can't upload. It is a good idea to track back all the work done around (the person that worked on my car) that time and see if other customers have had the same problem. I appreciate the attention to this problem. read more

Went in for service with an appointment. I was quickly greeted by multiple agents. Drop off was super easy. The loaner vehicle was the S, an upgrade from my 3. Links automatically to your phone and comes equipped with free Sun pass and free super charging. Pick up of my service vehicle was even easier at a nearby garage that's open 24 hours. ok.. I'm sorry I just have to voice out my disappointment with the customer service and pick up location. So I ordered a demo car, and yes I read prior online that its usually hit or miss so I knew and was ok with rolling the dice on this. Got a 5% discount on a 2021 LR Model 3 AWD. very happy with the car. Now, lets speak about the process. I ordered online pickup from Miami location 3851 Bird St, received a text that my car would be at the pickup location between 12-2pm, and someone would call me within 48 hrs, noone did. fine not a biggie, I did however have questions like: 1. Im registering car in TX, do I still have to pay sales tax in FL? 2. Telling me my pickup date 2 days before when I made the order a week is not fair, can I move pick up date from Wed (31st) to Saturday, so I dont have to take off work as I work two jobs. 3. I want to request a full charged vehicle because I have to drive to TX. 4. If they can pick me up from airport (since my Tesla in TX offered pickup of 20 mins drive for my sister) 5. general process/procedure. Anyways, after trying to find answers on here and other forums, couldnt find anything. I called the main number, noone picked up. I found the locations email address by digging online and sent them an email with these questions. they answered them finally and then they called me to respond to my email at 7pm the day before my delivery appt (12 pm).. if I had not emailed, I wouldn't have gotten a response. Ok whatever, no biggie, I told the guy Im traveling from TX, need to come. please make sure its a smoothe process and charge is full. He said he would put a note and confirmed my appt. I show up to the location to find out that the guy put my appointment for the day before by mistake. Waited for 2-3 hours for them to clean and fully charge my car. Absolute shit show, because the drive back was based on us leavin at 12:30pm, to drive 11 hrs and it threw me way off as hotels were booked prior. checked in at 3am lol, to leave the next day for another 10 hr drive to get back home. I love the car no doubt, but their service is a shit show. Im not going to say all locations are like that, just giving my experience with the one in Miami on Bird Street. read more

This is the worst dealership I've ever been to. After taking delivery of my Model 3 Performance, I noticed several paint defects. I took it to the Coral Gables center to get it resolved. I had to make two appointments to drop off the car and get a loaner. I dropped off the car Tuesday and Friday at 5pm I received a text saying the car was ready (they close at 6 pm). During this time, there was not any communication between the service center and myself. I called the service center and it would ring until it went to a voicemail. I picked up the car without anyone explaining what was done because my original advisor was not there. No inspection was done either. The car was covered with handprints and there was grease all over the windows and body panels. The seats had dirt and were smudged with grime. Luckily it came off with mild cleaning. Because it was getting dark outside, I could not look at the details of the car very well while I was there. The next day I inspected the car under direct sunlight and noticed that the window trim and handles were not properly covered. The handles and plastic chrome were covered with paint mist. I spent several hours buffing and polishing the car. I am hesitant to take the car back for any service because I do not want to get the car damaged. I will drive 2 hours to another service center in Dania Beach. This is unfortunate because Tesla is an amazing company. read more

Worst service experience with a car dealership and their service team... by any means necessary, avoid at all costs.

I have no had time to write a review. But he goes I bought the car everything online was good but when I picked up car that nobody even comes outside to show you car. Did not like that here keys cars outside lime go find it sucks. But when I got to car I look around everything seemed good but when I took car to do the first hand car wash the guy ask me is this a new car and I said yes why. I guess car had a few dings and they put paint over it. And the rims have scratches only a detail person can really tell. Piss me off and where do I go now when it was over a month. People PLEASE look at paint and make sure everything is good. After reading all the BAD reviews they are terrible and I regret there over all walk thru not service read more

My 17-year old daughter had a flat tire situation (see picture) while driving my Model 3 and I instructed her to call Tesla Roadside Assistance (good people, from what I heard). They dutifully replaced the flat tire with a loaner and directed my daughter to Tesla Coral Gables where *Service Center staff despicably took advantage of a teenager* by saying that the tire could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Just look at the picture and draw your own conclusions. Instead of a $20 patch these people actually charged my daughter $350 for a new tire that was completely unnecessary. These are bad people -- stay away if you can. #teslafail #teslaripoff #teenscammers read more

I need a replacement for my Tesla 2021 model Y. When you call the Parts Department in Coral Gables, you will be redirected to a voice mail where you have to say your name, company name, Vehicle identification, and your phone #. I called them several times, left messages in every call and they never return the call. The receptionist told me that she will send a email to the department to contact me, but the email is internal, and i can't send a mail to them. Finally i can communicate to someone in parts, that the receptionist transferred the call directly to them.... Also she told me that i have to get an appointmet through the App... and i only want to know the price of the part, and no to request an appointment for service.... My experience purchasing my Model Y was excellent! The entire process was seamless, from walking into the store to picking up my car. My representative was JP and he was, in my opinion, a huge part in my process going so smoothly. This is a different car purchasing process than I'm used to and I really appreciate the patience JP displayed always a text away (I postponed pick up twice) and answering all my questions until delivery day, even on his days off. So shout out to JP, thank you! Checkout was a breeze, I didn't catch the checkout representatives name yet he was also great showing me around the car and explaining everything. Excellent and convenient service. I recently bought a used Tesla and had a minor squeaking issue. Turns out it was covered under warranty. The staff at Tesla was very helpful and made the process very smooth for me. They also checked my tires without my asking. They even gave me a $100 Uber credit to help me get around while I waited. I've been trying to contact Tesla lease return department for a month now. This service has been a disaster. I'm unable to get a hold of anyone. When I go to both of the Tesla stores located near me one being more than 1 hour away I'm unable to receive the help needed. I returned my car and no one was able to explain to me the steps needed they just made me leave my car and that's it. I got charged for my old car and my new car leaving me unable to pay for my bills while not being in possession of the old car. I receive a check in the mail for $71 and when I go to Tesla to ask why the employees are unable to provided me with a response. After a month of returning my old car I decided to go because I still have both cars showing up on the app. At this point is when they want to explain that I needed to upload pictures and will be charged for window tint and the waste of my tires? This is the most absurd lease return I have ever experienced who charges for tire waste or window tint?. I still have the charge posted of my old tesla model 3 and the new charge of my model Y and unable to pay my bills because no one in this world can pay two cars while being unable to use one of them. This is clearly the last time I order a car from Tesla and I definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I'm still waiting for a call/email from someone because the employee at Tesla said he was doing me a "favor" by sending an email to Tesla in California. When it was time to order my new car I would get continuous calls from my advisor Paul Lindquist hurrying me to place my order. I've been trying to reach him to see if he is able to help me and no answer or call back. read more

I sent in my vehicle for a warranty concern over some error messages I'm getting so apparently the car had nothing wrong with it because of an old minor accident which the car was still running, but the car died in the middle of a software update however, this service center decided to sabotage my vehicle, opened up the battery disconnect, all type of connectors, all kind of safety loops left my entire interior of the vehicle disassembled with bolts and screws thrown all over the car and they said that they cannot touch it so somebody explain how they can't touch it, but they left at disassembled read more

This post reviews the service department: I'd like to begin with the service department NEVER pick up the phone or return voicemails. Never. Doesn't matter the month or day of the week. They do not pick up the phone. Anyway, I bring in my car to have the passenger rear view mirror replaced, just the mirror. First guy first day tells me they don't replace just the mirror they have to replace the entire part. Really?? Also, My mind was blown they didn't have one of the most common pieces for their best selling car, model 3, in the only service station in all of Miami. Anyway, guy tells me we'll have the part by Tuesday and we'll send a mobile service to have it done at your house. Fast forward to Tuesday, received no call and not answering my calls or voicemails. Wednesday, same thing. Finally I call the sales department, guy leaves the service department a note and I get a call back later that afternoon. New guy, different from the first service employee, tells me "are you sure you need the entire passenger rear view part replaced" haha! I'm respond with no absolutely not I just need the mirror. He goes ok we've got it here.. hundreds of dollars difference.. I bring in my car Friday, guy tells me the car will be done by the end of the day or next morning the latest. Sends me a uber voucher for $100 that expires the same day. Well, Saturday is here, I received no call and no update as to why the car isn't ready.. So I call the sales department, to save myself time, they tell me the service department closed at 12 and now I have no car for the rest of the weekend and I have to uber at my own expense. I've had my car for a little over one month and this is one of two poor service experiences. I know this is not the last of this atrocious service. read more
