It's all a show. I just took my car for service to find out that the warranty had expired a few months before. They began by charging $359 for EACH diagnostic (which there were a few), then the bill for service was $800 for a 12v Battery, $670 for a tire sensor and $1,000 for a trunk latch! I was baffled with the prices. Took my car to a European car mechanic and ended doing everything for $685!!! That's when I figured that they are out to rob you! read more

Extremely disappointing experience with Ferrari of Miami / The Collection. Unfortunately, this is now the second time I have experienced significant communication issues with the dealership. What began as a service matter evolved into weeks of unanswered emails, repeated requests for documentation, and a lack of transparency regarding work performed on my vehicle. Over multiple weeks, I requested technician notes, diagnostic findings, photographs, estimates, supplement documentation, and repair records. Despite numerous follow-ups and escalation to management and Ferrari North America, those materials were never provided. Most concerning is that I was advised a component was "broken" and potentially structurally compromised, yet no one has been able to provide a technical explanation as to how the condition occurred despite repeated written requests. There was no accident, impact, or intervening incident involving the vehicle. The communication concerns I raised during a prior repair experience were acknowledged at the time, yet the same issues occurred again. Emails went unanswered, follow-ups were ignored, and even after management became involved, communication stopped. For a brand like Ferrari, customers should not have to repeatedly chase basic information about their own vehicle. Luxury vehicles deserve luxury service. Unfortunately, the level of communication, transparency, and follow-through I experienced was not representative of what I would expect from the Ferrari brand. Formal Complaint: Disastrous Experience at The Collection Porsche, Miami If you own a Porsche in Miami, it is time to consider taking your business elsewhere. The Collection, the only Porsche dealership in Miami, has truly devolved from exemplary to disastrous over the last few years. There have been numerous staff changes, resulting in the hiring of personnel with consistently lower quality and no discernible preparation for their roles. In my case, I waited for one full year for them to replace a part that they themselves damaged during a previous repair. This has become frequent in all my visits to the service department: you bring the car in for routine maintenance and leave with a new, unrelated problem. It is a never-ending cycle. When I demanded they honor their written word, the response was that my car is "old" and the issue is simply "natural wear and tear," claiming they replaced the damaged part "as a courtesy." They then insisted that the adjacent, necessary component was not their responsibility. While only they can believe this argument, the fact remains that this replacement procedure resulted in yet another additional damage. Their response to this was that if I did not notice the damage upon pickup, they are not obliged to take responsibility. In other words, according to the dealership, the customer is expected to inspect their vehicle for workshop errors before leaving the premises. It seems we must all take a course to become certified Porsche mechanics. Furthermore, the service representative and the Porsche Service Manager himself, Michael Muñoz, never offer any solutions--only excuses, lies, and gross misrepresentations. The demeanor is consistently aggressive and rude, solely to avoid paying a few cents, which, I must emphasize, I was not even requesting. My core grievance is clear: a year-long wait, the frustration of an unrepaired vehicle, an additional damage caused by them, and the mistreatment of my wife. I believe this is more than sufficient cause for complaint. I was not seeking monetary compensation; I was seeking a simple apology, which was never given. The ultimate disappointment lies in the lack of support from the Porsche corporate brand. After a call lasting over two hours, their final statement was that they would not take responsibility. I must ask: Responsible for what? For the poor practices of their sole Miami service center? For the rudeness of their personnel toward a loyal customer who has purchased three vehicles from the brand? It is in these moments one realizes that Porsche is no longer a respected automotive brand. Today, it lacks quality, readily available parts, and qualified personnel. Is this truly a luxury brand? All I expected was a resolution for my vehicle and an apology for the excessive time wasted and the unacceptable treatment, neither of which I received. This is not a matter of money; it is a matter of a company being unable to resolve a basic problem. It is the inevitable result of a brand that is descending from bad to worse and a dealership that has completely lost its way. I will never purchase a Porsche again, and certainly no other brand sold by The Collection. If you are reading this, consider this a serious warning before buying here, especially a Porsche. One does not pay a premium merely to drive a nice car; one pays for quality, service, and pleasant experiences. I've been a proud owner of a 2021 Porsche Taycan for over four years. I love my car and have taken great care of it, but my experience with the Porsche Miami dealership has been nothing short of disappointing. When I purchased my Taycan, the dealership never gave me the second key fob that comes standard with the vehicle. I followed up multiple times during the first 18 months after purchase, then again after moving across the country. Unfortunately, nothing was ever resolved. Fast-forward four years later -- I finally tried again, and instead of taking responsibility, the dealership told me I now have to pay out of pocket for the missing fob. Their excuse? "The salesperson has left, and we changed systems, so there's no way for us to know if we gave you the second fob." This is completely unacceptable. Porsche NA got involved but ultimately sided with the dealership, leaving me to pay for something I should have received at delivery. For a $100,000+ car, I expected premium service and accountability. Instead, I got excuses. I've owned several cars, and this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If Porsche can't even stand behind something as basic as providing a second key, I can only imagine what happens with bigger issues. My next car will not be a Porsche. I'll gladly take my business to a brand that values its customers -- even Hyundai would treat me better than this. read more

I contacted the CEO Ken Gorin, Bryan Ward, Brandon Dahlman, and the Sales Department, assuming a dealership selling six-figure cars would at least have the decency to respond. Wrong again! My two emails were completely ignored. Which makes me wonder--was my car quietly resold for a higher price to someone else? If that's the case, this dealership is prioritizing profits over integrity. And may face punitive damages since I will pursue legal action. If you value honesty, professionalism, and customer service, The Collection Porsche is NOT the place for you. Let me start by saying that my vehicle was not service at your place. I took it for the engine light on which was the same reason it was there the last time not too long ago then I learn that it was a water pump and a thermostat replacement which is a recall NHTSA #24V110 and after showing my service advisor Andres the information we obtain from Audi and online I still got a bill of almost $3000 including the service diagnosis which by the way my vehicle was there not too long ago for the same issue and never got fixed correctly, the engine light on, I asked him to escalate this to the service manager, and he was very reluctant, but I put some pressure and finally he talked to the service manager, and I got nowhere as well. I was told this was a lawsuit in litigation and blah blah blah, and then I was told that you had a window for Repair the recall and that I missed the window, which to me is very strange because I never got any notification from my dealer, which is you which is where I purchased the vehicle . What happened to customer loyalty appreciation ???, are you guys that hard up for money? This seems to me like not a lot of money after I took it to get repaired somewhere else for $800 labor and original parts. ( almost $3,000 with you ), the vehicle is perfect now. Also at The return of the loaner vehicle no one could tell me how much gas they gave me on the loaner so it took me a while to get the service manager to figure it out and tell the other employees by researching that the vehicle was given to me with half a tank, you guys are really in need of money I see because I couldn't even get the courtesy $15 from you that it took to bring it back with half a tank, again it was more inconvenient to go to the gas station than to spend $15, I see customer loyalty is not rewarded at your dealership on any level. I am in the market for another vehicle for my other daughter, also possibly trading this Audi as well for one more Audi but I don't think I'm gonna be picking The Collection for that, my other vehicles are Range Rovers from Warren Henry and I think I should stick with them after this fiasco, this is not really about the money but about the time wasted, the money is not the issue here. I am very well established but I just don't like to feel ripped off or taken to the cleaners. Wow! I visited Audi Dealerships online today, the car I wanted was at the dealership in Coral Gable's FL...only one available in our area! So excited to purchase a new car I fell in love with. However, my enthusiasm was quickly dampened by the salesperson's assumptions and lack of understanding. When I inquired about potential discounts, such as a veterans or medical field discounts(didn't get that far)they offer, the salesperson immediately assumed I was trying to negotiate a deal via text. I made it clear that I had no trade-in and was prepared to pay cash, like go to my bank and pick up a cashiers check, she assumed a third party check. And that I was trying to negotiate via text. Her tone in the text was off-putting, and I felt like my business was not valued. I explicitly said I'm my text, I'd like a quote, I would go to my bank, get a check the next step would have been picking up the car on Monday. However, we didn't get that far. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to take my business elsewhere. I expect more respect and understanding from sales professionals even via text, especially when I'm ready to make a purchase. I would not recommend bringing your car here for service. They had my vehicle for 20 days, and during that time, two airbag part replacements failed. When I inquired about a loaner vehicle, I was told they had none available. After repeated requests, they finally provided a rental. When I picked up my car, I noticed that my dash camera had been unplugged, and the odometer showed over 8 additional miles compared to when I dropped it off. When I asked my service advisor why they had tampered with something unrelated to the repair, I received no explanation. I requested a call from the service manager and was assured that I would be contacted. It has now been three days, and despite my multiple follow-ups via phone and text, no one from management has reached out. The fact that they disconnected my dash cam without explanation raises serious concerns. Their lack of communication further demonstrates their disregard for customers. Based on my experience, I will not return for service and certainly would not purchase a vehicle from them. This is the truth of my experience--take it for what it's worth. This place is the worst. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change on my Alfa Romeo. This place was more convenient since the dealership is pretty far. I had to call 3x for them to give me an oil change price. They kept saying someone would call me back but they never did. We own an Audi Q5 that we leased from these folks, presently in its third year, and have had such a poor experience with the service department here. We've actually performed all of the service for the vehicle at The Collection, and any rattling or squeak issues, have never been fixed correctly the first time. We've had to take the vehicle back in again and again in order to get it fixed right. The last time, they had our vehicle for a whole month because they didn't know how to fix a squeaky steering wheel--that's just shocking, and a huge hassle. Further, I asked them to update the maps for the Audi's GPS system and the Audi Service Manager gave me the wrong information on how I could just do it myself--it wasn't possible. At the end of it all, they wanted us to pay them hundreds of dollars for them to do a one-time DVD map install. Needless to say, our next vehicle will not be from The Collection. read more
