    Buying a Porsche from The Collection Porsche is like playing the lottery--you might get your car, or you might just find out it's no longer available after you've sent them your money. Exciting, right? I wired $5,150 to secure a Porsche 911 Carrera 2023 under the impression that I was dealing with a professional, high-end dealership. They even sent me a congratulations video of the car with happy Brazilian music. Silly me. A few days later, I was casually informed that the car "had been sold to someone else." Oops! Guess my reservation was just a suggestion. I contacted the CEO Ken Gorin, Bryan Ward, Brandon Dahlman, and the Sales Department, assuming a dealership selling six-figure cars would at least have the decency to respond. Wrong again! My two emails were completely ignored. Which makes me wonder--was my car quietly resold for a higher price to someone else? If that's the case, this dealership is prioritizing profits over integrity. And may face punitive damages since I will pursue legal action. If you value honesty, professionalism, and customer service, The Collection Porsche is NOT the place for you. Save yourself the headache and take your business to a dealership that actually respects its customers. Has anyone else had a similar experience with The Collection Porsche?     Wow! I visited Audi Dealerships online today, the car I wanted was at the dealership in Coral Gable's FL...only one available in our area! So excited to purchase a new car I fell in love with. However, my enthusiasm was quickly dampened by the salesperson's assumptions and lack of understanding. When I inquired about potential discounts, such as a veterans or medical field discounts(didn't get that far)they offer, the salesperson immediately assumed I was trying to negotiate a deal via text. I made it clear that I had no trade-in and was prepared to pay cash, like go to my bank and pick up a cashiers check, she assumed a third party check. And that I was trying to negotiate via text. Her tone in the text was off-putting, and I felt like my business was not valued. I explicitly said I'm my text, I'd like a quote, I would go to my bank, get a check the next step would have been picking up the car on Monday. However, we didn't get that far. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to take my business elsewhere. I expect more respect and understanding from sales professionals even via text, especially when I'm ready to make a purchase. If you're in the market for a new Audi, I'd recommend exploring other dealerships in the area.

    I built a Porsche Cayman S several months ago but due to the ongoing shortage and supply-chain nightmare nothing yet, miraculously it was a cancelation and Michael Borges gave me a ring, I went tested the car, I sort of liked it and came back the next day to close the deal. Michael Borges is one of the best salesperson I have ever met, he is professional and cordial, it's a pleasure to buy cars with that kind of services!

    We own an Audi Q5 that we leased from these folks, presently in its third year, and have had such a poor experience with the service department here. We've actually performed all of the service for the vehicle at The Collection, and any rattling or squeak issues, have never been fixed correctly the first time. We've had to take the vehicle back in again and again in order to get it fixed right. The last time, they had our vehicle for a whole month because they didn't know how to fix a squeaky steering wheel--that's just shocking, and a huge hassle. Further, I asked them to update the maps for the Audi's GPS system and the Audi Service Manager gave me the wrong information on how I could just do it myself--it wasn't possible. At the end of it all, they wanted us to pay them hundreds of dollars for them to do a one-time DVD map install. Needless to say, our next vehicle will not be from The Collection.

    Car broke down again. 3 times in 4months!

    Wish I could give zero stars! The place is a scam, our sales guy Marco Flores is a scam! He sold us a Maserati with all kind of issues! All I had with the car is headache. The car went dead 3 times in 4 months and when we called for help Marcos was rude and told my bf to go fck himself!! We are taking actions so they will never do what they did to us to others!

    Saw mixed reviews and wanted to give them a shot as my son saw a car he was interested in. Started…read moreoff good as online rep called to confirm the vehicle we were interested in and confirmed appointments to come see it. Arrived at the time of appointment and greeted with a sales reps that didn't know the meaning of a smile. Then only to find out the car we came to see wasn't available at the dealer and it was at the west palm beach location going through an inspection! Why??? Why confirm appointments and why post the vehicle being available at Doral when it wasn't. False advertisement and bait and switch tactic likely. However, luckily my son was also interested in other vehicles at the location so it kinda worked out. Another issue as well was their key management system as they seem to have a hard time finding keys for the car we where interested in and when found and ready for a test drive, they had trouble finding keys for cars that were blocking us in. Advice to call the dealer directly to confirm availability compared to dealing with the online customer service. And be prepared to wait! Everything else is also true about other reviews with the high dealer fees of $1299 and a mandatory protection plan that's $1699 which along with sales tax and title and tag fees will likely add $4000-$5000 extra for your out the door price. Although it's all extra fluff, it's common with many dealers so continuing your search for a car anywhere else you may encounter similar outrageous fees.
