I had taken my Tesla into the Burbank for service to address several items after taking delivery. One of the items was to replace the window regulator since it was making noise whenever the door closed. They set up a follow up mobile appointment to come to my house since the part was not available at the time. This was the first time experiencing a mobile service for a car so I didn't know what to expect. They gave me a time window from 11am to 4pm but said that I didn't have to be home for the repair to be done. That worked out well since my daughter had gymnastic class and the technician, Kenny, called me to say that he arrived. I gave him the green light to go ahead and work on the car and let him know that I would be there in about 45 min. By the time that I arrived, he was almost complete. He explained what he did and showed me that the problem was fixed. He also took the time to answer the questions I had about the car and was extremely knowledgeable about tesla and cars in general. I can truly appreciate that since I am a car enthusiast myself and I can see how passionate Kenny is about what he does and the level of care and detail he puts in. I can honestly say that this was not only the best mobile service experience I have ever had but the best car service I have had in general over all the years of owning several cars. Seeing how passionate and honored Kenny is to be part of Tesla made me love being a Tesla owner even more! read more

I have a model 3 and S and have had many issues to say the least and experienced it all, but I have never had any problems with Burbank or Pomona which are the 2 closest locations aside from this one. The main manager refuses to return calls and he likes hiding behind his desk when an issue comes up, so it seems. The techs do not follow instructions and end up doing more work than asked , so they end up wanting to charge for work that was not authorized. I returned break pads that I thought looked used myself , so I took a picture . When returning them , I was accused of "installing them" from the same service tech so saw me open them in front of him. I realized my model 3 had a small rock behind the rotter so removing it stoped the noise and didn't need the pads. Normally tesla gives you $200/daily Uber voucher , they only gave me $100 and was not enough to travel from there to my home /business etc. Also, they said a simple door handle fix would be done early in the evening , I gave them almost 4 extra hours. I showed up and still the vehicle was not done and they didn't communicate that with me . To top it off, when I left the window was not aligned properly so I had to drive back again just to wait more. I recommend staying away from here because of you are not under warranty, they will defiantly try to scam you for money . read more

Horrible service...pick any other Tesla service center but this one! Appointments and appointment time mean nothing. 3visits for one issue...excuses excuses excuses! Have to order parts...need to paint parts...technician that order parts is not here...blah blah blah! A 2hr max fixed has turned into 3 jr wait first, a 5 hr wait the 2nd trip, and who knows how long the 3rd trip will take? read more

My car was so broken due to previous 3 car accidents and extremely dangerous to drive but I was so lucky to know about this place. They were able to fix most of my car major injury within an hour and a half with a affordable price. That is when I know this place is a real deal. Even the customer service was so great, they explained to me everything from how bad the car was to how they going to fix it. Be warned. I loss $900.00 + going to Alhambra instead of Burbank. My S was not charging right. They suggested we didnt plug it in properly! 2 nd time they said it was our cable, we bought a new one. 3rd time , in turtle mode, they said its our electricity even though we told them our relatives teslas charge fine at our house. Hired an electrician out to check our electricity and installed a new Tesla charger. No one in Alhambra cared we had a 90k car, but couldn't charge it fir weeks. Brought it to Burbank. Sean just looked at the logs and said it was the 4 way coolant valve, the later technician report confirmed it. ( All Alhambra had to do was charge the car for 20 minutes to find the problem, which apparently didnt bother doing. ). Now it charges fine. Musk should be ashamed! Brought my new Tesla in for the headlight and liftgate adjustment due to the panel gaps and lineup. The minute I drove in, I was greeted by a nice lady, then the service advisor walked out right away addressed and pin down all the issues. She went over all the details with me and would be able to get my vehicle done at the same day. The lounge is nice and clean with all the amenities, couches, coffee, bottle water etc. They did an awesome job on my vehicle, much appreciated. Couldn't recommend them enough. read more

DO NOT FIX car TIRE with TESLA. The vehicle service at this place sucks, DO NOT come here. The desk service lady is super rude, they patch my tire and charge 125 dollars and the patching area still leaking just after 4 months and the lady told me: it's temporary fix, and u don't have to do tires with TESLA. One of the worst dealerships ever. Serena is the worst representative of all. I have extensively driven the model 3 and was satisfied with it. I took my new model X with clunky noise. She said that the noise is not covered under the warranty even if it came from day 1 of me having the car. I have to pay to diagnose the problem. Also, I told her the car radio doesn't stop and the car doesn't get locked even after 4 hours of me coming away from the car and she told me there is a learning curve for handling the car and it is normal for the car radio to be on blasting in full volume even after 4 hours of me moving away from the car. I think she definitely has a learning curve with Tesla. The falcon wing is always a problem. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. The side cameras are loose. When I wash the car the water gets inside the car. I guess I am having a $130k lemon and a stupid dealership who doesn't want to help the client in anyway. Save yourself from trouble and go with a legitimate company. read more

The second day after the car delivered. There is error message on the car stating "Front motor disabled ". We returned the car to dealership right away. Tesla did not give us a loaned car to use, only states on the App "estimate time to complete service on March 17, 2023. " 15 days without a car to use. Agent is not helpful. I took my 2022 Tesla Model 3 to this service location to replace the glass roof due to a crack. After the service, I went back to the dealership and while I am inspecting the replaced glass roof, I noticed that the new glass roof is not perfectly aligned and it has a gap between the rubber gasket and the glass roof. I brought the issue with the service advisor, by the name of Ricardo, he said that it is normal. How could it be normal if the other end of the glass roof is perfectly aligned with rubber gasket but the other side has a gap. I believed that the purpose of having the rubber gasket it to avoid the water to get in the roof, but if there is a gap then it defeats the purpose. Service advisor continued to argued with me in unprofessional manner. In addition to unsatisfactory service qualify and customer service, when I went around my car, I found out that my car have a large body damaged from the passenger side including the front passenger side bumper. I once again brought this to the attention of the service advisor and he claimed that the damaged was already there when I dropped off the car. All of the sudden a group of service team started talking to me and telling me that they have a picture of the damage. But when I asked why no one told me or bring it to my attention when I dropped off the car, they have no explanation. It seems very suspicious the way the team approached the issue and the way they all reacted to my concern. They're keep insisting the picture that they took which can be taken after someone damaged the car while being service. In any car dealership service, when you drop off a car for service and they do the physical inspection, the technician will let you know if they found any damage and have the owner acknowledge the damage so that they will not be responsible for it. The fact that nobody pointed out the damage to me when I left the car, they should be liable for any damage that happened to the car. It was a horrible experience going to this Tesla service location and I highly discourage everyone who own Tesla to bring your car to Alhambra location. The service is absolutely bad and the customer service are not acceptable. The staff are so dishonest and obviously covering each other so that they don't get blame for any wrong doing. It was a horrible experience and definitely damaging to Tesla reputation. Luckily my insurance carrier is taking the case and bringing my issue to the top management for a legal matter. If there is any rating lower than 1 STAR, I would probably give them the lowest! read more
