It's my first time having a stuffed churro, and I'm ecstatic I found this place on a chilly night. There was a crowd waiting for their churros, and they technically had closed their ordering already; however, I asked kindly if I could order churros before they closed their curtain. The worker kindly let me! Churros are my soft spot for desserts! These were crunchy but also had a very creamy, smooth center. I don't do the breakfast ones because I'm just conceptually not a breakfast burrito guy. But the lunch burritos have nothing to envy any burrito in California, Arizona or New Mexico despite the protestations of some from SoCal or AZ who would never admit such a thing. The fresh squeezed lemonade is great too. The guys who run it are great. I order in Spanish. They're friendly. And they remember you. While it sounds simple enough, I've actually had my fair share of less than yummy dumplings. I ran into Pinch at the City Center Farmer's Market and I knew that I had to give them a try. They were serving an assortment of vegan and meat dumplings. Being the carnivore that I am, I got their two meat options: chicken and asparagus and beef. Both came with a dumpling dipping sauce and an Asian slaw ($1 extra). While fried dumplings are always infinitely 100% better, I chose to get the steamed option in an attempt to be healthy. My freshly steamed hot dumplings were ready in less than five minutes and I excitedly split it with my husband. The quality in their product is evident: they hand roll their dough, grind their filling using local and organic ingredients, and pinch their dumplings daily. When eaten with their vinegary Asian slaw on top, it is a delicious combination. $19 for two orders is a bit pricey but to find quality, delicious dumplings it is worth the price!

The fries are a seasoned wedge fry, which was a nice surprise and a step up from your standard cut. A large sweet tea is the right call to wash it all down.
