Corn tortilla's check ! Fresh eggs and fresh pico, check! Home made sauces, check! Large portion size, check! and the ICING ON THE CAKE- FRESH ORANGE AND LEMON JUICE MADE TO ORDER !! I will go back again and again for that juice! Staff are happy and organized- and their station is clean and welcoming. 5 stars if they had Mexican cheese instead !

Okay so an AMAZING Mexican burrito joint was not what I was expecting to find after taking a stroll through the Eastern Market in DC. I've lived in Mexico City and grew up on the SW border so needless to say, I'm very critical about what others call "good burritos." Well, I can confirm...this are GREAT burritos! After speaking with the staff - from the Mexican State of Puebla - I went with their most popular, the #2, chorizo and egg breakfast burrito. They serve breakfast all day. It did not disappoint! Huge portion, homemade beans, good quality chorizo...I couldn't have asked for more; but I did! I accompanied it with two chiles torreados (grilled with soy/lime) and it was the perfect match for a great afternoon lunch/dinner. Don't hesitate to try, you won't be sorry.

Excellent large breakfast burritos. We had the veggie and bacon breakfast burritos at the H street farmers market on Saturday morning. I particularly liked that there are black beans in with the eggs.

BEST BREAKFAST BURRITO EVER!! came to the arlington farmer's market on Saturday just to try this place. the photo does not do it justice. it's basically an omelette with your choice of meat folded in. then it's wrapped with cheese, beans, and salsa. i sat on the curb eating this burrito like a bum. had bean juices dripping down my hands and did not have napkins. -0.1 stars for not giving napkins. there was a long line and you have to order first, pick up your order, then pay. eager to come again with my girlfriend and get my hands wet

    Chorizo burrito

Chorizo Burrito was made quickly and tasted delicious with a little bit of spice to it. Ample sauce to choose from spicy, verde and sour cream.

    Carne asada quesadilla

This is one of the BEST food stands in Eastern Market. The portions are extremely generous and delicious. All the cooks are super friendly and it's a staple of my weekend. I believe they are at eastern market (near the William Rumsey Aquatic Center) on saturdays and sundays. You have to try them out! I tell all of my visiting friends that they need to add this to their itinerary when visiting. Our go to orders are the chicken fajita bowl and carne asada rice bowl. Ventured out this one time and got the quesadilla and was not disappointed!

I'm not one to complain about complimentary chips and salsa, but man no flavor and no salt in either salsas nor on the chips! Bummer. The garlic shrimp were pretty solid, albeit a fairly small portion of 4 shrimps for 18 bucks. The lomo saltado really missed the mark. Grey looking steak a la Applebees, not much flavor overall in the dish... beans and rice were good! Shrimp fajitas were also very forgettable, shrimp were well cooked but lacked seasoning. The 'epic margarita' aka a coronarita was okay, margarita itself lacked brightness and was a bit too sweet.
