Came here for HH with a girlfriend around 4:15 on a Friday. Sat at the bar and experienced very attentive service. Excellent HH specials. My girlfriend got a glass of the house red and loved it. I got the specialty HH cocktail which was kind of like a daiquiri. It was so delicious- zingy and refreshing. We were brought the most delicious summery bite- fresh tomato, burrata, basil, and olive oil. Like an amuse bouche- gratis! The HH menu popped off - we got the raviolo (rotating flavor) and thought it was fabulous. The pesce crudo was outstanding- we ordered two. It was steelhead, citrus, peach, chive oil, pickled peppers. HH prices were great. We went across the street to Tinto for snacks to complete a progressive dinner situation and tbh were disappointed and wished we had stayed with Terzo and tried more new things. Looking at the rest of the menu it is clearly full of fresh, thoughtful, seasonal dishes with lots of vegetables and big flavors. Can't wait to come back!!

Stopped in for a quick happy hour before dinner next door at Broders! Super cute little spot that has small plates and more. We just walked in and got a spot at the bar (first come first served) and ordered wine with a few apps. The focaccia was delightful and perfect for dunking in the Raviolo. The Raviolo was my favorite - mixed meats inside with a rich pomodoro tomato sauce for finish. Seems heavy but a great pasta appetizer if you just need a snack! Did not get any entrees but no complaints for the happy hour we tried. Good food, service and food was quick and easy! Look forward to coming back for dinner some night.

Came here for restaurant week specials! The starter was nice! It's a spoon with a little treat from the kitchen. (It's basically fancy hummus) I had the risotto, potato gnocchi, and the olive oil cake for the restaurant week specials. (February 2023) The risotto was great! I was anticipating getting some crackers or bread to eat with the risotto but didn't need it as it was full of flavor on its own! It had sweet and savory profiles that changed with each bite! The gnocchi was also a great dish, each gnocchi was very smooth, buttery and melts in your mouth as you chew. I was hesitant to try the pork cheek but it was very good! It does not have a strange chewy texture, it feels like a regular piece of meat, just slightly more tender. The sauce was very savory, kind of like a gravy. Overall the entire dish came together nicely. Finally, the star of the night had to be the olive oil cake! It had the consistent of a pound cake, with a nice orange taste and a scoop of gelato! P.S. the lighting is dim, the back patio is heated AND very warm. The servers will take all your silverware after each course and replace it. Parking is limited behind the restaurant but street parking is pretty accessible.

Can confirm still a great experience and I'm bumping my review up to 5 stars! Pro tip- order the olive oil cake. One of the best desserts I've had in awhile. Arancini is a must order and the mushroom risotto was ahhhhmazing.

Selected this as my birthday meal on my road trip months in advance as I heard the Porchetta was delicious. Didn't go into it thinking I would be getting a 5 course meal, but there were $5 specials at the bar. I ordered... Ricotta Fresca do Capra Prosciutto di San Danielle Raviolo (lamb neck, ricotta, agridulce and pine nuts) Calabrian Porchetta sandwich w/ radicchio slaw and calabrian aioli Tortelli (ricotta, Gorgonzola, parmigiano, artichoke, asparagus, lemon, parmigiao broth) The Porchetta lived up to hype but I really loved the detail of each small topping that complimented the main ingredient. The pasta for example had crunch, some acid, etc from the asparagus, pine nuts, agriculture. Thanks for a great bday!

We had dinner here the other night and had a wonderful experience. I got two cocktails - the Dalla Sicila, which tasted similar to a Manhattan with a Marsala wine component, and the Rill Dill, which was a refreshing herbal/citrus cocktail. Our food was excellent as well. We got the chips and aioli, fresh mozzarella for appetizers, porchetta, tortelli, and the desserts chocolate torte and olive oil cake. All were very tasty!

I'm not sure why I've put off going to this unique and charming restaurant at 50th and Penn for so long, but I finally stopped in with a friend in a snowy Monday to give it a try. Given the parking challenges in the area, it's great that I was early and got a space in their attached lot. Not quite sure what I was expecting but the wine-themed interior with its wine vines on the wall and cork oak bark accents along the long wall in the narrow space really made oldie a cozy yet contemporary vibe. At six it wasn't too busy but it filled quite nicely over the next hour or so. Tip-unlike their other restaurants, they take online reservations (via Resy). As we were settling in and pressing the extensive list of wines by the glass, we were treated to a small bite courtesy of the restaurant-a Fried zucchini with truffle aioli-really good. Since we had 5 minutes left of happy hour, we ordered the Pecorino with honey-yummy and the Arancini (good but not great). By this point we were sipping Prosecco. Switching to a glass of a Sicilian red we next split the luscious smoky Garganelli with bacon-the small serving was just right as a first course. I'm not sure I could even eat a whole plate of this sinfully rich pasta. My brother had strongly recommended the Porketta sandwich with chips so we got the one with the spicy slaw as a main course. It's big and meaty and the fresh made chips are a great compliment. We also ordered the Carrots with goat cheese as a side just to get a bit of vegetables. They were perfectly roasted and sitting in a little nest of creamy herbed goat cheese. Of course a glass of vintage Barolo ($25/glass) was an indulgent accompaniment. With a few sips of wine remaining we had to wrap it all up with the Chocolate "layer" cake-rich chocolate mouse topped with sea salt that was rich and creamy and a perfect end to a delightful evening. Loved Terzo! (Now if the Broders could only figure out a way to resume a wait list system at the pasta bar

Visited 5/6/23. Okay first thing's first-all the good things. Service was really great and I have nothing bad to say about that or about the bar seating on the temp controlled patio. The atmosphere of the patio is super cute and is in an awesome location. In addition to that, one of my dining companions really enjoyed the risotto (smaller portion is like 3/4 a cup or so, a bit small for $21, so be cognizant of this). In addition to this, the chef provided a small before meal bite with homemade ricotta which was refreshing and fun. I wanted to love Terzo so bad, especially since I adore Broders so so much. I had been also looking forward to visiting because they had porchetta on the menu. My mom grew up on the iron range in MN so we love Porchetta and love ordering it any place we go. I got the Spritz to drink and this was refreshing. I was slightly sad about the Porchetta sandwiches, as they had some fatty chunks on them that were harder to eat. I'm not super anti fat as I love a good pork belly, but I thought it was cheese initially because it was just white fat. The aioli on the sandwiches was pretty thick as well and they would've been well paired with some kind of side, especially given the price point. We did order the homemade chips and dip and the chips were great and would've been perfect to have a few to go with the sandwiches. Overall, like I said I was super excited to dine here but in the future I would stick with maybe some of the pasta dishes.

My first evening in Minneapolis I decided to hit up a few Used Bookstores... this place was next door and I knew I needed to eat soon. Sat at the Bar (which I usually do when dining solo) every single item I had was fresh and Brilliantly served! I'm here to tell ya... that Lake Trout... THAT LAKE TROUT!!!??? Man Oh Man was the BOMB.COM topped with Neonata had me looking for someone's Grandmama to SLAP! but let me not be remiss in my appreciation of the Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, which could've been a light dinner and called it a DAY! I really wanted to return the next evening and get the same thing but I was frolicking in other places hahahaha ((smile)) if you are debating on having dinner in this area do your self a favor and try this place out... you won't be sorry. Knowing how good Broder's is, I came to Terzo with high expectations. My friend and I went to Terzo for dinner, and we left the building feeling very fulfilled. Since most people recommended the porchettas, my friend and I both got that. I had the calabrian porchetta, and she had the mushroom porchetta. Needless to say, the slow-roasted pork was a definite highlight! It was tender, flavorful, and juicy, and I don't even normally eat pork. The porchettas' individual flavor profiles were elevated by the respective types of aioli, but it was evident that the pork was the dominant ingredient. We also enjoyed the mousse di fegato, which contained a good combination of chicken liver (can be bitter to some) and sherry gastrite / angostura mustard (leaning towards sweet). Finally, the torta gianduja is a dessert that I have seen from a Star Tribune article, and I have been longing to try it. It was a 10 out of 10! The hazelnut in the bottom complemented the layers of chocolate (different texture each layer) so well, on top of the sea salt, in addition to the cocoa powder on the side, that every bite was as enjoyable as I could imagine from a chocolate cake, which I typically would dismiss as too "bready." Overall I recommend this place, especially regarding the porchetta that my friend and I had tried! We did not try any primi or secondi here, but I wouldn't be surprised if others have positive experiences with those dishes!

I stopped in for happy hour last Friday with my parents after we'd been furniture shopping for their new house all day. We were ready for a nice glass of wine and some good food, and snagged a perfect spot at the bar right at the end of happy hour. Happy hour wines are $7 for a nice pour, tap beers are $1 off, and bottles of Grain Belt are only $1. Some of the small plates are also a few dollars off from 5-6pm on weekdays. We started with some happy hour apps and wine, and then moved on to some of the items off the bar menu and main menu (you can order off of both at the bar, which is nice). I enjoyed the olives, cauliflower, and Calabrian Porchetta. Four stars because I didn't find the service to be all that friendly, but maybe it was just the night... Note: Beer and wine only - not a full bar.
