It's because the owner refuses to sell you something you don't need. Some stores give commission to employees but not Morgan's. Instead of trying to sell whole systems of chemicals, the owner makes sure you only buy what you need. They never have sales because nothing is marked up to be marked down. If they get a better deal on a product, you'll automatically get the savings passed on to you. If the owner and employees use something in their pool which doesn't work, they stop selling the product. They truly do treat everyone like family! I wish all retail stores worked this way!!

In the 1st 2 months I experienced 5 or 6 leaks which Southeast responded to and fixed but I was not happy having to contact them and having this done, this should not have happened. Now it February 2022, not even a year later and I've got another leak, this must be a Lemmon. I requested a service call but nothing yet after 72 hours. I would NOT buy another one of these regardless of the warranty. I take care of this Tub and maintain it like its supposed to be.

Our Special Needs son has been very excited about getting a pool and needs this for exercise as well as recreation. The employees at the Fayetteville location spoke to us in person and on the phone and took messages for Seth to return our calls and he hasn't as yet.
