I don't let many people touch my hair. Since I moved here, I refused to get my hair dyed because I…read morewas terrified of what results I might get. It got so bad that my boyfriend asked me, "Is your hair changing color?" I originally intended to go to a different salon for hair care, but stopped by Terrame one day to pick up some Bumble & Bumble products (they're one of the few salons locally that sells a VAST line of BB products). One of the owners approached me as I was browsing, and we talked for a few minutes about the products. He told me to consider getting my hair cut/colored by Jessica, because she's especially good with foil and he said our personalities would be a good match. Well, I caved in and finally did it. I had to wait about 4 months to get an appointment with her (she doesn't turn away new clients), and was it ever worth the wait! Jessica is extremely talented at what she does. I barely had to explain to her what I wanted, and to be honest, my hair doesn't even look colored. It's the most natural, and she styled it in exactly the way I wanted. I haven't used any of their spa services, but I definitely will be. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Just an all-around great place with good customer service!

Got a real quick NO! No offer of when they might have availability. Just simply no. I guess they do not need any new business. Well I can promise I will not ever consider Terrame Salon ever in the future! No customer service at all.

It's clean, fragrant, and relaxing as soon as you walk in. The staff is beyond friendly, courteous, and respectful. The whole experience from walking in until you walk out is easy, maybe too easy... but it was amazing all the times I have been here. The massages vary greatly and I prefer deep pressure, to the point of discomfort. Ying obliged and worked as hard as she could to maintain the pressure throughout, which she has done every time I go here. She truly is a sorceress in the aspect of being able to find and work out all the stress, knots, and soreness that I bring to her. I don't know if you can beat the service or price here. Sure, it's in a strip mall and not some resort or hotel place; if you are looking for that then this probably isn't going to be your vibe. If you are looking for perhaps one of the best massages at a beyond reasonable price, then you cannot go wrong here. It offers everything you want when you need to relax or escape or even get something worked on after a long hiatus from any sort of self care.
