The second and last time we used Foster's the owner, the older gentlemen, delivered our hot tub. We paid for the hot tub to be delivered and put on our back porch. It was supposed to be an easy delivery. We have a screened in back porch and we measured to make sure the hot tub would go through the door and it would fit. The older gentleman informed us that it would not fit through the door and left the tub in the drive way. We had to find a way to move the hot tub onto the back porch.

Comparing the design and equipment between the two pools, I see that the Dolphin pool I had at my other home was much better design and parts. The more I learn and live with my Valley Pool the more I wish I had my Dolphin Pool. I now see why Dolphin was a bit more in cost. Having said that, my Valley pool is ok. It does the job and from a resale perspective, I didn't get anymore out of my old house because of the type of pool I had.

Liner slipped a little a while after install, Blake stopped by and adjusted it, no problems since. Recently I had issues with my salt system. Blake came out and did everything to diagnose, make sure it was faulty, ended up needing to replace the cell and flow switch - covered under warranty. I am so grateful as I didn't file anything (I didn't even know if it was covered under warranty), so when I called Hayward they asked if installer did it. I didn't know, called up, and Melinda let me know they had submitted everything and it was warrantied! She let me know what to do to mitigate my algae issues while I waited for them to come out and take care of it. Every time I've called up there or interacted with the boots on the ground (mainly Blake), they've all been incredibly nice, customer service oriented, and have created an overall positive experience. I even requested prior calls because I have dogs, and they've contacted me prior to coming out. Anyone who says differently is clearly someone who no one can make happy! Stand by the company I've recommended since the hole was dug - those guys were AWESOME too (now Trinity Land Specialists, I believe). Hope it says a lot that 4 years after build, I can still recommend this business as I did from start to finish in the beginning. I called Blue River Gutters to fix a standing water issue in my front and back yard this year and I…read moreneeded French drains plus the regular drains. I ran across this company after getting quotes/assessments from various independent parties on Craigslist as well as companies on line (ie. Legacy Outdoors/Affordable Foundations). The folks from Blue River (Adam and Misty) were very professional. They showed up on time, stood by their quotes, explained the process and materials used as well as the warranty. They also provided an architectural diagram of where all the French drains were so I can provide a copy to my neighbor and property manager when I decide to rent out the place. They took the time to answer all my questions. They also fixed a leaking/warped issue with my gutters. I had them take all the drain lines attached to my house under ground (backyard). In the front, they fixed another standing water issue (my yard's shaped like a roller coaster) that could've been a liability issue since the standing water was damaging the adjacent fence of my neighbor and leading to a pesky weeds due to oversaturation of water. They cut through the side walk to allow the water to drain properly down the street into a nearby gutter & did a phenomenal job. Blue River did more work and used more quality materials (ie. the French drain peanuts, put home drains underground, fixed gutters), yet they still were less expensive than Affordable Foundation and Legacy Outdoors and their level of customer service surpassed all independent parties and companies I'd previously received assessments from. If you have standing water/gutter issues, I'd definitely recommend these guys. I'm so glad I don't have to worry about my dogs being saturated in red clay dirt for days after a rain since the water doesn't sit any more and my front yard looks better due to less weeds from oversaturation of water.
