June was very knowledgeable and explained things to me so I understood. She made some excellent recommendations. She is very friendly and is great to work with. The second and last time we used Foster's the owner, the older gentlemen, delivered our hot tub. We paid for the hot tub to be delivered and put on our back porch. It was supposed to be an easy delivery. We have a screened in back porch and we measured to make sure the hot tub would go through the door and it would fit. The older gentleman informed us that it would not fit through the door and left the tub in the drive way. We had to find a way to move the hot tub onto the back porch.

Even after they turned the pool over to us, they are still answering questions we have and really care they gave us a good product. With it being such an investment, we appreciate them being there when we need them. If you have any doubt about choosing a pool builder, don't with Premier. We would use them all over again. "We called Rocket City Water Wizards on August 23, 2025 for our Hayward control board. An…read moreappointment was made for 10AM the next day through the automated system (it's the ONLY option). This company ONLY communicates via text or email, you will NEVER get a person on the phone. We made arrangements to be home at that time and waited and waited. After 4 hours we get a notification that a technician is on the way. He arrived at 2:30pm was an overall nice guy. We REALLY wanted to support this veteran business so we were EXTREMELY patient and ignored the initial red flags. Long story short, a part was ordered and we were required to pay a percentage down and charged a labor fee and the part did not fix the issue. Then the suggestion was a new "Jandy" system around $2,000 that far exceeds what we require for our above ground pool. Initially we were going to do that since we were already in $300+. But, after realizing the details of the work discussed didn't line up with the itemized quote, the higher sales tax and the amount previously paid down, we were done. We do feel we got the run around. Currently we have been charged the deposit (35% down) for the part that did not work at a 11.25% sales tax and labor fees. Totaling around $300 and nothing has been repaired. It has been 3 weeks and many days of waiting to hear back (via text or email only), chasing down appointments, a couple of no shows on those appointments with no notification. We have rearranged our schedule several times only to wait all day for a no show. Under the circumstances it only seemed fair for us to request a refund. I was told I would hear back on Monday September 15th but did not. I will follow up if there is a resolution but for now we have just been ghosted. I don't know about the "quality" of work as nothing was repaired but the communication and business practice is not customer friendly. They advertise an A+ BBB rating but are not officially BBB accredited. Buyer beware." EDIT/RESPONSE: We were never told of any code violations. Pool was installed by a licensed installer and been running 6 yrs with no issues. It was not stated that the new board may not fix the issue. I was never given access to "the portal" even after texting you this and emailing Brittany about it. Communication is definitely a major issue. Your response "sounds" good but you did not state these things to us, these are the red flags I'm talking about. All we asked was for a refund of the $143.78. We are not going in deeper with you.
