Andy was very responsive and had answers quickly during the design phase. Very knowledgeable and helps you see your vision before the ground is dug. Drew was awesome during the build phase of the pool. He also answered questions quickly and if he couldn't get back that day he always responded the next. Both of these guys were very polite and always made sure we were getting what we wanted. Even after they turned the pool over to us, they are still answering questions we have and really care they gave us a good product. With it being such an investment, we appreciate them being there when we need them. If you have any doubt about choosing a pool builder, don't with Premier. We would use them all over again.
