Originally purchased a mattress online from this location on 5/14 for a Sleepys mattress. Original delivery date was 5/18-5/20. I sold my mattress 5/17 in assumption my new one would be delivered. It was not. I called MULTIPLE times and no one could give me an update until around the 23 or 24th when it was realized they sold me an out of stock mattress. I had to go back in and get a new mattress. Of course it was way more expensive. The delivery on this one ended up being delayed because they didn't call me to reschedule as they said they would. I've been sleeping on the ground for 2+ weeks because I have my fiancé who is a combat wounded vet the couch. They've done nothing to rectify any of their mishaps and it's really gross business practice

I will probably wait for President's Day holiday to make a purchase, but she asked for my phone number and email to notify about any future sale. Chris was an excellent salesman. Courteous, kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. He was not pushy in regards to me making a purchase that day nor did he try to steer me towards one of the more expensive mattresses. He really listened to me and my concerns/wishlist for what I wanted in a mattress. I left without making a purchase, but returned the next day with my fiancé. After asking questions about how each of us sleep and identifying potential barriers to achieving a good night's sleep in our current mattress/bed frame, Chris was able to help us find our PERFECT match. We not only purchased a new mattress, but also two new pillows. I cannot speak highly enough of Chris and his willingness to listen and help us. Neither my fiancé or myself had ever purchased a mattress for ourselves and had ZERO idea of what we wanted. Chris is extremely knowledgeable in his field and it shows. His recommendations were spot on. My fiancé and I have both slept better on the pillows he suggested. We have not picked up our mattress yet, as it is on layaway, but we are anxiously counting down the days until we get to bring it home.

The instructions pamphlet said there was a switch on the wall outlet but I couldn't find it. So I stopped by Inline to ask their advice. I figured I could probably order a remote or something. Beth Swann (the Regional Showroom Sales Manager) just happened to be in the Athens store that day and so she contacted the company that made the fans. She was told that there was a button on the motor so she arranged for an electrician to come check it out. Surprisingly, he couldn't find a switch at all. And even if there had been one, there was no way for me to access the fan in the great room. The ceiling there is 20' high. Now at this point, it would have been easy for Inline to say, "Sorry. Buyer beware!" but they didn't. My two fans would have to be replaced. Beth sent several suggestions of other fans that were similar. And without hesitation and during the busy Christmas holiday, Beth ordered the replacement fans. She arranged for removal of my existing fans and installation of the new ones. This was no easy feat. The ladder required in the great room has to come on a special truck and just getting that huge thing in the house was not easy or inexpensive. Inline absorbed the cost of all that. They did everything possible to make a bad situation better. I am very pleased with my new fans and want everyone to know how hard InIine worked to make that happen. This is one company that still believes in customer satisfaction! Thanks, again, to you all.

Can you drive past a strip mall in these parts that doesn't have a mattress store and/or nail…read moresalon? Uhhhh no. And I'm more of a Sears scratch and dent when it comes to appliances and mattress sets, having bought my last mattress set at HH Gregg before it shuttered and that was over 16 years ago. To me the process is simple - you pick a firmness, lay on it and pick the one that's most comfy to you. Not difficult at all! Prior to that I'd bought used trundle beds with a mattress on yes, get this, the classifieds in the HSV Times newspaper. So it's been a while since I went shopping for mattress sets. The staff at Mom's memory care recommended we downsize Momma from a queen bed to a full bed as we moved her to her new, smaller apartment. Always rightly concerned for falls they wanted to give her as much walking room as she needed on her newly freshened up apt! Enter BE - where brother has faithfully purchased mattress sets for the past decade. The showroom was stocked with plenty of mattress sets at various price points with various features and sizes. The salesman (didn't get his name) was so knowledgeable and kind and really helped us downselect based on mom's sleeping patterns and her physical size. I tried out the various options using the paper coverings you see at Doctor's offices while sister and brother worked on pricing. We finally all agreed on one and they offer sheets and mattress. Pads and sheet and mattress protectors too. Sort of a one stop shop except no comforters or headboards. (We went next door to shop for those are Goodwill.) The extra helpful bearded salesman offered brother a substantial loyalty discount and off brother went to retrieve the bed set from their warehouse which I think is maybe on Pratt Avenue. We were on our way to move mom into her new apartment as time was awasting! Who knew bedding technology has advanced so much in 16 years with anti allergen this and that and cooling technologies and whatnot! The salesman walked us through the pros and cons of each and we were able to select the pads and protectors that would fit the bill for sweet momma and in her color palette (teal) and the micro sheets were really soft y'all! We met up at Grandview Gardens and during moving stuff realized (d'uh) momma already had a full sized bed and mattress set and didn't need a new one/downsized one after all! She had a full size bed with a queen headboard-becauase she is a queen! Long story long BE accepted the returned mattress set the same day without issue as far as I know and really impressed me with their knowledge and on hand stock and willingness to provide the best customer service possible. Even though I was hopeful to get Mom's cast off queen mattress (which clearly didn't happen) the shopping experience here was so pleasant I'll probably join my brother on being a regular BE shopper in the future and my back will thank me for it!
