I did not realize that Marvel Mahonia is spiky. I had my eyes on it for years and was hoping to plant it in my front yard. Now, I have changed my mind. They have a nice selection of hydrangeas and maple trees. Everything looked healthy and well cared for. The main reason I visited the store was to find a medium sized concrete statue for my yard. They have a really nice collection of garden decor items, hummingbird and bird feeders, yard ornaments and all. They also had concrete statues. I did not find anything I liked, but a good selection nonetheless. I ended up buying a few plants and I will be coming back for more for sure.

The counter girl lied about when it would be planted. First the excuse was we don't have the crew, then it was they are waiting on a machine. I guess I hurt the counter girls feelings because she told me the conversation was over and that I needed to speak to her boss. He reiterated that he didn't have enough crew and needed to rent a machine and that he needed a few more trees to be sold so that it was cost effective to rent the machine so that I will be waiting for another week. This business has continually had crappy customer service and I will not give them another dime of my money. I will take my $500 and to go to a business that appreciates my patronage.

Just venting. Went to Home Depot today in Madison…read more Sign has been up for about a month stating loropetalum and other shrubs are half price. Sign even says if priced at this, you pay this...Load cart up and proceed to check out inside as garden center is closed. lady at checkout says she's not aware of any sale, I have to prove to her that plants are on sale. I need to talk to someone in the garden center. I go to back to the garden center and the 2 guys there tell me I have to back outside and get the sign showing they are on sale and take it back to indoor check out. I do that... they are not convinced that sign belongs to those plants. The guys in the garden center (who have the plants in trying to buy) call someone else. He says in this instance he will make an exception and honor the price I'm stating. They want me to go back into the store, walk back to the garden center, get the plants and the sign and go back to cashier. They tell me they're not their plants, they belong to a third party vendor and they can't just give them away ! They didn't give them away. I left.

In addition, the price was very reasonable, particularly when you see the numerous plants in the dish. The representative with whom I spoke was so very accommodating and asked if I wanted to change anything (flowers, ribbon, container, etc) but we loved everything about it. I, absolutely, recommend them! Their customer service was fantastic and the arrangement they put together was absolutely gorgeous! We sincerely appreciate your support during this time. Thank you!

Perusing their website, I really enjoyed the fact they don't offer *just* Teleflora arrangements, which just get boring after a while. TFSOP offers a myriad of unique arrangements and vases! Because I feel the designer/florist is the professional, I went with "Florist choice" for both occasions. I placed the orders by phone and each instance, the lady who helped me was very kind and attentive. Florist choice comes in 5 price points. I went with the (my words not theirs) "medium" option, which is ~$85.00, and delivery for both occasions which was $10.00. Both arrangements were lovely!!!!! They were fragrant, elegant, and unique and lasted far beyond the flowers I have ordered from my "usual" florist. They were delivered when promised and come with a cute hand written note with a "Hello Beautiful" sticker enclosing the envelope. Lots of appreciated attention to detail with TFSOP! I uploaded photos of the arrangements. I highly recommend TFSOP! My only suggestion to them is to include an email delivery notification. I really enjoy receiving those indicating the recipient received the arrangement vice me having to call/text the recipient to ask them. It would be really great if you implemented this feature. Thanks for the lovely floral arrangement that added the perfect touch to our family party luncheon table for Mom and also really made my sweet sister's birthday!!!
