I love this store, I used to love it way more however. One of the problems I'm having with clothing…read morestores is that the plus size section seems to keep shrinking. Statistics say in 2022 there are 170.08 million female women with 41.1% being considered obese in 2021. The plus size clothing is almost half of what Americans are looking for and there are a lot of articles on that subject matter. Yes I know we should lose weight, however I went in this store to try and find some nice workout clothes since Ross is a reasonably adorable place to shop and the plus size athletic wear was almost obsolete, in fact it's so small it's mixed in with the Plus size clothing. Smaller sizes has its own workout clothing area and it's nice everyday clothing section. Not right at all!

I especially like to pop in for Church items for such worthy organizations as First Stop, that provides needed items for the homeless (boxer shorts, socks, scarves, winter gloves, etc.) And for the Angel tree/Senior tree gifts at Christmas time! For clothing, you may not be able to get the current year's latest and greatest styles, but everything is new and at a substantial discount. Their selection of women's shoes is smaller than say, TJ Maxx, as is their purse selection. I typically don't find much in terms of clothing here, and their selection is, again, smaller than TJ Maxx. Still a go to store for pillows, throws, socks, wrapping paper, gift bags and the like. If you haven't tried a Ross store, do it - you'll save enough money to not feel guilty splurging on a nice dinner out!

While many people know Duluth Trading Company by their commercials for their underwear, I can say that they have a lot more than just underwear. I appreciate the quality that Duluth Trading company offers in their products and the products that they sell. Yes, it might be a bit more than what you would pay for another brand, but the quality of their products is significantly better. I have always wondered are you really saving money if you buy a cheap product that will be useless Within a few months as opposed to something that will last for years. As I said, you might know this company because of their underwear commercials. Their underwear is pretty good and their socks are amazing. I have also bought some of their shirts I have been very pleased with them, as well. The service is this particular location was very good. They were helpful, friendly, professional and knowledge about the product. I have found this to be the case and most of their stores. In fact, I cannot think of a single negative thing I have had in any of their stores. All in all, I will give this particular location of Duluth Trading Company five stars for outstanding products and great customer service.

As a loyal Target shopper I was really happy when this Target opened several years ago. It still…read morefills a niche. It is located in a strip mall adjacent to Mom's apartment, and the strip mall houses a couple of restaurants we go to. Mom enjoys going to Target and riding the electric cart on occasion too. [Too bad last time near Christmas time, they were all used up by others, but they had a wheelchair that did the trick!] Pros: convenient, rarely short staffed, courteous returns, nice pharmacists, bright and clean. Oh, and if you buy 6 bottles of wine you get 10% off [however, management apparently doesn't tell all the checkout folks, so I have to remind them to please scan the barcode located at each checkout to get the discount - and once, I didn't get the discount at all, but a buy one get one deal made up the delta, so no biggie.] Cons: Inconsistent selection. Micro-small produce department and overabundance of organic products (I'm passed that phase). Also, much smaller selection of overall items than the target ~ 8 miles east on University Drive (but, that store *is* a Super Target and this one isn't, so that's probably why). Their wine selection is small-ish and slightly high in price. Getting back to the inconsistent selection: I like Bona floor cleaning products and sometimes they have it and other times not at all. Gatorade is my other love in life and they rarely carry the low cal, or if they do, it's in those nearly quart size bottles that don't fit in your car console. I enjoy the cartwheel app, where you scan each item and on most store brand (Market Pantry) items you get an additional 5% off and show your barcode to the checkout person. Again, I'm grateful this Target is here, in this super-convenient location, I just know that if I'm planning for a particular menu/recipe, etc. it won't have all the ingredients. For last minute standard items on the way home, it fits the build. thanks for being here, Target!

I used to be a former employee of this Target location, and my experience working here was deeply…read moretroubling. Management consistently demonstrated unprofessional behavior toward both customers and staff. Specifically, a manager named German Pardo who routinely assigned me tasks he knew I was untrained for. Furthermore, he allowed other employees to throw tantrums, act childishly, and aggressively throw boxes full of items just because I was too slow for their liking. Another manager, whose name I do not recall, failed to train me properly, screamed obscenities in my face over an error caused by their lack of instruction, and refused to apologize even when directed to do so. Beyond the toxic work environment, the store suffers from severe operational issues. The sales floor is disorganized because staff members place items randomly on shelves to avoid backstocking, and the grocery department frequently stocks expired and rotten food. I strongly advise customers to take their business elsewhere.

UPDATE: Today is one month since I wrote the five star review. I am extremely disappointed with…read moreWrapsody's rigid policies and customer service. I purchased a Christmas gift for my wife the day I wrote the five star review, and specifically asked during checkout if it could be exchanged if it didn't fit or wasn't to her liking. I was assured that exchanges would not be a problem. Based on this reassurance, I opted for a thoughtful gift instead of a gift card. My wife, a teacher in Athens with an incredibly insane schedule, attempted to exchange the item during her limited free time. Unfortunately, the store was "closed for inventory" that day. Today, 1/21, she was finally able to return to the store, only to be denied an exchange because it was outside their return period (this came from the manager). When I called to confirm this (I had a hard time believing this from a brick and mortar small business), I was told their return period is "generous" as a small business and that they had signage everywhere about the return. (If I had seen the signage, the gift card would've been an easy selection, and I wouldn't have had a conversation concerning returns). The manager added that as a small business, they don't make accommodations for returns because it would harm them financially. Doesn't treating customers with disregard hurt a business financially? I can't believe that a small business would place more value on a shirt that cost them $20 over customer satisfaction that draws continued patronage. It isn't like my wife was returning something out of season. Christmas was less than a month ago. My gift recipient is guilty of not reading the fine print and being a little late based on that. However, I don't see how a small business can afford to treat their customers like this and stay in business. As a customer, I find this inflexibility and insensitivity unacceptable. My gift recipient is guilty of not reading the fine print, and when you mix that with her schedule, random closures (weather/inventory), rigid store policies, and the store's disregard for their customers' circumstances, it left my wife stuck with an expensive gift from me that doesn't fit--and it leaves me embarrassed for trying to give a thoughtful gift that can't be returned and frustrated with the mentality of where I bought it for being so legalistic and insensitive to my fight recipient. They did not represent my intentions well and lost my trust. This experience has forced me to adjust my rating to one star. I will not shop at Wrapsody again, and I encourage others to think twice before supporting a business that prioritizes fine print policies over empathy with perhaps a small amount of grace to gift recipients given the circumstance.

Overall I liked the store, and the girls that helped me were very sweet. My girls were very happy with what they found, and I walked away with some nice things as well. I will definitely shop there again.
