I have always loved this boutique since I was in Highschool but as everyone knows sometimes you…read moregain some weight after highschool. I used to fit in a majority of their tops but now I don't fit in most of their clothes and when I asked if they had a larger size the sales girl acted almost insulted and told me they don't order anything larger than a large. I wear a large in target and kohl's and other brands like that but I can't seem to fit in the large at Shoe Fly. I had a great and helpful experience at the Madison location but still didn't find anything to fit. I'm not fat I'm just curvy with a little tummy but walking into Shoe Fly makes me feel like a hippo. What was once my favorite store is now the number one place I avoid because of how it makes me feel. I wish they were more helpful towards people who don't have tiny model bodies.

In general there appear to not be much rhyme or reason to the sizing. I couldn't fit a large in one pair of shorts, but tried a medium in another and they were too big. I would recommend trying on anything you plan to buy. The return policy is strict.
