I gave the employee my address, however, she failed to enter it correctly. When I received the notification to my email and saw that the address was missing my apartment number, I immediately contacted customer service, but they took a week and a half to respond to me. They then told me it was too late to fix my address (obviously, because they took so long to respond) This whole situation was their fault. Their employee failed to enter in my information correctly. I gave her the correct address but she did not enter it. They knew that the package wasn't going to be delivered, not because of my mistake but because of their employee's ineptitude. And instead of actually owning the fact that this was THEIR problem, they brushed me off. They could have fixed the problem (by maybe resending the shoes I ordered to the correct address, since the ones I ordered are being sent back to them) But they chose to not fix anything. I don't know why I thought I should support this company. What awful customer service. I am incredibly disappointed.

Friendly, unbiased, and a complete 360° compared to what I had seen from former experiences in my location. I only wish this location was larger being in such an amazing place as Bridge Street! Everyone I came in contact with was so amazing and kind, and when I told them the type of style and look I was shopping for, not one employee hesitated to help me choose a "look" for my occasion. And by that I mean take the very important step to engage the senses. Initially, the best thing about getting past the unfinished wood-handled vault of a door at Anthropologie is watching other people struggle in doing so...unless of course you don't share my retail schadenfreude. Then, perhaps, the best thing would be the enviable aroma of some $30 candle auspiciously placed at the center of the expansive space. The next best thing might be the staff. Everybody's authentically nice enough to be considered actual living, breathing, feeling humans. Kinda amazing when you think about it. The other cool thing is that even as a guy who really doesn't "like" shopping (especially for "girl" stuff), I think Anthropologie does a great job of marketing directly to their niche while still being open to just about everybody else. The only differentiator seems to be when curiosity sets in and people start flipping tags. It becomes apparent really quick of who's in and who's out. But again, even if the prices are prohibitive, I think it's quite possible to enjoy yourself for at least 10-15 min... and that's which is more than what I can say for...just about all of the other retailers at Bridgestreet. For those with wider pockets, the good news is that you can even buy the furniture or "things" seen strategically strewn about. All in all, if you can get past the door it's quite possible to have a good time and walk out empty handed...or call a hauling service.

I have been in fishing clubs on and off for decades. Owned many boats, and currently fish at least once a week, year round. I've fished in multiple countries. Today, July 12, 2025. I visited the Ovris store in Huntsville for the first and last time. I was looking at fly rods and "the guy" working came up and asked did I need fly fishing lessons. I told him no and he said with a very condescending attitude, "those are Sage rods and you shouldn't be playing with them." First of all, I wasn't playing with it. I was inspecting it, just as I do all expensive fishing equipment I buy. Secondly, You don't speak to a grown man that way. I'm not a child! And, in the event there was a sign saying not to touch, it wasn't displayed well. I certainly didn't see one. I recommend shopping online and avoid this business. You'll probably save money anyway.

The petites section is smaller than some other stores I have been too but still a decent selection. As always aloft always runs excellent sales and I know to never buy anything from here that isn't marked down bc sales happen so frequently. The manager was very rude to us this evening. We had been shopping all afternoon for a hoco dress…read more I had no idea the mall closes at 8 pm (that's crazy in itself) but we ran in and found a few dresses to try and found out the dressing room was closed (it is 7:45). I asked if we could hold the 3 dresses to try on and she said, "Not overnight." So I asked if my daughter could just run in and try them on then and she said that they were closing the dressing room at 7:45 bc "They have a lot to do." And that "if we hadn't come at 15 minutes until closing we could've tried them on." I said, "If I'd known that was a rule I would have." She said it's not a "rule, but she's the manager and has a lot to do." Kids these days. (I am going through menopause and probably sound like a 'Karen' right now, but just wait kids.) When a 20 something manager doesn't want to make a sale so she can leave early I just see it as laziness. I was putting the items back where they go and kind of to myself, but apparently too loud, I said, "I guess we'll have to get this somewhere else." To which she responded, "That's fine you do that." Something within me snapped. I mentioned to her that "yes, it would not bother you not to make a sale bc you don't own the store." She said,"I honestly couldn't care less. I don't own it, but I am the manager and I make the rules." Anyway, doubt I'll be back bc it was so embarrassing and pointless. She will be in my shoes one day. I owned my own store 14 years and if I'd had a manager who was more concerned about going home than about my customers needs and making sales she wouldn't work there long. This just was needless. I even told her we would make sure to get the 3 dresses back where they go and not be a bother. To which she replied that, "even if we put them back up it would cause them more work."
