Over the last week my child was struggling with bedtime and I went in as a last resort to try and find a particular item. Upon entering, no one greeted me. The young girl who finally appeared was rude and abrasive. She was not friendly. When I asked for said item, she became snarky. She pointed them out and then disappeared. When I went to the counter to purchase the expensive item, I was met with even more rudeness. Another young girl appeared behind the counter and never spoke. The previous girl was on my side of the counter stocking and made no effort to move aside so I could pay. She said something under her breathe and they both giggled. The girl checking me out never said a word other than my total. The whole transaction was so icy, that I almost put my purchase back and left. Once the transaction was complete she handed me my bag, again without any time of goodbye as I walked out. I will NEVER go back to spend those amounts of money and be treated that way.

They offered me $5.50 for 3 pairs of shoes, a pair of jeans, and a pair of sunglasses. Shoes were American Eagle and Mossimo Co., jeans were PacSun, and sunglasses were unlabeled from Claire's. I am very displeased so I chose to take my items with me. I was expecting $2-3 for each item.
