CUTE AND QUAINT!…read more This is a cute little shop located it the heart of downtown Decatur. It is larger than you might think because it actually occupies two adjoining spaces. As you enter the space you will see the clothing items that they carry ranging from dresses to tops, jeans, jewelry and other accessories. They also have lotions, candles and other items that you might want to purchase for yourself or give as gifts. As you can imagine, it smells very good in here! In the adjoining space, you will find summer clearance items as they are in the process of transitioning to fall. You will also see that they have quality accessories like leather bags, sandals and cute fall shoes. It is a very cute store with great ambiance and seating. Although their clothing seems to feature more items for juniors and misses, this is still a cute shop for browsing and purchasing accessories. Just a note: this is also a store where, once you get inside (it's locked, understandably) the owner will come out, see if she knows you or you look rich enough, and if you don't meet inspection she goes into the back. The good: If you're into YSL, Balenciaga, Valentino, Alexander McQueen, Prada, etc. they've got you covered. They get the goods in new and the prices seemed about right. I have no idea how their online marketplace(s) work, so I'm not sure if the recent review about that is accurate. I was mainly wanting to replace an Hermes wallet that has seen better days, but their selections were limited in the "not covered in logo" variety. If you like flashy things, again, this is your spot. The ehhhh: I'm not into flashy stuff (see above), though I do have some McQueen. I was more interested in their Hermes and Chanel, which they only carry used (along with Vuitton and some others). This became a bit of an issue, because the sweet lady trying to help me seemed clueless about the inventory. I was also curious as to how they did consignment, given that I have several bags that I just don't use. I didn't ask, however, because I wasn't super confident in getting a correct answer. I will say, sellers probably do alright because they have a monstrously overpriced Birkin in there that has bald corners and needs a spa visit (when I mentioned this to the salesperson, she looked at me like I had horns or needed meds--obviously, she had not heard of the Hermes spa). You can get the same Birkin on The Real Real, in far better shape, for $4k less. Overall, I probably would have had a better time I had trotted in with my Kelly bag...but I shouldn't have to do that. I'm giving them four stars because they carry authentic goods, but make sure you fit their idea of a customer before you pop in.

I was looking to take my daughter to a Birkenstock store and this was the closest that we could come to finding one. The young girl that helped us informed us that she was new and kept pushing some shoes that she was wearing that were lined with fur, she kept mentioning how she just posted them on social media, etc. etc. I said I'm sorry we are here specifically for Birkenstocks and maybe to look at some of the ON brand shoes When my daughter picked up a para Bourke in stocks, I said to her how much do these cost? She said oh probably about 160 I said well let's not guess let's find out what they cost while I was waiting. I started to look at other shoes and was very interested in two or three other pairs for myself Along the walls. I noticed that not one pair of shoes in this entire store with the exception of clearance, Shoes had any price tags whatsoever and given the aforementioned work when I asked how much another pair was, I did not have the energy nor the desire to chase down prices on every pair I wanted to look at, I did mention this to one of the other girls and she said the owner for us for putting prices on the shoes because we just have such a high turnover in our shoes. We couldn't possibly keep track of the prices which is bullshit. My daughter ended up finding a pair of Birkenstocks. She liked. I asked the girl if she was going to fit them as far as tightening the buckles so that she could break them properly and she looked at me like I was speaking. Greek never bought a pair of Birkenstocks, where they didn't gladly help you adjust them so they would be broken in properly. I moved to the area 5 years ago and had our first child 9 months ago. I have been wanting to visit…read morethis place for a while now but kept putting it off. Over the last week my child was struggling with bedtime and I went in as a last resort to try and find a particular item. Upon entering, no one greeted me. The young girl who finally appeared was rude and abrasive. She was not friendly. When I asked for said item, she became snarky. She pointed them out and then disappeared. When I went to the counter to purchase the expensive item, I was met with even more rudeness. Another young girl appeared behind the counter and never spoke. The previous girl was on my side of the counter stocking and made no effort to move aside so I could pay. She said something under her breathe and they both giggled. The girl checking me out never said a word other than my total. The whole transaction was so icy, that I almost put my purchase back and left. Once the transaction was complete she handed me my bag, again without any time of goodbye as I walked out. I will NEVER go back to spend those amounts of money and be treated that way.
