The place was crowded and we was told that they would get us back ASAP. After sitting over an hour in a cold waiting room we noticed they was calling people back that had just come in. When my wife inquired why we was being overlooked the receptionist told my wife that since our 18 month old baby had the flu they couldn't take her back to share a room . They should have told us this earlier. I couldn't believe this, if it wasn't for my wife I would have went to jail because I was highly pissed. I will never ever go back to any Decatur Morgan Hospital Parkway Campus. They will let you die. So unprofessional and waiting room is nasty and cold. This place has gone downhill in the way that most thrift stores eventually do - somebody decided to…read moreditch the yard sale prices that kept their inventory updated and instead maximize profit on literally every single item, even if that means the tagged price is only 20% off what it would cost brand new. So now the store is chock full of dirty, often smelly, sometimes really nasty things that should have gone into the dumpster instead of on their shelves with a $20 sticker. Of course most of the employees hate their job and it really shows. When you eventually have to ask for a price (and you will bc stickers dont stay on dirty stuff) be ready for eye rolls, exaggerated sighs, and a price you'll unironically laugh at. Throwing out the unsellable trash would empty 70% of the building but IT NEEDS TO BE DONE. Unless you need weird sized doors, old windows, or a small selection of tile or flooring @$1-3 per square foot, save yourself and pass this place by. M.M.'s across the railroad tracks has new, unused merchandise for much better prices & no threat of possible roach/bedbug infestation.
