The His Way campus consists of 5 buildings sitting on almost 6 acres. The program is 6 months long (with an optional second 6 months), and includes proven recovery materials and classes, spiritual counseling, life skills coaching, and professional development and assistance." I've only been to the Pratt Avenue store and only for a drop off and get a tax receipt experience. Yup, it was the end of the calendar year and my car was fairly loaded with clothing and household goods. I was grateful a man kindly help me offload everything and obtaining the tax receipt from the cashier area was quick and seamless. It's a sizeable store, I did not have time to browse, which I normally enjoy when at thrift stores. It did appear well-stocked. This store is beautiful and pretty well kept however the employees at the register store a single…read morestar visit for me. We showed up maybe 15 minutes before closing with four employees standing at the registered gossiping. My daughter and I were walking by the couches when she flops down onto one of the couches with her feet still on the ground, when the employees decided to yell at her to not jump on the couches, and after she apologizes they proceeded to glare at her while we shopped. Standing around doing nothing else. After a couple of minutes they make the 10 min announcement and promptly shut off the lights with several customers still in the store. They also locked the front doors with us inside and we had to wait for someone to let us out. If your store is open until a certain time you should probably respect your customers and have some integrity. The only person that was kind was the one person in a black shirt that let us out of a locked store. To the rest of those harpies that treated my daughter and the rest of the customers that way. I hope you have the day you deserve. I will not be shopping here again.
