Now THIS is what a real thrift store is all about! There is stuff absolutely everywhere, the prices are low and I couldn't love it more. It's real treasure hunting with actual digging through all the piles of stuff, and it never disappoints! I've always walked away with something fantastic. Reminds me of the way thrift stores used to be back in the day; my personal definition of a true thrift store! Tips: If you can't stand a unorganized mess, this store isn't for you. Tons of junk literally piled 20 feet high with narrow paths throughout. Nasty. Overpriced.

I always enjoy a good dive into a crazy disorganized thrift store. This one definitely fit the bill. There was ZERO real organizayion. It looked like they were originally trying to keep things in order, but threw up their hands in exasperation and decided to let things fall where they may. There's no dressing room. There is a bathroom, you have to ask for the key and they allow you to try on clothing in there. They do not really negotiate prices, but everything I bought was fairly reasonable and cheap. I had picked out three books and two picture frames totalling less than $4. I also had a used Military tactical backpack, which was marked $45. I asked if I could possibly get the books, picture frames, and backpack all for $45. The answer was a resounding "NO". Kinda crazy, if you ask me, but hey. Whatevs. They have a great selection of grey, ceil, blue, and navy scrubs. All in good condition and name brand (Grey's Anatomy, Urbane Scrubs, Dickies, etc.). The navy scrubs were all size small, so short of having liposuction or a miracle from the skinny gods, my big 'ol booty was not gonna fit. They have an assortment of other sizes in all other colors though. Would definitely love to go explore this place again! read more

Good prices. Lots of furniture and china left outside to the elements. Bad practice. Totally packed to the ceiling which makes it difficult to see all of the offerings. No price tags so they are just made up in the spot. If you have time to dig through stuff, this is your kind of place. read more

Stopped in and was shocked on how cluttered this place was. Very unsafe to walk through. There were trip hazards all over the place. Items were not clearly priced. It looked like it was all about to head to the landfill. Skip the headache and go somewhere else. read more

Madison and the surrounding area have some really good thrift stores, and some really bad ones. The good ones sell used items at great prices. The bad ones treat used items like junk they can sell, and don't bother cleaning anything, putting stock in any decent order for shoppers, or even organizing by size, dept., etc. This store is of the latter type, with everything piled and dirty, which makes finding a bargain not really worth it when you have choices. Thrifty doesn't have to mean dirty or trashed. read more

Very attached to "selling items as a set". They couldn't depart with a plastic tunnel from a toy train track set that filled three big buckets. Trying to build my sons train collection so we were pretty bummed to leave the tunnel behind but couldn't see dropping $30 for a bucket of wooden tracks just for the one tunnel. There was no negotiation available either. Found a nice pair of tennis shoes that were marked $5. Took them to check out and was made aware they were $5 each. Like the left shoe was $5 and the right was $5. Kidding me??? Very packed and unorganized - normally wouldn't mind because I love a good thrift store. But many items were over priced to be in a thrift store that packed and unorganized. read more
