I am from Texas in town visiting friends and stopped by to update my work wardrobe. We were greeted at the door by a warm and welcoming face, Rachel. Even though we assured her we were just looking around, she didn't hesitate to help point us to the correct jeans we were looking for. Rachel was present and kind throughout the entire experience. It's not often a retail worker is this kind and helpful. Within just five minutes Rachel had roped in Madelyn and Kenzie. The three girls helped me pick out an entire new closet. They were patient and offered great conversation throughout the experience. If I could have these three every time I went shopping, I'd be the most fashionable and happy person on Earth! If they don't have something you're looking for, they will gladly check for items or sizes that are not currently on the floor. They have mobile devices to scan the QR code on the clothing tag. It will then show them if they have inventory in store; at a store nearby or online. If they don't have it, they will place the order for you along with fast free shipping. Orders normally ship via FedEx and deliver quickly. Of course the shopping bags your items come with are awesome. They are very versatile and I usually repurpose them for other things like taking to the pool or on the boat. They accept contactless payments like ApplePay and can email receipts.
