Because I'm sensitive to fragrances and can develop migraines from exposure, spending extended time shopping in stores with perfume counters can be challenging. Jason was incredibly understanding, patient, and attentive. He made the return process easy and treated me with genuine kindness. I even offered to help put the dresses back on hangers, and he simply smiled and said, "No problem, it gives me something to do." That small moment really showed his positive attitude and willingness to help. Thank you, Jason, for making my experience at Belk such a pleasant one. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized!

Belts made back in the Stone Age are not hanging on racks these days. We looked at every belt in the store. Just when I was about to give up, I saw a belt that was close. The belt had a big gaudy buckle. The large buckles cowboys wear I believe. Anybody that knows Dave knows his spurs don't jingle jangle and he doesn't ride merrily along! Of course the old buckle on the old belt didn't fit. I would be asking for too much to match up items made decades apart. One of the employees asked the manager about spare buckles in the back storage room. Apparently people come inside the store and steal belts. I was at a loss for words hearing that. The manager went to the back storage room and came back with 2 buckles. Both were similar to the old buckle. Dave picked a buckle and off to the register we went. Many thanks to the employee and manager for great customer service. Please stop by and check out their goods. 5/5
