The Heinz beans from the UK are being sold for a limited time. I purchased extra the last time I went. I was paying about $5 a can at Publix. I The other find I saw was leaf kimchi. This is gold. It tastes like your Umma made it. The regular kimchi Costco sells is sliced. I am used to slicing the fermented Napa cabbages each time versus opening a container and having pieces. This new green leaf kimchi has a great flavor. After it was opened, it started to sour which is normal. I made fried rice with it and it was great. The kimchi needs to really sour before I can make soondubu jigae. Yum! If you haven't been to Costco, please go with a friend who is a member so you can see all the cool merchandise they have to offer. 5/5

The Huntsville store is great and the vast majority of the people that work there are helpful, with the exception of one manager by the name of Stanley. The most rude, entitled person I've ever had to deal with at any business. As long time executive members, we spend about $1000 a month at Costco and this clown accused us of trying to steal from his store. My wife needed to buy a new piece of luggage due to a unexpected business trip the very next day. Turns out her existing luggage was too big per the new airline rules. When we got to the store, there was only one piece of luggage left to buy. The box was open and it had obviously been returned by someone and put back on the shelf. We pulled it out of the box to check it and saw obvious scratches and scuffs on the luggage surface and wheels. We didn't think we should pay full price for already used and somewhat damaged goods so we asked for a manager. After several minutes of waiting, we got Stanley. We showed Stanley the damage and asked if he could take something off of the price. Stanley then laughed at us, and completely out of nowhere, accused us of damaging the product ourselves so we could get a discount. We tried to convince Stanley otherwise but he was not having it while continuing to accuse us of what could be considered criminal activity. Dumbfounded and livid at this point, we debated about what to do and ultimately we chose to buy it at full price as we needed it for early the next morning. We were treated like criminals which is something we have never felt at Costco. Stanley happened to be at the exit as the person checked our receipt. He looked right at us and laughed at us as we walked out of the store. I called a different manager the next day, explained what happened, and he refunded us half of the price we paid. We weren't even asking for half but this guy was a real manager, apologized for Stanley, and fixed the problem for us. Regardless, we are still livid about the whole situation. Stanley needs to be let go immediately. He's completely unprofessional and is a liability to your location.

When I was there I do have to say that finding things in there was a lot easier and I do appreciate that. My only problem with the Dollar Tree now is; first it went to $1.25, now I've seen prices on up higher and higher they seem to keep going, shouldn't they have to change their name soon? The selection of school supplies was impressive honestly, brand name Sharpie markers in every color you could think of . This is why I gave them 4 because they're trying so I'm impressed by that. I've gotten cleaning supplies here also. Customer service here is friendly and helpful if they aren't covered up with business and the store is neat and organized. I've used their website to order things for Mom and the prices are super cheap and shipping is free if you spend enough money and it's not much maybe $25.00. I had come to return a few items I had gotten on a previous sale (two tops buy one get one half off). Although these items were not on sale the day I had come into the store, I assumed I would be able to do an even exchange, since I was planning on purchasing two shirts (same price as the ones I had initially purchased ) just in different size. The cashier told me I would have to pay full price for both shirts since they were not on sale even though I had my receipt, email, and the tag on the clothes. First time I have ever had to PAY to do a return. I am throughly disappointed in the interaction I had today.

They were having a great sale -60% off already marked down, 15% off that, educator discount,etc. LeAnne, the cashier seemed like she could have cared cared less whether I was shopping here today or not. I chose 3 pieces all having different kinds of sales. I asked her to let me know how much each was not being sure of which discounts each piece had. She promptly just repeated the discounts to me. All in all, she was just not as friendly as other store personnel have been in the past. I may just go back to ordering online from Coldwater Creek.

My wife really wanted to check out this boutique and was really impressed with what they had to offer. They had discounts outside the front door to lure you inside. Once inside they had sales that could be found through out the store with a clearance area in the back. They had a nice selection of all types of clothes (in the process of clearing out winter and moving into spring apparel). They also had a few shoes, purses and a little bit of jewelry if you're interested. Staff was friendly and the fitting rooms were open!!! Store was clean and prices were good. I'm pretty sure that if we're in Huntsville again she'll want to make a stop by here.

I opted to pay with cash. I didn't realize my total was a little more than the cash I had on me. Because of MY error the nice associate named Mary had to return all of my items and ring them up again so I could pay half cash and half with a debit card. It was not Mary's error however she apologized like it was and never once lost her patience that she had to basically do everything again. She remained nice and helpful throughout the whole process and apologized about 3 times even though it wasn't her fault. It was mine. Now that is customer service. I do not believe the customer is always right but I do believe that kindness goes a long way. Mary is top notch in customer service service and is the epitome of what great service is. The one thing I really liked about this store is that it was spaced out nicely. Some of these outlet style stores (think Ross, Marshalls, etc) can really pack stuff in and make it hard to see what they have. This store is large and spacious and not overly crammed in. That being said, I really didn't think this store had a very large selection of stuff for men and women. My wife did find something, but there really wasn't a lot to choose from. The couple things I found that I liked they were really limited on size availability. It's not a bad store, it has a nice new feel about it. Staff was friendly. I'm sure it's like all the others and they go through cycles where they have more stuff of interest, we just caught them when they didn't have as much stuff that we liked.
