Don't waste your time. Dressing rooms are closed supposedly due to covid. FYI, other department stores in the same city and state don't have their dressings rooms closed. They don't have enough cashiers on staff to get customers out the door in a timely fashion. Lastly, the employees are clueless. The picture below shows the customers wrapped around the walk way inside the building. This June folks, not Christmas time. Get it together Kohl's....

That's beautiful. I never knew their strong Christian foundation until reading this this morning. The in-store experience for me has been a tightly edited selection of women's clothing and shoes. And when I say "tightly edited" also, the store's footprint is small. I was confused when I first roamed into Shoe Fly because, by the name, I thought it was just a shoe store. No, they offer ladies dresses, tops, bottoms, rompers, jumpsuits, and shoes. They have two brick and mortars, one in Huntsville and one in Madison where you will find "unique items in store that you cannot buy online." They offer everything from t-shirts to denim, embroidered shorts, knit pants, midi and mini dresses, and bodycon dresses. Their prices are reasonable, too! Their online selection looks larger than the in-store selection and shipping is free with a $50.00 purchase. Shoe Fly is a fun place to check out, browse freely and support local!

I used to fit in a majority of their tops but now I don't fit in most of their clothes and when I asked if they had a larger size the sales girl acted almost insulted and told me they don't order anything larger than a large. I wear a large in target and kohl's and other brands like that but I can't seem to fit in the large at Shoe Fly. I had a great and helpful experience at the Madison location but still didn't find anything to fit. I'm not fat I'm just curvy with a little tummy but walking into Shoe Fly makes me feel like a hippo. What was once my favorite store is now the number one place I avoid because of how it makes me feel. I wish they were more helpful towards people who don't have tiny model bodies.

I agreed to a $100 late fee because I had to use PayPal instead of the check I originally requested--one of her many excuses was that she was switching banks and claimed the money was held for over a week. I left 60 gowns with her in January, and it's now August, and I'm still trying to get paid. I have proof of everything and know she has done this to others. Additionally, the other dresses I picked up were in terrible condition. I have photos and videos showing hundreds of dollars in damage, with some dresses--clearly brand new with tags--already worn. I will be posting these photos and videos as proof. I don't want anyone else to go through this. She was extremely rude to my husband and me, throwing all my dresses into a pile on a couch and hanging some by the dress without using hangers. She never apologized or took responsibility. She takes people's dresses if they don't follow her timeline, but if she does wrong, it's acceptable. She claimed she took on too much umm, but she accepted people's goods without payment up front. So not sure how she's yet again the victim. When items sell, she's supposed to return the money to clients, but she spent it and was rude about it. I have been in business for many years, and this is the worst experience I've ever had. If you've had a similar experience, please reach out. I am considering legal action for the damages and delay in payment (still waiting on late fee $100) and will also be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

If that doesn't say something about how they handle customer feedback, I don't know what does. I wanted to support a local business. I brought in one bag of clothes to consign. I regret it. This business did the wrong thing. Not once. Repeatedly. I dropped my items off on 4/21. Their advertising says items are reviewed within 24 hours, but I did not receive an offer until 4/23. When they finally texted me, the offer was $115 cash or $135 store credit. They asked me to respond ASAP so they could either process or donate the items. I responded that same day and accepted the $135 store credit. On 4/24, I picked up my pass bag, which I understood to be the items they did not accept. I followed their process exactly. Then they created a problem and made it my problem. On 4/25, someone texted me from a different number saying there had been a mix-up and another customer's bag had been added to mine. Suddenly, the offer I had already accepted was reduced to less than half. I asked several times for a clear list or photos of what items of mine were accepted. I never got one. Later, I received an apology. They took responsibility and said the original offer would be honored. They even offered to increase it. I declined the increase because I was not trying to take advantage of anyone. I only wanted them to honor the offer they made and I accepted. I thought this was over. Then they changed course again. On 4/28, I received another message telling me to pick up my items because they needed the space. At first, it sounded like they meant my pass items, which I had already picked up. Then the explanation changed to say they still had a basket with my name on it and guessed it was my accepted items. I was also told I needed to physically accept the offer before anything could go on the floor, even though they had asked me to accept by text and I did. After I explained the timeline again, they decided I should just pick up my items instead. I asked for photos or an itemized list of what they had ready for pickup. They refused, said the matter was closed, and gave me until 10 AM the next day to pick up the items. That message was sent at 2:46 PM. The store closed at 5 PM and did not reopen until 10 AM the next morning. That is not a real 24-hour pickup window. When I went to pick up my "bag" of clothes, they were not even in a bag. They couldn't find them and had to call someone to figure out where my items were. Then they tried to hand me an envelope, with my name spelled wrong, containing $20 cash for "gas and inconvenience." No thank you. This was never about money. It was about a business making an offer, my accepting it in writing, the business later confirming they would honor it, and then refusing to do so after days of confusing communication and broken process. That is dishonest business. They made an offer, got my acceptance, admitted their mistake, promised to make it right, and then backed out anyway. To make it worse, this business blocked me from leaving an honest review on Facebook. I only communicated with them via written messages. What are they trying to hide? Their process is broken. Their communication is unprofessional. Their item tracking appears disorganized. Their handling of customer feedback is even worse. I cannot confidently recommend anyone do business here. I would not trust this store to track items, communicate clearly, honor an offer, or handle customer concerns honestly.

I purchased a Christmas gift for my wife the day I wrote the five star review, and specifically asked during checkout if it could be exchanged if it didn't fit or wasn't to her liking. I was assured that exchanges would not be a problem. Based on this reassurance, I opted for a thoughtful gift instead of a gift card. My wife, a teacher in Athens with an incredibly insane schedule, attempted to exchange the item during her limited free time. Unfortunately, the store was "closed for inventory" that day. Today, 1/21, she was finally able to return to the store, only to be denied an exchange because it was outside their return period (this came from the manager). When I called to confirm this (I had a hard time believing this from a brick and mortar small business), I was told their return period is "generous" as a small business and that they had signage everywhere about the return. (If I had seen the signage, the gift card would've been an easy selection, and I wouldn't have had a conversation concerning returns). The manager added that as a small business, they don't make accommodations for returns because it would harm them financially. Doesn't treating customers with disregard hurt a business financially? I can't believe that a small business would place more value on a shirt that cost them $20 over customer satisfaction that draws continued patronage. It isn't like my wife was returning something out of season. Christmas was less than a month ago. My gift recipient is guilty of not reading the fine print and being a little late based on that. However, I don't see how a small business can afford to treat their customers like this and stay in business. As a customer, I find this inflexibility and insensitivity unacceptable. My gift recipient is guilty of not reading the fine print, and when you mix that with her schedule, random closures (weather/inventory), rigid store policies, and the store's disregard for their customers' circumstances, it left my wife stuck with an expensive gift from me that doesn't fit--and it leaves me embarrassed for trying to give a thoughtful gift that can't be returned and frustrated with the mentality of where I bought it for being so legalistic and insensitive to my fight recipient. They did not represent my intentions well and lost my trust. This experience has forced me to adjust my rating to one star. I will not shop at Wrapsody again, and I encourage others to think twice before supporting a business that prioritizes fine print policies over empathy with perhaps a small amount of grace to gift recipients given the circumstance.

I stopped by the…read morebrick and mortar store and the younger woman who helped me (not the owner) was very nice, but I wasn't overwhelmed. Just a note: this is also a store where, once you get inside (it's locked, understandably) the owner will come out, see if she knows you or you look rich enough, and if you don't meet inspection she goes into the back. The good: If you're into YSL, Balenciaga, Valentino, Alexander McQueen, Prada, etc. they've got you covered. They get the goods in new and the prices seemed about right. I have no idea how their online marketplace(s) work, so I'm not sure if the recent review about that is accurate. I was mainly wanting to replace an Hermes wallet that has seen better days, but their selections were limited in the "not covered in logo" variety. If you like flashy things, again, this is your spot. The ehhhh: I'm not into flashy stuff (see above), though I do have some McQueen. I was more interested in their Hermes and Chanel, which they only carry used (along with Vuitton and some others). This became a bit of an issue, because the sweet lady trying to help me seemed clueless about the inventory. I was also curious as to how they did consignment, given that I have several bags that I just don't use. I didn't ask, however, because I wasn't super confident in getting a correct answer. I will say, sellers probably do alright because they have a monstrously overpriced Birkin in there that has bald corners and needs a spa visit (when I mentioned this to the salesperson, she looked at me like I had horns or needed meds--obviously, she had not heard of the Hermes spa). You can get the same Birkin on The Real Real, in far better shape, for $4k less. Overall, I probably would have had a better time I had trotted in with my Kelly bag...but I shouldn't have to do that. I'm giving them four stars because they carry authentic goods, but make sure you fit their idea of a customer before you pop in.
