Originally purchased a mattress online from this location on 5/14 for a Sleepys mattress. Original delivery date was 5/18-5/20. I sold my mattress 5/17 in assumption my new one would be delivered. It was not. I called MULTIPLE times and no one could give me an update until around the 23 or 24th when it was realized they sold me an out of stock mattress. I had to go back in and get a new mattress. Of course it was way more expensive. The delivery on this one ended up being delayed because they didn't call me to reschedule as they said they would. I've been sleeping on the ground for 2+ weeks because I have my fiancé who is a combat wounded vet the couch. They've done nothing to rectify any of their mishaps and it's really gross business practice

We came in with a budget, and he didn't try to up-sell us, but tried to work the best deal he could for the best quality bed. When the delivery guys refused to take the old metal frame because of fear of damage to the new mattresses in the truck, I called Tim. He immediately refunded my c/c $50.00 and the delivery guys expanded the old frame to fit the new mattresses. It was a win/win, and the bed is wonderful. I will return there as my other older beds need upgraded.

Chris was an excellent salesman. Courteous, kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. He was not pushy in regards to me making a purchase that day nor did he try to steer me towards one of the more expensive mattresses. He really listened to me and my concerns/wishlist for what I wanted in a mattress. I left without making a purchase, but returned the next day with my fiancé. After asking questions about how each of us sleep and identifying potential barriers to achieving a good night's sleep in our current mattress/bed frame, Chris was able to help us find our PERFECT match. We not only purchased a new mattress, but also two new pillows. I cannot speak highly enough of Chris and his willingness to listen and help us. Neither my fiancé or myself had ever purchased a mattress for ourselves and had ZERO idea of what we wanted. Chris is extremely knowledgeable in his field and it shows. His recommendations were spot on. My fiancé and I have both slept better on the pillows he suggested. We have not picked up our mattress yet, as it is on layaway, but we are anxiously counting down the days until we get to bring it home.

I had a very frustrating experience at Huntsville Furniture Outlet that I feel needs to be shared…read more I recently went shopping and found a nice black corduroy sofa and love seat, which I took home that same day. However, the matching chair wasn't in stock, so they ordered it for me. After waiting a week and a half for the chair to arrive, I finally picked it up, unwrapped it, and to my surprise, it had a completely different pattern! I immediately called the store and sent them pictures. The retailer who assisted me claimed the chair just had a smaller pattern. To clear things up, I went online and found the exact same pattern that matched my sofa and love seat and shared that with them. Instead of resolving the issue, they informed me that all sales are final once the item leaves the store. How was I expected to see that it didn't match until I got it home? They even claimed they called the owner, who reiterated the sales policy. However, they offered to allow me to exchange the chair if I paid a 25% restocking fee. So, for a chair I originally purchased for $399, I'd have to pay $100 just to return it and then buy the correct one for $699. How does that make sense? It's clear to me that this is poor customer service. I had every intention of doing more business with them, but after this experience, I will NEVER step foot in Huntsville Furniture Outlet again. Very disappointing!

Since we are looking for a firm mattress, after trying out some mattresses on the sales floor, Devin suggested the Green Choice Carefree which seemed to be firm and comfortable. We bought the king set and had it delivered free. At first, the mattress seemed comfortable and it conformed to your body because it's memory form. My husband seemed to be comfortable sleeping on it. After sleeping on it for two weeks, I still had a hard time adjusting to it. I felt like I was sinking into the mattress. And when I turned during the night, it was like struggling to roll out of a ditch! So we went back to the store and talked to Devin about it. He suggested the Simmons Recharge Belton which is a firmer mattress and it should provide the support that we need. We tried it and liked it. Devin told us they were running a sale and we can get the king mattress set for the price of queen. We bought the mattress saving $400 because of the sale. They came and did a swap. I liked the mattress. It was firm! But then after two months, I noticed a slight dip in the mattress where we slept on. We went back to the store again and talked to Devin. We told him that we want to return the Belton and he had no problems with that. He suggested that we tried out some more mattresses and we ended up with the Doctor's Choice. They came and did a swap again. We are now sleeping on our new mattress. It's softer than the ones we tried before. But we want to give it time to adjust to it. We'll update on that.. We just want to say that we are very please with the sales staff - Devin the sales person and Chris the manager. They didn't give us any problems even when we had to return the mattresses. They worked with us to find the right mattress for our needs.
