We walked around the showroom for 20 minutes waiting on a salesperson to free up. Their selection of twin headboards was one. We needed a bed quickly for my MIL so we agreed to buy the one headboard and frame. We had to order a twin mattress and were assured it would be in on Monday for a Wednesday delivery. Tuesday I ask hubs to call the store to ensure they have the complete bed and are on track to deliver the bed on Wednesday. The representative tells him the mattress did not come in Monday. We emphasize we need the mattress and are given a loaner. If our mattress comes in Wednesday morning, it will be delivered is what we are told. Wednesday morning the headboard, frame and box spring are delivered along with loaner twin mattress. We are called and told that the mattress we ordered will be delivered Thursday. I go to the assisted living place to meet the delivery team and as they put the mattress on the floor I realize it's the wrong size. The guys called the store and were told they had the wrong mattress and to return to pick up the correct mattress. They wanted to remove the loaner mattress. I told them their chances had run out and I was keeping it until the purchased mattress was delivered. MIL would be on the floor if I didn't keep the loaner. Thirty minutes later hubs received a text that the purchased mattress was not part of the delivery from Chattanooga. I will update this review when we receive the purchased mattress.

My first visit to Dogtown West was disappointing because I was looking for dog furniture. Learning…read moreDogtown West is not a specialty pet furniture store, I looked for bedroom furniture for my daughter to match her loft bed. I was approached by Ashley who helped my daughter find a dresser & mirror, chest of drawers and media cabinet online since we didn't find what she wanted in the store. Our main concern was furniture quality and warranty since we want to add some bling and Ashley explained options based on what we wanted. We visited 4 other furniture stores, one was able to match the furniture price but the best option for warranty and delivery was from Dogtown West. Thanks Ashley, I highly recommend Dogtown West based on this experience.

I was cringing but had such a great experience I let it slide. When the chairs came in Chase had moved away and we got Ashley to tell us our chairs were in and to handle the transactions after that. We paid for delivery. First two items we had to call and check the status because we didn't get calls. Each time we called they claimed the item came in that day. Convenient. Then they said we are marked for pickup however, we paid for delivery. Delivery of those 2 went great. The guys who delivered were fast and professional. The last item was suppose to take 2 months and here we are going on 5 months. Zero called from the store to update us or give any reasoning. When I called today, I was told part of the item came but not all of it. They had no clue why. It's just pretty annoying to pay a premium for one of their "handmade" beds only to get zero updates when there are delays or issues. Still waiting for an update. Unfortunately, I can not recommend them due to the after sale service.
