They misdiagnosed our problem three times, it was not producing chlorine. Poor service.

Dishonest people! Stating they've been to our residence when they've never been! Donald called me finally and when he was speaking with me he was rather rude and short with me. Trying to figure out how to get my problem fixed he gave me an attitude demanding who was going to pay him (when I was dealing with a warranty). Then when I asked him about it, he asked his wife who told home warranty they've been out and deemed it an issue that wouldn't be covered without inspecting the issue. Called this morning and no answer in about 10 mins they called me. Now that is service. Drove over 30 miles to the business. This lady had a line of customers and she was taking them one by one. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me. I recommend them highly. read more

I paid over $50k for my pool. The first summer the bricks were pulling away from the pool. Donald came and put a grey caulking in, that looked terrible, but I accepted it. After that, the caulking cracked, the brick pulled away even more, the cement raised and cracked, and after just three years it looks like a total mess. He said he'd try to think of a solution, but his solution was and is to ignore me. I would never recommend him again. Now my pool is shifting, something he said it would never do. Went in to get some quotes on an inground pool. The customer service was terrible. The lady came out and acted like she didn't have time for us. She looked us up and down and you could tell we were being profiled. When asking about prices she snarled her nose and spoke down to us making us feel like she was thinking "why are you wasting my time, y'all can't afford this." I guess I should have told her that we pay cash and don't finance anything but I guess my cash will work better elsewhere read more
