After 2 hours of the 2 techs poking around my system and them putting me on the phone with a sales rep, they refused to give me a quote until my wife was present, she was working at the time. Again I found this odd, my wife and I had decided by that point that even if they came in as the lowest bidder we were not using them. I still have not received any pricing from them, and we went with a local "Mom and Pop" company and got the system for the price Eagle Pros tech laughed at us about. I don't know who trains these guys to deal with customers, but they definitely need additional training. Wish I could give a "Zero" star.

Based on a previous good experience we had with a tech who no longer works for them, I called about an error message on our Honeywell thermostat, then waited around half the day for someone to show up with no estimate on arrival beyond "he will call when he's on his way." Not ideal, but it is what it is. When he eventually arrived, I showed him what I already knew, and he explained he was not familiar with the thermostat technology and admitted he didn't know what the error meant or how to remedy it. Nor did any of his fellow employees he called to consult, whom I overhead saying they "don't work on those." In the end he had the audacity to charge me a $95 service fee for simply showing up for a half hour and resolving nothing, and that's the part that disappointed me. The respectable thing to do would have been to admit the job was outside their scope and simply write it off. This left a poor impression and I will avoid doing business with them again.

We decided to go with another company for a new unit. They REFUSE to provide us with the diagnostic paperwork and pictures. Deanna at Fuller is not pleasant and cited, they discarded that paperwork since we decided to go with another company. This is beyond pathetic business practices. I called Fuller to come out and do a spring checkup on my AC unit because it was obvious to me that…read moreit was in need of some Freon for the first time. Fuller sent out a technician within a couple of hours which I appreciated. I knew what the problem was and discussed it with the Technician along with the history of my AC unit's yearly services in the past. Technician did a through job of cleaning and servicing the unit with Freon and replaced the capacitor. His work was satisfactory, BUT Fuller charged me with a total bill of $789.00. WOW !!! Pricing was a rip off. A capacitor only costs around $10 to $15 and they charged me $237.49. Even with his small labor to replace it should not have totaled that amount. The 1lb. of Freon with labor cost $477.00. !!! So I ended up with a total of close to $800.00. Beware. My advice to others who may read this review is the do as I did to explain the problem and how you have kept up previous maintenance and THEN ASK THE TECHNICIAN for a ESTIMATE of what you are looking at in cost before he does any services. Synergy has supported us throughout any of our system maintenance. They have come out to our house to help evaluate system performance. The president of the company even came out and went throughout my entire house to ensure that things were operating properly. He went through the attic and crawlspace. He made some recommendations, and he helped me better understand how things work. I was very impressed that he took such a vested interest in making sure I was comfortable with everything.
