I love the way this company does business. They're organized, ethical, professional, efficient, and competent from A to Z. I hired them to diagnose and fix a pesky leak that a local roof guy wasn't able to fully repair. Based on my extremely positive experience, I already plan to hire them to replace our roof when the time eventually comes. Michael came out one afternoon about two weeks ago to provide an estimate and took photos using a drone. Before the end of the day, he emailed me the estimate, ready for me to electronically sign in an instant had I been ready to proceed. I called a couple of days later to discuss the details of the estimate, didn't even leave a message, yet Irving called me back right away. Irving patiently listened to me and answered all my questions and concerns. He never talked down to me or made me feel like I was wasting his time, in spite of the fact that I was going back and forth about the level of repair work that I wanted to have done. Oscar and his crew came today to do the repair. He inspected the water mark on our ceiling, and went into our attic and on top of our roof to diagnose the source of the leak. He pulled back some shingles to verify where the plywood underneath was wet and showed me photos, videos, and drone footage of the affected area. The four man crew performed their work expertly and efficiently in about 1 1/2 hours. They simulated rainfall using our hose, and Oscar used his drone to show me the path that the water traveled down our roof in the area that they repaired. He explained how they tweaked an area with the replacement shingles so that the rain will be redirected away from the house. This is why I'm glad to have hired someone with this level of expertise. Nice guy, came out and was super easy going and on time. Unfortunately, they are way overpriced. To the point I felt I was being scammed or they didn't want the job. I have a 1 story home, about 1800 Sq feet. Roof wise it's about 3200. They sent me a quote of $43,000 for shingles and then didn't reply to my email when I had questions. I ended up getting my roof done with lightweight concrete tiles for $27,000 w permits. New materials from brand name company. Licensed and bonded roofer. read more

My house had a 30 year old tile roof that needed to be replaced. After this bad winter I knew it needed to be done ASAP. I found Terrazas roofing through my community Facebook page. They were highly recommended, so I decided to contact them for an estimate. After talking to 5 different companies I chose Terrazas. I spoke with the sales guy Mike, and he was very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough with all my questions and spent close to 2 hours with on the first visit while taking drone pics to show me the current status of the roof. He was easily reachable by phone or email. He continued to answer all my questions even after I signed the contract. I was also in contact with Irving, the project manager. Since their company offered financing, Irving stepped me through the approval process. Between Mike and Irving, I was kept up to date on the projected start date. They also took time to help me select the color for the new shingle roof. I had a lot of anxiety choosing the right contractor and the right color, and I was so happy with the process. The crew on site was on time, cleaned up, very nice. Any concerns I had, they were able to address. They finished sooner then I expected, and kept me updated the entire time. There was a lot of wood damage, and they let me know what all needed to be replaced. The final result looked amazing. I will say, Terrazas was a little more expensive then the other companies that I got bids from, but in the end, I thought it was worth it. I had a lot of confidence in their work, and they showed me everything being done. Now I don't have to worry about it raining, no more leaks! Below you can see my before and after pics. When I first called for a free estimate, Tomas came over with his cool drone and flew it over my roof to zero in on problem areas. As a homeowner, you need to be able to trust your roofer and Terrazas provided pictures and videos every step of the way. Irving was very responsive, gave a quote quickly, showed up a couple days later and replaced about 30 tiles on our roof. His employee Oscar also identified that our main problem was due to a bad stucco job from a remodel before we purchased the house. Irving surprised us with great customer service by coming out again a few days later to help us put some tarp up over the faulty stucco right before the rain started.
