Just stopped by to grabbed a drink before dinner. Saw amazing photos vibes and wanted to check it out. Domes was reserved for their 5 course meal. Reservations only.

Pros -the view is stunning. Great view of old Montreal, waterfront. -extensive drink menu. We loved the wine and Frose -Truffle fries had actual pieces of truffle Not pro - the food was OK. Charcuterie, burrata, oysters were standard. Would go for drinks and to check out the view. Service was good at first, but then took a while to get the bill as they were pretty busy. Recommend reservations given how popular it is.

The last time we were here, later evening, they were fully booked. This time we were later afternoon (5:45) and tables were open. Our choices were order food to sit at a table or find a couple of spots at the Bar. We chose to order food. We started with a couple of Cocktails. Spicy Passion Fruit Margarita and an Espresso Martini. Delicious Margarita given the Passion Fruit twist. Martini was also tasty. We weren't ready for Dinner so we went with their Charcuterie. Good balance of cheese, meats and fruit-perfect for two. We saw a good variety of options for appetizers and Entrees. Next time! Our server was attentive and took great care of us. Premium pricing given the views and well worth it. Fun, upbeat vibe and atmosphere with amazing views of Old Town and St. Laurent.

We went in their dome experience and it was absolutely amazing. The server was super nice and gave amazing recommendations for food and drinks. You can see the old port into the distance and they even had a small fireplace to roast marshmallows. The food was absolutely amazing. Each dish did not disappoint. This is definitely something I would bring people to who are visiting Montreal for the first time. I highly recommend this place especially during the winter. It gave off a nice cozy date night vibe!

Had the croque monsieur with pastrami and it was good, but I wouldn't call it amazing. They had classic potato wedges which were well fried, but the croque monsieur seemed very 1 tone. Maybe that's just the nature of the croque monsieur, but I wasn't too impressed

Beyond spectacular views of Montreal. Ship horns blaze in the distance and as the sun goes down, the Ferris wheel and city light up. Go for drinks and the vibe but do not, I repeat, do NOT order the food. Service was super slow, waited over an hour for our food to arrive. Started with the French onion soup - ok flavor, but so hot it was hard to eat and everyone at the table burned their tongues. Steak frites and tuna for Mains. Meat was chewy and undercooked. Fries were soggy. Tuna was fine but underwhelming. Our waiter was nice and made it up to us with free dessert and tea, but overall still an overpriced experience for not very good food and slow service. The punchline? Am I a bit sad we messed up and overpaid for abysmal food? Yes. Would I recommend this place for a cool experience and nice drinks? Also yes.

Absolutely beautiful views of the most beautiful part of town - perhaps the best views in Montreal. It's clearly very popular, but I was able to snag a table for 4 at 5:30 the same morning. The wait staff was nice and we were able to arrange a surprise dessert for a friend who was celebrating his birthday. We were there just for drinks - all their cocktails tilt heavily to the sweet side, but I asked them to customize my second drink to be more bitter and it came out excellent. Prices were basically as expected.

We came here on a Sunday morning for brunch. The restaurant is on the 8th floor of the hotel. The place was not crowded. We were seated at a table with great views of the city, ferris wheel and the St. Lawrence River. We ordered Eggs Benedict and French toast for brunch and had mimosa and tea for drinks. The view was gorgeous. The food was good, and portions were quite large. Friendly staff and the service was good. Great place to hang out.

Stopped in for a cocktail and a snack at Terrasse William Gray. We sat at the bar and had excellent service from Alexandre who made me a delicious Margarita and my sister a very Dirty Martini with extra olives! We shared a Charcuterie Board which was a more than substantial snack for these hungry ladies. Beautiful view of the city. Very busy with lots of happy patrons. Recommended.

Great rooftop views from Terrasse William Gray for our Brunch. Our server was attentive & bi-lingual. We loved our food. The chicken and waffles had a lovely sweet maple flavor and the beef Benedict had a lovely savory sauce. Drinks were excellent. I wasn't impressed that it was a part of a hotel, but that quickly changed! We would eat here again.

Corner pocket at the Terrasse William Gray rooftop was just amazing...best part of the whole evening besides the fabulous food and amazing drinks was the service. Maya A. Was just beyond helpful and made the evening so special. She is one of a kind and we will return and always select Maya A. Also Sarah was so helpful in planning a future event. To work with such wonderful people, it creates a vibe that you cannot get anywhere else.

5 stars for the ambience/view. 3 stars for the cocktails. Came here for a quick drink before dinner as I saw it had beautiful views! The views did not disappoint! We sat at the bar and had a nice time. The drink however wasn't much of a cocktail and more like a juice. I don't know if it was because there was too much ice or if it was just not much alcohol in it. I would come back to try another thing and because the views were great!

And it's unclaimed here on Yelp. We found it by searching for cocktail bars on Google. Place was busy both nights we were there though! This became our after dinner drink spot for the weekend. Bartenders were very friendly and helpful, and actually looked like they enjoyed their jobs as they helped contribute to the fun relaxed atmosphere. Drinks were creative and delicious. Music they play is the typical chill/lounge/downtempo/electronic where after a while it all sounds the same, but it's perfect for the ambiance and it's not too loud. Drink menu is only available through the web site, which is annoying (to me), but easy enough to overlook.

She explained the murder mystery game rules and helped us with any questions we had. The game was so fun and a perfect activity for my family since we love board games and murder mystery games. THIS WAS AMAZING…read more food here was flawless, every dish was absolutely perfect and creative. the ingredients are top shelf quality and put together with tons of care. I had the most amazing meal here. Genuinely the BEST beef tartare i've ever had in my life, it was chopped perfectly and flavor wise just absolute perfection. Rich, cheesy but still fresh and the beef flavor was present and well seasoned. Focaccia was great as well, the grill flavor really stuck with me and was a perfect touch of crunch and flavor. I enjoyed my leeks as well, i've never had them prepared this way so it was a unique touch. Their cocktails were good with some nice twists on classics, I got the oolong old fashion which was a pretty classic old fashion with a slight tea after taste. the highlight of the meal though was the desert . it was brûlée bananas with a chocolate cheesecake and omg that was the best touch to the meal ever. we got the wine pairing with it as well and they went together like bread and butter. the wine was sweet but had a fruitier taste to counteract the richness of the banana and chocolate. it was the most delightful experience and wasn't a bank breaker either. service here was attentive and amazing, extremely friendly and informative. the ambiance was on the fancier side, with darker lighting. during my time in montreal, this restaurant easily took home my favorite.

The service was friendly but they seemed short staffed that night. We were trying to refill our water glasses but it took a while since I couldn't find any waiter or waitress around. Now let's start with the food: Focaccia: 5/5 bread was warm, toasty and tasty but the dip was the highlight Leeks with smoked mackerel, mustard, tobikko: (2.5/5) too creamy with a hint of mackerel and leeks Calamari chou-fleur, asian pear, chili beurre blanc: (2/5) very soupy and too much cream and not flavorful Black cod miso sauce, daikon, kale: (2.5/5) cod was tender but my bite had too much miso on it. It was extremely salty and not well balanced Beef tartare with mushrooms, Asiago: (1/5) mushy texture and way too much Asiago cheese. Flank steak with burnt chili salsa, szechuan pepper sauce, pickled peppers: (2/5) steak was not tender at all and the sauce was overwhelming Fried sea bass with bok choy, soya, nuoc mam (3/5): presentation was great but too many bones with too little meat. Flavor was good and I enjoyed the warm crispy fish with the Vietnamese style salad Overall, my special dinner was disappointing. I felt like the main ingredient never shined and their cheese or cream or sauce were just too overpowering. I really wanted to like Cadet but it fell short of my expectations.
