Be cautions here. My unit got broken into. They ransacked my boat and went through every compartment in it they could. Thankfully I didn't have anything valuable that they could take. Once they get into one unit they can access the neighboring units as the interior walls don't go all the way to the ground. It's a definite issue that they need to address. read more

If I could give less stars I would. If you dont care about your belongings then go here because this facility doesn't even have working cameras on site. Our unit was broken into 2 times. The 2nd time they stole a boat from our unit. How does a boat leave the facility with no apparent tracking footage? They were not cooperative or helpful with providing any surveillance. We think they had to know something. We are filing a claim for the loss. We even filed multiple police reports and found out that the police had similar complaints about this place. They also have mice. There's open slats on the bottom which was how things started to "disappear" On top of the security problem they wanted to raise the rent. Rent kept going up every three months when I first moved then every year thereafter . Had a fire there was notified three months after it happened by that time every unit that was affected by the fire was burglarized. Can you say inside job? I think so. When I inquired about insurance, I was evicted but not before they charge me another $340 monthly rent. So in my opinion, everyone connected with that place from the owners on down to the employees are crooks. Don't put your stuff there if you don't want it ripped off. read more

Disaster! AVOID !!!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. First red flag: I noticed rat prints all over my boat and jet ski. Clearly, there's a pest problem. I get that it's near the Delta, so I tried to manage it myself with deterrents, but it was still concerning. Second issue: good luck getting ahold of anyone in the office. Calls go unanswered, and it always felt like I was bothering them just to get basic information. The final straw? A fire broke out in some of the units. My unit was nearby and no one bothered to notify me. I only found out after the fact, which is completely unacceptable. When I finally decided to move out, things got even worse. I noticed the back panel of my unit was dented in, crates had been knocked over, and once I started going through my stuff I realized items were missing. Gone. Among the things stolen: my collectible diecast car models, Hot Wheels, Beanie Babies, signed Dale Earnhardt memorabilia, car parts, and a home entertainment system. Who knows what else I haven't accounted for yet. The unit behind mine is empty, so it makes me wonder how easy it was for someone to get in. Between the rodents, lack of communication, no safety protocols, and now missing/stolen items, this place is a complete disaster. If you value your belongings, do not store them here. read more

Would not recommend. Totally unworkable with common logic. Not customer oriented at all. Will raise your rent astronomically after you move in. Get your rates and annual increases in writing. Family owned. Dad is cool in person, although behind the curtains he and everyone else other than a couple decent people they've employed (and let go) are all about the bottom line and maximizing on your commitment once youve moved your stuff in. The storage facility had a fire didn't think to tell the other units that there was a fire. Our boat is ruined sitting in ash and what ever chemicals were sprayed to put out the fire. By happen stance we showed up to get our camping gear and found out the response was sorry about it no care given. This was a brand new pontoon boat we put in a storage facility indoor and we get sorry about it. They allowed someone to work on their boat with a generator that started the fire and told us to sue him. read more

Dear Fernando A- We have repeatedly contacted the management and we have got NO response for 3 months- You facility does not protect as promised. Your security cameras have not been working since the storm, which we were told by the management- as well as that it was highly possible that the burglary was done by "an insider" someone working there that knew the cameras were working. from the street opr hwy12 its a good looking storage facility.how ever its obviously behind in current codes .i pay my rent on time and expect that my items would and should be protected from any and all forms of threat.i feeling comfortable had in excess of 50,000 in rv, quads,an entire shop of tools diving and fishing gear etc........well on or around may 13 the storage facility failed to protect my stored personal property when unit 131 obviuously had some flamable material that was heavier than air and viciously spread through the large gap at the bottom of each units wall. this was clearly their and another tenants fault.i recieved a im sorry and was charged rent for a completely burned up unit.not one but two months now.when i asked for a refund i was told by management that i would be better of working through my bank for a refund.these people should be offering to compensate loss at minimum and helping atno cost to sort our losses. tenant136 read more

I would have given them a half a star if I could have the facility isn't as kept up and clean as it used to be but yet the rates keep climbing there only rest room is a portable and your in the middle of no where and it's kept locked so you have no access to use it .the new manager has zero customer service skills and has no idea of how to treat and respect her customers nothing is done by the legal standards they overlooked you the first day your late and your supposed to get 9 days before they over lock you then whenever the drill your lock to take a picture of the unit there is always supposed to be 2 employees there so it can be verified that they only took pictures and never entered it they only have the manager there so once again not legal the manager also will call you 3 times a day everyday when your bill becomes due even if you explain that you will be a few days late to her on the first call 2 hours later she's calling again and then at the end of the day again she does nothing short of harass people and I kid you not she enjoys it she also took it upon herself to go onto a social media site to find other family members of mine somehow got his number and by the way he lives in Colorado and processed to contact him and ask to get a better number to reach us because we blocked her due to all her harassing calls and we had spoken to her 2 days prior to this simply put she's a nut case that has no place in customer service oh and another thing the owners of the facility allow her to bring six barking dogs to work with her everyday and the dogs try to attack you when you enter the office they are chihuahuas but still annoying as he'll and once again unprofessional there attitude simply is don't like it move out horrible to treat there customers this way oh and if you have more than one unit and your late on one but not the other they overlock all your units that's how much they appreciate good customers read more

Our Travel Trailer has been kept at Terminous Storage for 5 years. We have had a good experience here. The facility is gated and monitored by cameras, the grounds are clean, the staff, Michael, has communicated with me about my cover blowing off my Travel Trailer or new spots opening Up. I have stored my Motorhome and a boat at this facility prior. After a break from RV's/boats we purchased a smaller boat and the first place I called was Terminous RV storage. Raul, the facility manager, was fantastic and had a stall available. The stall was clean and ready for storage. Raul made the process of renting easy along with providing assistance. Every time we arrive to get our boat, Raul will greet us with a smile and ask how things or going and if we need anything. Great old fashioned customer service!!! read more

High winds keep the dust blowing under the doors, coating the contents of each unit continuously. Unit prices continue to rise every year, while the number of accessible hours has decreased. I will say that the on-site manager is wonderful - very helpful and personable and goes out of his way to provide top notch customer service. read more

I have rented here going on 7 years never had a problem. The new owners took over and has harrassed me, threatened me, along with his secretary, i was denied access to my storage. They changed the ledger and reciepts in the computer making me have a balance? I have all originals showing always paid in full. I was forced to pay 900 to have access to my storage they threatened to leinsale? I was given 6 min notice to vacate? The next day i got a 30 day notice saying my lease is up? I gladly moved the month of december with covid and christmas it was awful. As i moved out i found alot of dead mice and droppings also a white film like salt On everything??? I watched them evict other people that were there a long time also and they were very unhappy . So as it stands they not only illegally evicted me, they basically stole 900 from me i did not owe? Also watch your bank statements because they double charged me and keep lying saying they paid me back...i am very easy going "the way i was treated is unacceptable and they will never see 1 cent of my money ever again. They have changed from 24 hr now you have to be gone by 10 pm ?, very unprofessional talking about me to other people? This storage is really going downhill quickly. It used to be nice. read more
