I initially called to see if there were any units available and Arie answered the phone. She was extremely nice and helpful. When I came in she greeted me with a smile and just all around positive attitude. She was quick and efficient and made sure I left knowing all the details. Arie C. was easy to talk to and I hope everyone who is getting a unit gets to meet with her. read more

I came in to look at some options for storing my parents stuff and Jenny was super helpful. She recommended some sizes and showed me multiple units. She explained how the monthly rentals work and gave some great recommendations on how to pack and stack things so they're easy to get to and boxes don't crush as easily when stacked. read more

I unexpectedly needed a storage unit so I called and spoke to Jenny who assured me I'd have one waiting for me. The next day I arrive and Ari was there to help me along with her upbeat personality. I don't trust my belongings anywhere else. Last time I rented a unit from them, my items left their facilities intact. No damage, bug infestations, no rodent droppings, etc. Most storage places in Stockton can't say the same. I found this out the hard way. Their prices are fair and usually less expensive than their competitors. They have at least 100 cameras also. If you value your belongings, trust Arco's Self Storage. Great people and excellent service. read more

I can't begin to thank Arco storage enough. We decided to rent a unit here because we got our unit compromised over at Storage king 3x! From beginning to end, our move to Arco storage has been perfect and very convenient. Shout out to storage manager, Jenny ... who helped our transition as smooth as possible. She gave us comfort, ease and reassurance that our stuff was protected and in good hands. The only downfall to our moving journey is that we didn't rent with Arcos sooner... this would've saved us alot of headaches and heartache... Thank you Arcos! Thank you Jenny! read more

Hi. We needed to change storage facilities for our RV in Stockton as the price increase at our previous storage facility had gone up by over $90 per month in an 8-month period. Then we found ARCO storage in Stockton off March & West Lane. Jenny was very friendly and welcoming as she took us on a tour of the RV storage area at ARCO. The price for our RV storage was over $80 LESS per month...and the facility is very nice. Jenny treated us like "family". We moved our RV to ARCO storage today. We are very pleased...and Jenny is absolutely the best! Don read more

Arco's Self Storage - Our RV stored at ARCO...with our small tent trailer. - Self Storage Near Me - Stockton, California

Best place possible to store your belongings. Your things will be in the same condition that you stored them, when you remove them. No nasty roaches, rats or anything like that. The storage facility on Jamestown completely ruined ALL my stuff! Rat dropping everywhere, chewed up clothes, plastic, and wood furniture, not to mention cockroaches all in my bags, boxes. Arco's Storage is clean, infestation free and secure with all their cameras and an on-site employee at all times. Highly recommend them. read more

Arie was very nice knowledgeable and kind made it a lot easier for me and the storage place is very secure and accessible and very clean

The Arco's on March Lane in Stockton was great and provided a much needed service when I needed it. For years I stored some things there and never had an issue with any damage or critters. I had a climate controlled inside storage. There's are lots of cameras around and I always felt safe going to my storage. The staff was available and professional. Over the years the cost more than doubled bit it's a business and that's what happens. Overall my experience was good and if I ever needed another storage I would not hesitate to use this one. read more

Got a storage unit today. I would say the price is pretty fair, but what set the experience apart was the customer service. Jenny made everything simple, quick and painless. She helped me identify the size of unit I would need by asking mindful questions and alternatives, helping me land on the correct decision of the unit I need. 10/10 would recommend. read more

We have used this facility for years for our company trucks, and the staff has always been extremely helpful, and attentive. The property is always clean, and we have never really had an issue with anything inside the facility, security wise. If I could give a billion stars, I would. Sabrina was phenomenal with my inquiry and was very informative. She mentioned Arie would be there once I would reach the facility to see the storage units. Arie was able to show me around and discuss pricing, and needless to say it was absolutely great! The property has indoor and outside storage (depending on what size you need). Top of the line security and your own personalized code for accessing the your space. Only downside would be limited access which would be hours 6am- 9pm, but I don't foresee that as a major issue. They store cars, boats and RV's as well. Pricing is very reasonable and they had a great special going on. Offers insurance, restrooms, and dollys on the property if you need to use them. 10/10 recommend. Ask for Arie! read more

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Incredibly easy to access and clean storage units. The "welcome basket" filled with water, tape and markers Jenny gave us after we signed our rental agreement was perfect after a long day of moving furniture into the unit. read more

Found this place on a whim after I thought I was going to another storage unit place where nobody was there to take my business. Instead I found Arco self storage just driving up West Lane. Arie took me right in, showed me the premises and helped me choose the best storage unit for my budget and needs (such as drive up access) and then cut me a deal on top of that. Everything was explained very clearly and the rental Process was smooth easy and paperless. Another benefit is they are open until 9pm everyday. So much better than 6pm where my other unit is. Do not pass this place up. read more

I cannot express enough, just how much I love this establishment. This is the first time I have ever had to rent a storage space. Jenny was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever encountered. The cleanliness, security and thoughtfulness of this space make me feel so good and safe to have my belongings stored here. The customer service make me feel like this space is an extension of my home and that it will be well taken care of. I even had the pleasure to interact with Arie, who even more, added to why I love this establishment, how they conduct business and provide services. They are doing a great job maintaining the space and hiring quality employees. This is the epitome of how I feel work and businesses should be done. I appreciate the staff here and I hope it continues to operate this way forever. Thank you for such a wonderful experience Arco's, Jenny and Arie =D =D =D!!!! read more

Can't say enough good things about Arco and the management here. They are simply wonderful. We always felt safe while working in the storage units, making decisions about what needed to stay and what needed to go. During Covid, we felt that there were no issues, the place was spotless, as was the restroom. When it was time to move out items to family members, they were very helpful in making sure it was convenient for the movers. I highly recommend this storage unit. Great service! read more

Arco Self storage really cares about YOU, the customer! I contacted them via Yelp asking about securing a unit for an upcoming move, and they got back to me promptly via Yelp and offered to communicate via phone or in-person for an accurate quote, since all storage renter needs are different. I needed the unit for a move happening on Saturday, so I came by their office during the day on Friday. There was only one office employee there at the time, Christine, and she was on a call when I walked in but she acknowledged me immediately and very quickly was off the phone and had her full attention directed towards me. I really felt taken care of, as soon as I walked in. The level of attention to understanding my needs and wants AND my particulars and preferences was totally unexpected. I've rented a couple of other storage units in other cities I've lived in but Arco had them all beat in the customer service and friendliness departments. Christine answered all of my questions and talked up the great features the facility had to offer, including 100 cameras on-site, their commitment to checking all locks every morning to ensure no break-ins have occurred, a great relationship with Stockton PD, a great relationship with their other facilities, and the great relationship they have with their community of renters. Another review acknowledged Arco for their service, attentiveness, accommodating service and cleanliness, and I can attest that they do indeed have all of these things and more! After my walkthrough of the facility with Christine, I decided to go ahead and sign up for a storage unit at the end of my visit and once the paperwork was settled I was pleasantly surprised to receive a sweet welcome gift basket packed with moving essentials including bottled water, snacks, permanent markers and a couple of other moving essentials...name another business that does that...this level of customer service just doesn't exist anymore. I'm so glad I read the reviews on Yelp and decided to visit Arco Self Storage, this is exactly the caliber of place that I trust to keep my possessions safe and they have staff, like Christine, who just make you want to keep coming back and tell all your friends and family about how awesome your self-storage experience was...I highly recommend them, Arco Self Storage is the best! read more
