I have employed Terminex for years with their quarterly service on all of my rental properties. They are usually very prompt, they will let you know when they are on the way and do a thorough job. I must call out Amanda out of the Fayetteville location. She goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done very well. My only issue with them is it takes forever to talk to someone on the phone. If I could leave a no stars I would because this company is an absolute JOKE. If you are thinking of contracting them for service please call another company. I'm sure a pack of wild animals could run that office better. I originally had Terminex about six months ago and had issues so I canceled my service. I decided to give them another chance the beginning of May to come treat my property for mosquitoes. They've only been out to service my property two times and in those two times I've had to make about 10 phone calls to the customer service number because you can't get a hold of anybody at the local office. Every representative you talk to you at the call center tells you a different story nobody knows their head from their feet. Super super unprofessional company. Even the technician that comes out to service. The property has a major attitude. And to think they charge people to get mistreated! Just a complete joke. I only gave the one star because I could not give them a negative star!! I purchased termite control 3/18 and they were scheduled to come out 3/23/19 to inspect and refill baits. Paid the renewal $330. but no show, no call. Rescheduled 5/24 with Kevin Davis. Same thing no show and no call. Rescheduled for 5/29 3-5 and again no show and no call. Rescheduled for 6/1 1-3 and believe it not - no surprise no show and no call. Have called Greg the supposively local branch several times and still no call back. Worse thing is I HAVE TERMITES! HAVE PAID OVER $3000. AND HAVE TERMITES AND NO ONE WILL DO A THING! read more

We purchased a house and the seller had Terminex do some work prior to sale. I called to cancel the auto renew contract and they talked me into having someone come and do a free consultation to see if there was a cheaper option. That appointment was a no call no show and so I called to cancel the policy. Then she said there was a charge and he did come out, which wasn't agreed on or discussed. I have since called 4 times, spoken to 5 people and no one can confirm it is canceled. They claim to put notes in the system which proves to be false. I even filled out a survey Terminex texted me and I explained this and asked for a call back, which didn't happen. I have a local company that will do this for a 3rd of the price and will actually communicate with their customers. Save yourself the headache and don't use Terminex. read more

The main problem with Terminix is that there phone calls are handled by different offices all over the United States and the world and scheduling in getting schedule can often be very frustrating time spent on hold dropped calls transferring very frustrating. I can only imagine how frustrating it is for local Managers. I think they're too big and I don't think they really need the business. The one tech I met was very nice, and did a good job. read more

I had a BAD ant problem around my house due to heavy tree presence and gravel driveway, but that is a thing of the past now. Great service and very prompt on timing for the arrival. My appointment was at 2pm and Heath showed up at 1:45 to case the house and find some trails before I showed him the known problem areas. He was very adept and cleared out all of the entry paths for the ants and then laid down a wall around the house, yard and driveway to stop them from getting inside or on my car (terrible). He stayed around and cleared some spiders from webs I hadn't seen and then some hornets nests as well. All around incredible service from Heath, would highly recommend him for your service in the NWA area. The communication with the company was not bad once I got on the line, they have great pricing for annual service agreements. Happy I chose Terminix to solve my insect problem. read more

Thank you a hundred times! Simply from the very first treatment those evil roaches have cut down so dramatically I have only seen 5 live ones since our treatment on Monday! Two of those were on their backs dying! We were at the end of our rope with those stupid things and the gentleman who treated the house was simply wonderful! He was easy to talk to and ask questions, he definitely made the whole process quick and easy! We love that he explained what he was doing and gave helpful hints as to how to ensure that the process works at its best. we are excited to invite people over for the weekend without worrying about the bugs and the embarrassment that goes along with them! They have poor customer service. I just had to file a BBB complaint on them because they want $90 when their tech refused to service the inside of the house. There are better and much cheaper pest control services in the local area, do not use Terminix. They will also try to sell expensive termite insurance all the time. read more

5 stars for their service. 1 star for their idea of "annual." The inspections are fine and professional. The annual inspection comes up every 10 months instead of 12 months. Not cool, but a slick effort by their corporate honchos. Will reschedule for 2 months out so it will truly be an annual inspection. This is the 5th year of this. What chumps. Or maybe I'm the chump for sticking with these charlatans. read more
