I have a termite policy. When it came time to check the bait traps for the yearly exam. The technician did not check them. I had taken pictures of the bay traps because I was not gonna be there. I canceled this service two months ago. They keep on charging my account every month. Then the technician let my dogs out. My dogs are gone and I can't find them. They still keep on charging my account. This is the most shady company I have ever dealt with. No one should ever use this company. read more

I'll be the next. Honestly, I had a good experience when they showed up but the yard treatment, I seen no difference in pest. The problem started when I Canceled my service via email. Then they start texting and telling me that my account is past due. I told them I canceled my service after the day the last service took place and I am 3 months out of the contract. I sent them a screenshot of the cancellation email. The whole situation didn't feel professional at all. I Will not use another door to door pest control from NWA again and definitely not palisade. Hate to add to the pile here but my technician didn't even show up and that's with fighting him to come over to the house. When he never showed he tried to get my to sign a contract for the membership and that absolutely is terrifying for someone to still try and get you to sign without proof of work read more

First spray found a large black widow by the door within 8 days, second spray still had spiders inside and out. Before third spray got bit by a spider that resulted in a doctors office visit and several hundred dollars out of pocket. Called to cancel said they would call me back within 5 minutes. A week later no call back. Called again spent over 15 minutes on hold for them to charge me a $95 early termination fee. I would be terminating if it actually worked. 100% do not recommend this company! Also our house is only 2 years old. read more

It won't let me put a review on their site unless I give them a good one. So I am putting it everywhere I can. Palisade Pest Control: RATING of ZERO out of 5!!!!!! It is trying to make me give it a rating of 4. I let myself be talked into an initial pest spray I was not told anything about being charged monthly. That I was going to pay a flat rate for the year. Did not mention a gold anything. And that I needed to sign something for the initial spray on a tiny tablet. It was about $164.00 for the initial spray. A month later they charge$43 and some change. I was going to call then, but life got busy and I forgot. This month they are trying to charge again. I pretty much knew not to but went ahead. It did not solve my SPIDER problem!!!! So I was glad that it was the last time I was going to see you. I have reached out through text to cancel. They said they have to talk on the phone to do that. I don't want you to give me a run around and try to talk me into keeping you. You guys are awful. I will also be copying this and putting it on any social media I can. And be talking to my neighbors, so you don't trap them in your scam! read more
