I was really impressed with how well they took care of the ants I was dealing with. I could not get rid of them for anything! I found these guys on Yelp and they were able to come out same day and help me out, I don't know if that was normal, but I really needed to get rid of these things. Ants were gone within 2 weeks! read more

I would not recommend Flex. They broke my security camera during the first visit because the tech was not watching where he was directing the long pole and hit it so far that it snapped off and fell. Still was seeing pests, so I asked them to come out again after they promised that it would be a better experience the second time around - which it wasn't. I am a teacher, so I purposefully scheduled an AM appt so that they could come while I was at work and my dogs at daycare. I only communicated 4 times about the garage code and not being home. I guess they needed 5 reminders? They didn't show up until 3:18 pm (for a morning appt) with no reason as to why and then knocked on the door only to leave within 13 seconds. Literally 13 seconds is all you are worth to Flex as a customer after them making you wait all day. Thankfully I noticed on the cameras and had to contact them yet again about them just leaving. They went to service someone else because they couldn't read basic instructions. My house wasn't serviced until 4:28 PM, for a morning appt, meaning my dogs were in the house within 30 minutes of treatment. I went out of my way to schedule it in the morning so this wouldn't happen. Amanda, with Flex, told me that the tech who came on 8/17 is most likely getting fired because his lack of reading skills isn't the only issue. Amanda, per Flex, said this tech left a wasps net at an elderly woman's home after service and her grandchildren got into it. They don't respond to texts or emails unless it's about paying your bill for a service you didn't get. They will ask you to identify the "problem areas" so they can "treat them better" and then totally ignore them. If a 3 second sweep of the baseboard is "extra attention" I'd be so curious to see non-extra. It would be non-existent, just like the "good service" of flex. Absolutely do not waste your money on this company. They'll do a horrible job, not withhold their end of the contract, and then try to force you to pay for something that you didn't get. Give them the 13 seconds that they give customers and Google another company in those 13 seconds. read more

Wade was awesome today. 8 am. Always happy when Flex comes to service our yard. They are so thorough, and Wade did an exceptional job today! read more

Reilly was excellent on his service to our home today. Professional in every way, listened to and addressed our concerns. Best of all, since we stated with Flex...no bugs!! Great people and products!! read more

Flex has taken very good care care of our family for years now. They are very affordable, responsive, and just all around great people! They came back within the month that they sprayed to retreat our whole house and lawn for spiders and ticks. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great pest control company. These young men and women are awesome!!! read more

Highly recommend Oliver with Flex Pest Control! He was so professional, timely, and more importantly very diligent. He noticed a potential swarm of wasps trying to relocate in my attic, so he came back the next day and went in my attic to ensure there was no nest. An exemplary example of customer service. read more

Logan K was our technician today. He arrived promptly on time with a smile and ready to go. He followed instructions to work his way around the house. Even though it was raining cats and dogs, he continued with his full protocol. He is a great young man and pleasant to work with. I want to give him a great recommendation! Thank you Logan! read more

Love these guys! Sure they have a great price, but oh boy is their customer service stellar! I have an 18-month contract with them. They come out quarterly, but also do no-cost triage if you have an unexpected issue while under contract. Sugar ants appeared in our pantry last summer but never came back after Flex treated. Fernando has serviced us occasionally, including today. He's always very considerate, polite, and delivers service quietly - which is very important since I work from home and I'm always on Zoom calls. I'll tell ya - he went beyond the line of duty today! I apparently didn't shut the front door all the way after greeting him and a giant wind gust blew it open. So unbeknownst to me, my dog ran out without a collar while I was on a Zoom call and Fernando quickly rang the bell to alert me, which was the difference between a slight inconvenience and an afternoon full of worry and searching. Canine fiasco aside, I also had some landscapers on property doing some work and they, too, were rather impressed with Fernando's service delivery, speed, and efficiency. I'll be making an official new customer referral as a result! read more

Today we had Roman & Drake come to our door to sell us Flex Pest Control services. They were very professional, friendly & explained thoroughly all the pest's & procedures needed in this area. They sold me & I signed up with them even though I had previously used a different company mostly because of their character & explanation. Being new to the area I asked for a yard person & they were kind enough to do it for me ! They are unbelievable good young men! read more

Amanda is the best service provider. So polite, and exceptional service! Watch the 90 days show up period.

Very pleased with the customer service and pest treatment with Flex. They let you know when they're on the way and do a thorough job when they arrive. They take the time to explain what they're doing and why. They are quick, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone seeking pest control. read more

Jaylen is a good technician. Very professional and made the process really easy. I highly recommend him.

Logan and Sebastián did a great job. They treated interior baseboards of garage with a high grade liquid repellent targeting spiders and other general pest, replaced bait in bait boxes on both left and right side of the home targeting mice, inspected for spider webs, wasp nests, and mud dauber nests and removed any from the home; dusted cracks, crevices, corners of windows, and doors with a high grade water resistant repellent dust, looked for entry points for mice and found everything looked good, then treated the eaves, around the windows, around the doors, drain spouts, and corners with high grade liquid repellent targeting spiders and wasps, and treated the foundation, cracks and crevices in driveway and sidewalks with a high grade liquid non-repellent targeting ants and other general pest, as well as granulated the entire lawn for fleas, ticks, spiders, ants, and mosquitoes. They never disappoint, and if I feel like they may have missed anything, they're easy to get on the phone and return to finish what they missed.. My type of Pest Control company. They have been treating my home for 3yrs now.. read more

The Flex team is absolutely amazing. So easy to schedule appointments, they're fast, thorough, friendly, and effective. Our last service was conducted by Logan and he couldn't have been more helpful in addressing our wasp problem. We'd recommend them to anyone! read more

Flex always does a thorough job! I have seen a huge decrease in our wasp nests since they started treating our home. Would definitely recommend them!! read more

I recently just moved to a new house and had been having issues with some spiders. I was able to get setup with Flex over the phone and had Colton and Nate came out to treat my house today. They were professional, friendly and provided an excellent service. read more

Logan is excellent! He is always on time, he pays attention to detail, doesn't rush through the service and listens to my concerns. We are in a new build with critters everywhere. He seals up outside points of entry, lays sticky traps and spends a-lot of time spraying the outside eaves and patio. We are very pleased! read more

I have been using Flex for several years. They continue setting high bar of efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism. Highly recommend them. read more

Extremely pleased! Mike and his crew were very friendly & professional. Spencer & Chris arrived right on time (8:00am) & stayed an hour or so. Since we have a pool & I have seen small ants around the landscaping stones, they sprayed something (I forgot the name of the chemical) to "draw out the bugs" then another pesticide to kill them. They also sprayed the yard for ticks & fleas since we have dogs. While treating the porch, they also cleaned off the dust webs. Inside the house, they hit all the wet areas. Once you order service, there's a portal where you can create an account & pay while also scheduling future treatments. This is very convenient. You can also request a quote on Yelp & they'll respond! If you're looking for a pest control service, I would highly recommend giving Flex a call! read more

Terrible service, doesn't work at all. Had to fire them because their bug treatments don't work. Do not use this company you'll regret it, total waste of money. read more

I needed a 24-hour pest control company last night and found Flex. They are absolutely outstanding in customer service. They went above and beyond by answering all my questions and concerns on a Friday night, while not even being a customer. They put my needs above anything else and I'm so impressed by a company that not only says they care but actually truly cares. I highly recommend this pest control company. Please don't hesitate to reach out to them. read more

Update again: still no pests. I got text reminders to let me know Spencer was coming, and that he was running a bit later due to some difficult jobs. The company gave me the opportunity to reschedule if I needed, and Spencer stayed in contact when he was on the way. He was efficient and always makes an effort to put my dog at ease and say hello. Great company! Update: no pests this far this season! This company follows up and does a great job read more

I spent my summer of 2018 bit up by spiders. I was NOT going to let that happen to me again, especially with a 3 month old in our home now. Thankfully we found Flex Pest Control. They were extremely easy to communicate with and made our appointment quickly. I was concerned about a lot of chemicals in our home with our new little one, but Mike reassured my husband and I that Flex Pest Control uses restaurant and hospital grade chemicals that are safe for babies, adults and pets! It was a huge plus in my book to hear that. Mike was kind enough to help facilitate the appointment and help me create a portal to book my future appointments. Soon Spencer arrived. He texted me when he was here as to make sure to not disturb any sleeping baby in our home. He was extremely thorough and let me know what was going on. I let him know my concerns about spiders and he let me know that there was two options for me and let me chose what I thought would be best for our home. Spencer took down a spider's web and let me know where it was. He even came back in before he left to make sure that I didn't have any follow up questions for him. He let me know that he would come back at any time if something was wrong and that if for some reason we had an issue of bugs or something, he would come back and retreat for free. Not many companies do that for you. I honestly could not be more pleased with my service and I have already told my family to go them a call to get going on spraying before the summer season. Seriously, thank you so much Flex!! read more

When the owner of the company comes to knock on your door I guess he believes in his product, & process. Ken gave me a great deal, taught me some new things about bugs & habitat... the fact that is ALL natural and non toxic is the best and only reason I would go with a big service He acted with integrity and I felt comfortable with him and the guy who did the service. Answered all my questions, I am looking forward to a life without bugs in a natural way! A month gone by and NO BUGS. My birds and other animals are all fine. Very happy!! read more

Mike came over during a heavy winter storm on a Saturday and did an great job! Above and beyond. Very thoroughly went through the whole property and professionally made sure to explain the whole scope of work that was done. I almost feel sorry for any bugs that try to enter our home. But not really... I highly recommend Flex for anyone that wants to prevent a pest problem or for anyone that currently has one. You won't be disappointed. 5 stars. read more

Wow! My first treatment with Flex Pest Control went way above my expectations. Thorough is an understatement, Zach covered every inch of both inside and outside of my home. All through the garage and attic. Took down all of the cob/spiderwebs in the garage (very high ceiling) Every doorway, every eve was treated 2-3 ways. Not just a quick fly by. read more

a salesman from this company followed me home on a hover board from the entrance of my neighborhood to my garage. I sat in my car a minute hoping he would go away. But instead he waited for me right under the door of my garage to get out of my vehicle. Finally I got out and immediately let him know there is no solicitation allowed in my neighborhood. He came INTO my garage and responded that he was only going to let me know that "his trucks would be driving through my neighborhood tomorrow because so many of my neighbors were getting his service." He mentioned 2 neighbors by name or specific occupation. I asked those neighbors and turns out he had lied. He had approached them but they said no thank you. And he told them that *I, myself was getting service and so they should too* total lie. I checked with the city and FLEX doesn't even have a solicitation permit so everything about this was illegal. I should have called the cops. If I needed pest services I would never go with this sleezy, dishonest company. Edited to say that I attempted to reach the company by phone before posting this. read more

These solicitors will not stop! They are relentless. They ring your doorbell and stay on your doorstep looking in the windows for up to 15 minutes then wait until they see life inside and try again. It's creepy and the company needs to know about this. Please stop visiting our neighborhoods for business. Advertise at fairs, on Facebook, and Google like all respectful companies. Thanks! read more

Extremely rude door to door salesman!! He rings my door and I'm visibly struggling trying to keep my dogs from running outside and he says "how's it going?" I said "can I help you?" He says again, kind of obnoxiously "HOWS IT GOING?" At that point, I'm ticked and just need to get my dogs back away from the door. I tell him "I'm not interested." He laughs this cocky laugh and says "In what?" So I say "I'm not interested" again and he very rudely says "HAVE A GOOD DAY!" Let me tell you, I will NEVER EVER use this place after the interaction I had today. How about next time someone asks, can I help you, instead of being a rude, cocky jerk, simply state what you are there for. Especially when you can see someone is visibly busy. Part of me wonders had he talked to a man like the way he talked to me. Who knows?! read more
